Easy ordering and curbside pickup, 5 stars for that, the product on the other hand was extremely dry, bought a $35 8th (3.5g), this should have been a top shelf product. It was all tiny popcorn nugs but worse than that it was way to dry, just crumbles when you squeeze it. The product I got next door to them was half the price and twice the quality.

So, normally, I would review the location, the product, and THEN the budtender...not today. GO HERE!!! This place is amazing, and the budtender named Daylen is sincerely fantastic, and as soon as I told him what I was looking for he had me set up with EXACTLY what I wanted. When I opened the product, I almost cried because of how spot on he was with his recommendation. 10/10 experience, their Preroll game is on point, and they ACTUALLY HAVE BUBBLE HASH, UNLIKE EVERY OTHER DISPO

Love this place. The flower, edibles and vapes I got are extremely high quality and at very reasonable prices (with the deals going on). The flower I've been getting over the last few months from multiple places in GR has been very meh(says 29% THC and you feel like you just smoked 15% stuff), at not the greatest prices either so I was kinda stoked when I smoked the super super turbo brand (only at like 23%) and it actually had me blitzed. Please open one in Grand Rapids! 🖤

Prices were somewhat high but if I wanted to find a huge deal I could have drove all the way to Muskegon and shopped around but I didn't have the energy so I had to make my purchases truly count — when that happened at the end of the night I was soooo happy! Apothecare CO2 Cart of Garlic Snake Breath was from 09/2022 but I didn't mind. Then the Sorbetto Sweatpants from Redbud Roots was awesome too for just regular distillate with cannabis-sourced terps. Also got a Death Star preroll which was great.Clayton's contribution to the dispensary’s operation is equally impressive. His professionalism and efficiency in ensuring smooth service from entry to checkout are commendable. This level of attentiveness and detail-oriented service is what sets apart great dispensaries from good ones.As a professional in the cannabis space, I can confidently say that the level of expertise and customer service at New Standard - Exit 9 is exceptional. Have been going here since they opened & liked it. I was sold some old flower today that expired 6 months ago per the label. When I called 20 minutes later, was told flower doesn’t “technically” expire, so they won’t take it back or exchange it.

New Standard is one of the only dispensaries that carries one of my favorite products. Exit 9 is a cute little dispensary where you can get in and out quickly. Nice array of quality products. Good specials. I worked with Katie today and she was super pleasant. Highly recommend Exit 9 New Standard!

Went here for the three pack of Apothecare infused joints. We got two of packs. Each joint is supposed to be .75g. One pack was less than .5g each and the other pack was correctly weighed. You could see a huge difference in the joints. We went in to see if they could exchange the pack for one with the correct weight and they said no. We literally walked out and walked back in 3 minutes later. The budtender was rude and so was the manager. Here is the picture of how different the joints were. After getting home we took them apart and it was barely 1.5g.

I drive here from downtown Grand Rapids, if that tells you anything about this place. The selection is great and the staff is even better. They're super helpful, lots of knowledge AND they've never screwed up an order which is easy to do with how I stock up. I've done orders online and I've just stopped in and picked stuff up too, either way whatever is easy for you, works for them. I've never had a bad experience and will be back soon. They recently opened a provision center in downtown Grand Rapids and I've visited a few times and I STILL drive to Exit 9 Provisionary. They have the biggest selection I've seen out of all the centers in the area AND the best prices too!!

Kind staff great selection, but seriously can someone tell me how the heck they are still in business when you can go literally anywhere else and get the same quality for half the price? I mean, sure I use them when the roads are bad just for free delivery but you'd be stupid to pay over $100 for an Oz when you can literally get same quality for $60 elsewhere.

Madison helped me so much today when I came in to this location for my first time. I just had come from getting SI back injections and needed help finding the best products to help me make it through the next couple of weeks. I have been coming to Exit9 since I’ve gotten my medical card. I had no knowledge of the product. The staff was very understanding and caring and guide me through the process to help me find the right strain for my insomnia and I would recommend them in a heartbeat. Just hoping they open up grand Haven again soon as that was closer to my home but Exit 9 and grand Haven have been nothing but spectacular.
