The service at CVS Pharmacy at store 8106 , 23001 Coolidge Hwy. Oak Park, Mi 48237 is terrible, when I went there the lady told me my script was not ready becuz of my insurance. But my insurance never covered my script and she know that, it not the first time she filled my script. She had the nerve to have a attitude with me I told her why are you upset i'm the one who been waiting for the last 3 days. Days 4, later I show up the lady told me to come back becuz we are about to close, I come back the next day she tells me our computer are down come back tomorrow, now I'm going on day 6 without my prescription. I came today at 1:30 they tell me to come back @ 5:00 and when I get back she tells me, its still not ready come back in 15 minutes. Its been 6 days she not even trying to make my prescription. Then she tells me you have to leave becuz your hold up our line, I told she I'm not leave without it, Becuz you have been giving me different excuses for the last 6 days. Then she goes and gets my medication ready in 5 minutes. I watched her put 30 tablets in the bottle label it and then she handed it to me. She could have made it 3 days ago, it was obvious she made me wait 6 days for my prescription on purpose.

Don't bother trying to take your formula checks from the pediatrician here. They won't accept it. Straight up decline it. Now it's marked up can't use it anywhere else...
