Went here a while after I found out usps across the road lost my $200 mail and then the very next delivery the day or two after, misplaced or lost my mail again. Lol in short, I love THIS LOCATION PetSmart! Definitely go here and DO NOT GO TO USPS OKEMOS LOCATION EVER.

I misread the name. I thought it was a place for Pet S&M Art. My labradoodle is a Dom and I wanted to get him some racy photos for his birthday but I guess it isn't that kind of store so I bought a new Kong instead. Very helpful staff!

Nice Pets store!! They have a very nice selection of everything you need for your pet,a little bit on the pricey side but everything here is very nice quality. I feed my dog Royal Canine but very few places sell it, and they sell it here so this is the only pet store i go to now and i have been very happy with PetSmart!! I highly recommend this store!

Brought our mini Aussie here and he got the best haircut of his life ! Allyssa was his stylist and she did an incredible job and was also very thorough in making sure we knew what his options were for a cut! Will definitely be coming back next time he needs a trim :)

They have almost anything you might need for a pet - I bought poo bags, Cosequin, and a busy ball for my dog. He could hardly care less about the first two things, but he loves that ball!

Good clean PetSmart. Never had any real big issue here. The staff is normally very friendly and they stay pretty well stocked. Their holiday things could use better stocking levels, other locations definitely have them beat in that department. Also, the employees should be empowered to let you see the cats. The adoption place they normally work with is volunteer run so they aren't always around. It would still be nice to visit and get acquainted with your possible new best fur friend during all business hours.

I like that Pet Smart and Banfield are located in the same building together. However, I have found that staffing is different at different locations! I no longer bring my pets to this location because I have found it extremely difficult to get an appointment when needed. In particular, I have a cat that became difficult to care for now that she is older! She is able to see the vet, having to give her calming medication, but grooming is out of the question! They refuse to groom because she requires medication. She is a longhaired cat struggling to groom herself. She loves her fur cut short, and the vet can do that but I thought it would be nice to separate those visits for her. The vet cuts, no bathing, and not for appearance! Just to remove matted areas! I appreciate Banfield for caring and helping. Pet Smart is a disappointment!

The store is fine and the service is normal pet smart. But order items online and pick up instead of going in due to you can get them cheaper.This stinks cause I like going in, but I can get my ideas cheaper.

We go here for dog training. Marion is sweet, makes classes fun, and has lots of availability. She gifted all the dogs graduation gifts. My dog also loves to go aisle shopping after class.

Brought my puppy here last December (2022). It was super busy and the grooming area was filthy. Against my best judgment I left my puppy for a bath. The salon called me 3 hours later to pick him up. They said they gave him a bath and charged me full price, they did not bathe him. They did not even attempt to brush him. They just stuck a stupid bandana on him. Needless to say - I haven't been back to this god awful place but I think about this terrible experience from time to time.

This past Sat 12//22/18 okemos Petsmart went above and beyond to help my dog and I get a picture with Santa...even tho that event ended the weekend before. (I had mis-read the ad) It meant the world to me considering Bailey is older and recently diagnosed with cancer and our first attempt at another local business didnt turn out. The manager and staff took time out of a busy Sat to make sure we got our picture. i can't thank them enough for what they did! Exceptional customer service during my visit....even when checking out with my purchase after....thank you again for all you did!

Very clean inside, staff is super nice, easy to go to with my kids. The staff doesn't make a big deal of us spending lots of time looking at the cats or fish or small animals which I cannot say for every pet store

We get our dog and rabbit feed from here, and occasionally treats and other supplies. It's difficult sometimes to find cheap treats my dog can have - she has a chicken allergy - but they do sell a few products that are chicken free. It's also one of the few places in the area that we frequent which sells Purina Pro-Plan sensitive stomach in the big bags. It's expensive, but still cheaper than the prescription medicated food she was on for her allergy.The one thing that I really don't like about this store is that sometimes when I enter, the whole store reeks of chemicals (bleach/chlorine?). I assume it's from the swim school next door, but it's an asthma trigger for me, so I can't stay in the store to shop on the days that happens.

This was the worst costumer experience ever. I made an appointment yesterday to have my puppy's hair cut and bath, and since they said she was a puppy and too young so she need an experienced senior groomer, they rescheduled my appointment for this afternoon. When I brought my puppy in for her bath today, I specifically asked them to leave my puppy's head and cut it to look like a round shape she had half a month ago. I was shocked and completely overwhelmed when she brought the puppy to me. They shaved my puppy’s whole body including the face without my consent and permission and said they did it because her hair was matted. I can safely say that I spend a lot of time every day brushing her hair, especially after each meal. They shaved all of my puppy‘s hair without checking to see if it was ALL tangled when they did it. I would like a copy of the security camera video to prove that they checked her hair for tangles when they decided to shaved it all off (including THE HEAD), but they can't provide it to me. I don't think they checked for tangled hair or tried to comb it out and I think they should have called me for my permission before shaving it all out.They insisted on standing their benefit in resolving this result without feeling sorry for me or my puppy and said they said that I only cared about my puppy's appearance and not her health. I can say with a clear conscience that I have been feeding my puppy the best brand of dog food and spending a lot of time every day taking care of her, and that I decided to bring her in for a bath and haircut for her health, comfort and beauty. I am ashamed of their work ethic and problem solving attitude and feel sorry for my girl.很对不起我的宝贝 她在去这里之前是一只很可爱的小狗 不会再去跟傻逼店员争论什么了

I've been bringing my dog here for grooming since we got her and have been incredibly happy with how their girls handle her and how she looks when I get her back. Recently had to switch stylists and Bayli has done just as great as I've come to expect from before.

The Grooming Salon at this location is awesome! Every time I take my dog or my cat there ~ we get fantastic service and my pets look/smell amazing. Having a cat who needs a good shave twice a year, I’m so happy he feels comfortable at this salon. Also, the groomers there really care about my fur babies. I’ve gotten calls with questions when needed and my groomer Bayli has even painted my dogs nails to match her bandana! Love this salon and it’s associates. Highly recommended!!!
