Place is awful! Did an online order used a coupon it pulled from my account went to pick up dog food and they wouldn’t give it to me even though it pulled from my card, said coupon wasn’t valid even though it processed and pulled from my account. The guys goes you can buy it for what it is on the shelf. Wasn’t paying twice. Do not recommend go to south Lansing way better service!

Had an awesome visit with Groomer Miranda at this Okemos location! My dog, Charlie, seemed as happy as could be on arrival to pick him up! Along with that, his haircut was amazing and fur was super soft! Thank you guys for taking care of my dogs needs!

We have again found an excellent groomer at this location. The groomer, Miranda, was fantastic. She did a beautiful job trimming and grinding out our dog’s nails. Our dog was very calm with her. We highly recommend her for grooming your pet.

I went in to get my dogs there fresh pet which surprisingly you have a bunch in stock and different kinds as well. My daughter and I were looking around at the animals and I asked the lady about hornworms and crickets she just kinda laughed and then left to take a call, I found the hornworms and they are disgusting! Mold coming out the holes on the lid, dead black hornworms that had an awful awful stench to them! The food that they eat that spouse to be at the top was all over super dark like it's been being used over and over and that smells as well.

Today will be the last time I step foot in PSP. Seems like everytime I try to use reward points there is some excuse that I am not allowed to. All the rude employees with attitude will say is that is the rules. Also you can keep my points sounds like you need them more rhan I. And final note please don't refer to me as neighbor. This is my go-to for pet supplies. They carry the boutique dog food brand I feed which the other stores in town do not. The store is not huge, which makes getting in and getting out pretty easy. The only problem is that the main (national) business website is awful. Using rewards coupons is very difficult because of the website.

I always have a good experience here. The staff is friendly and helpful, they even help you carry dog food out to the car. I also just found out they price match here so keep that in mind to get good deals. My only issue is that some employees don't ask before petting dogs that I'm working with there (but most of them do!).

I took my 2 shih tzus in for grooming. I asked for their faces to ge left long and round but trim up their bangs. They literally SHAVED the bottom half of their faces bald and left the bangs long. Wth. I've never seen them this ugly in my life lol. I also asked to do a top knot with a bow for the girl but he trimmed it off too short. I was too stunned to speak I just left immediately. I paid $100 for them to do the opposite of what I asked.

In a pinch, Pet Supplies Plus is a good place to find things that aren't normally offered at a grocery store. Our vet recommended these products to help our cats calm down and I was happy to find them in stock at Pet Supplies Plus. Their prices for litter, food, dishes and other supplies that I normally purchase for my cats were much higher than what I find at Meijer.

Drove way out of my way to go to Pet S+ to use a coupon received on my receipt at a grocery store. Cashier said coupon had been used too many times by other customers so she couldn't honor mine??? I had cash and coupon in hand, and she wouldn't accept the discount coupon. So, I went to Soldan's close by, received amazing service AND the dog food was cheaper there!

Recently was in this store for my dogs food and was misled by an employee who told me the bag had changed. The food made my dogs sick so I went to the manager Connie to ask what she could do to help us out being that we spend hundreds of dollars there every month to feed 3 large dogs. I was very disappointed with the service from Connie she was less than helpful. Only pet store around that will not exchange dog food by the way.

This store is always so dirty and disgusting, I really do try to avoid it. I only went in because I was running out of local options. It's actually more expensive here then even pet smart. I get sucked in every now and then hoping it will get better and it just never does. Skip it, go somewhere else.

I wasn't expecting the price....Pretty shocked to walk in to pick up my 51/2 month puppy who weighs 5 lbs & was in for his very 1st haircut....to find out a girl who is new out of grooming school did the puppy cut....and I was charged $66.00......Nothing came of his legs or feet...Was somewhat disappointed

I've never been here before but I needed CBD for my fur baby who got in a dog fight and got a tooth poked in her neck. I can't remember the young man who helped me but he literally was picking things up and reading them to me and really quickly found the info and helped me make a good decision I what to buy my baby! Definitely recommend this place! I'll be back!

I love the shop on grand river. People are very friendly courteous and know what they’re doing. It’s unfortunate the grand river is torn up right now. Experiences always wonderful. They have great specials and good prices. Knowledgeable staff.

Everything I have came to your Okemos location I am always greeted quickly and friendly. Jessie is always one to help me out and is very cheerful. I only go to the Okemos as I love the staff here and the other store is not as friendly and welcoming. So a big shout out to Jessie in Okemos you are doing a wonderful job!

People are nice and knowledgeable and it seems most of them have reptiles and enjoy talking to you about them and your pets also. They almost always have stock of feeder insects. Its a little crowded in some parts so you can only have a few people in an area at a time but overall good experience.
