I wrote a 5 star review 2 weeks ago because the store is always clean and clerks. Yesterday I went to the Pharmacy. A Pharmacy Tech behaved reprehensible. He was racist and totally misogynistic. I asked a simple question about a coupon and he started by snarling at me. I told him that I was not going to accept his disrespect. He started telling me to shut up and threw his hand up at my face. At the Pharmacy I asked who the Manager was and they said Ahmad. A tall white female gave me false info and was very nasty. The Pharmacist was a short unattractive nasty man. I don't know his ethnicity but he had a broken accent. I will never make a purchase there again. I saw the earlier comments on this website so I am not the only dissatisfied customer. The Pharmacist made it clear that he knew there would be no retribution for his horrendous behavior, by saying "go ahead and complain who cares". But God and Karma catches everyone. What you give you get back in spades. Customers used to matter.

The pharmacy was very very rude to customers. Instead actually helping they rather point you to Amazon . An older gentleman just want to know where a certain medication was And the cashier just rolled his eyes . Pointed him in a random direction . The pharmacist, and the pharmacy tech both wear glasses . The young lady was very helpful .

stay far away from this store!!!I have spend thousands of dollars here,I frequent this store daily!Late last night I walked in and shortly after was approached by a short heavy set African American man,looked to be on the younger side and possibly seemed to be mentally delayed.he ask if I had money so he could get bus ticket home and I replied no I’m sorry I have no cash just card,he then asked if I could buy him food! I said yes when I pay for my things because that is just my nature.on my way up to counter I realized I had cash in my purse so I gave him $3and continued on with my night and left!upon my arrival to counter the very next night around same time an employee starts trash talking me and threatening me accusing me of being a thief AND TELL YOU LITTLE FRIEND he’ll hearing from the police as well!I was so embarrassed I could have died. I asked to see CAMERA FOOTAGE that would clearly show the man in the store begging for money was already in there when I pulled upTo store!!! AND THAT HE DID NOT COME INTO STORE WITH ME OR GET OUT OF MY CAR!!! IR THAT HE DID NOT DEPART WITH ME !!!continued talking trash and making me look like a thief in front of customers and then says I don’t need to see it I’m just a customer,he then tells me to get out of his store !I called after I arrived home and asked for his name so I could call corporate office !! he said good go ahead and HANGS UP THE PHONE !!!I sincerely REGRET EVER spending THOUSANDS OF my hard earned at this store!knowing I put all that money in there pocket is infuriating!I’m a business owner, I have a cleaning business! something like this could ruin anyone to trust me in there home !im horrifiedly embarrassed!

Listen, if the manager got time to vape, he should have time to take the trash out. First thing you do, when you open the business up for the day, is clean up around the premises. This isn't a bad review, but moreso a critique. Clean up, upon opening.

The level of professionalism exhibited by the employees in the pharmacy or the lack thereof I should is very heart wrenching. The conversations & language used is not proper for the workplace especially when customers can hear it. Needless to say I will be driving to another location for any further prescriptions. I can say the store staff was helpful.

I had the pleasure of working with sunny at my store today and he was amazing. He was fast,funny, and even helped me in all the positions. His techs are lucky to have him and I hope I get to work with him again

Prescription sent in at 1pm, as a person who works in healthcare I didn't want to race up there and bug them....gave 4 hours for them to fill. I was en route when I thought let me call and make sure they got it. I called and at first he says yes it's ready for pick up! Then said quick hold a second. Came back and said we don't have that in stock. Mind you it is now after 5pm on a Friday and my doctor's office is closed. I asked him why couldn't they have called me so I can make other arrangements. Reply: we are short staffed. Short staffing doesn't equal not providing patient care. I'll never return to Rite Aid. Poor poor poor customer service, what if it was a medication I needed asap! This is healthcare not a fast food restaurant. Do better. I would advise against choosing this place, they will leave you hanging....

The pharmacy manager "SONNY" is rude, aggressive and racist, not only have I experienced horrible service from him, I've also watched him treat blacks really bad and then treat people of Arabic decent really nice and professional, he has fired or caused all the black associates to quit and replaced the those of Arabic decent. I've been a pharmacy customer for over twenty years and now I'll have to take my scripts to another pharmacy, the sad part is that Rite Aid is across the street from my apartment. I reached out to the corporate office via email and never got a response.....just sad!!

Store closes at midnight. I urgently needed a couple of items so I got there at 11:50 and I would have had no issues getting out on time. However the door was already locked. I saw 3 employees in there so I knocked on the window, one of them glanced at me and then just looked away and continued chatting. There were no other customers in the store.I waited in the car for 10 minutes and when they came out I asked why it was locked they said we close 11:50. Very disappointed.

When I first switched to rite aid, it was a pleasure to work with them. They were efficient, on top of everything, and so kind and respectful. Over the last year and a half, however, the prescriptions are never ready when they say they will be, they don't notify you if something is out of stock or they haven't had a chance to fill it for the time they promised it to you, and if you dare to ask them about it, they are confrontational, angry, and disrespectful.This past week, I've had to go back three times for one prescription because each time they tell me it will be ready, it has not been. No apology, no explanation, and no time when they will have it. Very disappointing.

Rite aid offer value which no other store of it's kind do not. I feel as if there is a connection with me and the store. I feel a rapport every time I enter one of the Rite Aid stores so that is satisfying.keep up the good work and the coolers now that's a plus.

I figured I was in the area I would try this place. I couldn’t find what I looking for. I asked an employee about an item and without hesitation he went and found what I wanted and more!! What a great guy! Cashiers were nice as well. I couldn’t have had a better experience. In these tough times where nobody want to work and just as easy say sorry we don’t have it... I am pleased to see such great workers all in one place! They deserve much more. Thanks!!!

This location has the best Pharmacists on staff. I never have issues with getting my medications refilled plus they are personable and very professional. Lastly, I was a little skeptical in getting a COVID-19 vaccine however, the Pharmacist put my mind at ease and shared some great advice.

I visit this Rite Aid location to fill several of my prescriptions or simply to pick up cold medication and etc. The Pharmacy staff is very effective and always so helpful. At times, it could be very overwhelming when searching for the proper medication but the staff here is NOTHING but honest and patient!!! The Technician, Central is so kind and works hand-in-hand to make sure I am satisfied with my visit every time. Further, The Pharmacist, Michelle is SO kind and is always willing to help with all my questions!!!! I used to fill my prescriptions at a different location but this team is so welcoming- I wouldn’t go anywhere else. I am very impressed by the Pharmacist and staff at this location.

Went to this pharmacy twice for my Covid vaccines (1st and 2nd dose). Pharmacist (named "Sunny") made me wait 15-20 minutes each time, even though I had an appointment and showed up on time. There were NO others waiting for vaccines. He took his time helping people who came in much later than me, helping them with their prescriptions, as I waited and waited. The store was relatively empty, yet he ignored the fact that I was waiting so long. I found him very unfriendly, unprofessional, and rushed. He required no "consent" form the 2nd time and did not bother to offer any advice about side effects. Terrible "bedside manner" . Will not return to this place. It was a very negative experience. But at least I am now fully vaccinated.

Great staff, super friendly and professional. Got both my doses of Moderna from a gentleman named Sunny - never even felt the needles, he's that good - and was very knowledgable & informative about possible side effects of the shots. Will definitely be returning to this store!

I brought my mom to the pharmacy to get a covid vaccine on March 5th. The pharmacist was extremely helpful with not only me and my elderly mom but also very kind to the other people there getting the vaccine. We felt very fortunate ti be able to get an appointment and our overall experience at this rite aid was great!

I went into the store and asked the clerk where I could find tea his name was Dorian d o r e i n. And he was more than happy to help me even though the store was really busy. It was greatly appreciated because I was under the weather and not feeling the best. I will definitely be returning

Sunny that works in the pharmacy is very gentle and nice guy. I got my booster shot, and i dont like needles, and Sunny gave me my shot i didn't feel a thing He's awesome!!!! 😁
