Pretty average 7-Eleven. Sometimes friendly, sometimes neutral, but never rude clerks. The Slurpee machine is certified kosher. How cool is that? ATM it’s great for Credit Union members-no fee! Parking can be right at busy times. Pro-tip: park on the right side of the building and then pull through and exit via the alley.

7-Eleven gets a lot of competition from other party stores in the area, especially just up the road on 11 Mile or 12 Mile in Berkley. Heck, the 7-Eleven barely a mile away tends to be much more consistent in products and service. I'm not really impressed. This branch sometimes manages to get the job, and more often than not, I'm walking out empty-handed or forced to make a substitution because something wasn't in stock. It's just not really worth the headache of fighting traffic or parking to go in, because I'm not running out any time soon.The parking lot is tight and often very crowded in the morning. Access via southbound Coolidge is the way to go if you can swing it, since turning left on northbound Coolidge is often a nightmare. Do *not* park in Pink Garlic's lot, especially during the day.Staff are usually pretty checked out but get the job done. They seem fairly stressed out when I've visited. The shop stays clean, mostly organized, but finding some of the stuff I'm after can be really tough.

This used to be a great place to stop in the morning. The newer staff ignores you and talks on their phone earpiece while they help you. I guess help is the wrong answer. If you ask them for a lotto, you have to ask three or four times because they're deep in conversation with whoever's on their Personal phone. This is not a one time occurrence every time i have been in there in the last 2 weeks she has been on the phone.

Please take note of the time I am writing this review. It is 11:25p. The website clearly states they are open until 1a and they are closed. Here is what happened before they closed.I pulled up to the store at 10:45p with my daughter. The person inside looked right at me then went to the rear of the store. Upo trying to open the door, we found it was locked. This never happened before. Another customer came up and shared with us that they have been closing at random times of the day and at night.By the time the employee came back to the front of the store it was 10:58pm. I knocked on the door of which she opened it and I asked why is the door closed, it's not even 11:00 to which she stated with an unpleasant attitude, "I close at 11pm". When asked what is the purpose of the attitude, she slammed the door.Lastly, after the exchange, she puts up a sign saying they close at 11p. Recall I mentioned that I pulled up at 10:45p not knowing the new policy, and the employee looked right at me as I was exiting my vehicle.No, the website states 1a. If they did not have anyone to cover the shift, then it needs to be posted ahead of time, not afterwards. What I am most incensed about is the unprofessionalism of the employee.

Go to the 7-11 on Lincoln instead. Wasted so much money here. They keep giving me the wrong product (you can’t exchange nicotine products), products with missing cartridges, or saying a product is not there when it’s right in front. The guy working is super rude and lazy. Also clean up your spills.

Store is very clean and tidy. Most 7 eleven' s I've frequented, their slurpee and pop areas are a nasty, sticky mess! Not at this location! Kudos to cleanliness and well stocked store! 🙏

This store had a useless Manager a while ago. Even if you look at some old reviews (a year ago or even earlier) from multiple other customers, most of them gave a 1 star for their personal experience at this store. All because this store had a useless manager who didn't know how to run the store and how to deal with the customers.I am glad that the new owners took this whole responsibility on their shoulders and now this store is way better than it was ever before.As a customer, I would definitely prefer to go to this store as it is a lot more cleaner and well organized as compared to other stores in the area.Keep up the good work.

Clean and has good slurpees, but the person in front of me was told their card didn't go through when it worked fine on the other cashier's card reader. I paid in cash after that and the cashier followed me out to the parking lot telling me I didn't pay. 🤨

Store is neat and tidy. Cashiers were wearing masks and sanitizing hands after attending every customer. The store is cleaner and organized than I have ever seen in 4 years. Great job!

I have been to this store twice, both times the cashiers acted like they were doing me a favor to take care of me. Today while I was in there the cashier didn't bag up my milk, I asked for a bag, she up a bag next to my milk then pushed both of them towards me. If you don't like your job ma'am maybe you should find another one that doesn't allow you to work with the public. My second and last time going to this 7-Eleven location

This place is absolutely disgusting. It looks more like an old run down gas station and not store. They need to tear down and remodel this location. The slush machines are broken, and they will squirt at your clothes and not into your cup. Not to mention, none of the slush machines were correctly making a slush. It was very watery. Honestly, I've seen a much better 7 eleven on west 9 mile road off of pinecrest. Very terrible customer service. All employees were interested in each other's company instead of helping customers. Nothing looked properly cleaned. Never going back.

This is probably one of the worst run stores I have been in. There is always an issue. This time at 6pm couldn't break a large bill for a $30 purchase. Last time they wouldn't cash in a lottery ticket o had just purchased in this store because it was for more than $50. I will take my business elsewhere.

Today i waited while the cashier played on her phone right infront of me. Then i had to argue that the energy drinks were mismarked. This is the 5th time this year i picked out a 2for or 3for special per the labels in the fridge and been refused the marked price. They just decline the marked sales prices and keep saying that the offer expired. The cashiers do not know how to add coins and will just give me my coins back instead of even dollars back. Manager yells at employees instead of helping when there is a large line

Scammers. Twice I’ve been in here and they’ve had stuff already rung up into my purchase. I bought $7 worth of stuff and they tried to charge me 12. They play dumb when you call them out on it. Be careful here

Great location, I’ve never had any issues here however it’s typically busy, so expect a little bit of a wait, they also have Amazon lockers for package pick up, and an atm for convenience, the only downside is the parking I wish there were more spots available.

So this now fourth time I’ve gotten home and same young black kid at counter shorted me a Taquito. It’s 3 for 3, why would anyone buy 2? Four times in row is not a mistake this is so he can eat. I think 7 11 needs to pay better if employees feel the need to steal bought food from customers consistently....

Me and my brother was just at this location and the lady behind the counter wouldn't allow my brother to use a $20 to buy only $3 worth of merchandise. Now I payed for my $7 with a $20 and saw in her drawer there was plenty of change. If it's legal tender I'm sure they can't deny it. This is just one in a long line of b.s. from this store me personally I'm going to speed way from now on.

Worst 711 in the area! Overpriced and the employees don't seem to care about customer service. They have items in the store miss mark or shelf tags in the wrong spot, they do not honor the scanner laws at all and the owner of the store does nothing for customers that have a issue. I will never spend my money in this location again, and their corporate office should replace everyone in that store especially the owner and management. This location is way over priced and has terrible customer service.

This is a busy 7 eleven. Getting in and out of the parking lot can be a challenge. However, don't usually have to wait too long despite the crowd because they always have extra people there to work the cash register.

Cashier would not let customer use restroom because of others, mailman has a colostomy bag and still refused. Reading past reviews it seems as if they do not care about their customers. Will not be returning to this location EVER.
