Love the variety of cat toys at this store. Better selection than anything I can find online. If a product isn't in stock they have ordered it for me. Even when it's something that they don't usually stock. They always greet customers as they enter the store and offer assistance if you need it. The store is always clean and well stocked.

I love this place! They have everything I need for all my pets and with so many locations it makes it easy to get to. The staff is super knowledgeable and always willing to answer any questions or give me great suggestions to help with my pets. My dog is older and not moving like he used to, they had me switch his food and I can see the difference. He loves his new food and he actually has a little more pep in his step! It's good to know they have dog wash stations, curbside pick up and delivery! Thank you to your whole team!

Great prices and service! The food I buy for my cat is hard to find, but Premier Pet Supply had it in-stock and it was HALF the price I usually pay (Chewy/Amazon)! When I went back to buy it again, it was out of stock, but they ordered it for me and called me when it came in. There's also a loyalty/rewards program to earn a free bag of food. Very happy customer!

Drove all the way to the Novi store to try and find a specific ear solution for my English Bulldogs. Two employees at the front registers (young male and female), and another young female doing stock all watched me trying to find something but were too busy talking about their personal lives to ask if I needed help, so I literally walked out while staring at them. They couldn’t be bothered to ask if I needed help. Good luck! You need it!

Staff is very courteous. They always greet me when I come through the door.Anytime, I need help finding something they’re there to help me. They are a smaller store, but they always seem to stock the things that I need.

Great selection of premium dog food, treats, and toys. Staff is always friendly, available, and helpful. This has been my go to place since it has opened for Sophie's needs! It's great to support local shops and they try to give back to the community also. When they opened they had a raffle, gave away bags of food, treats, toys, etc. Very nice owners wanting to engage with local rescues and organizations. Great place!

I love this store and the workers they are super awesome and not for least they are so patient I was here this one day had this lady ahead of me in line causing so much trouble Calvin handled her with so much professional and lady was so rude she had him re due the returns she didn't care for the line that was building up behind her and I tell u I'm surprised he didn't kick her out the store he still managed to keep his cool and handle her as professional as he could I felt bad for him hope he doesn't get in trouble for her entitlement this is why I'm putting this review also I want to say thank you to Jordan she was helpful and my dog loves her everytime I go to this store 😁

This is my favorite pet store! Everyone who works here is so helpful and knowledgeable and friendly. They carry some of the best brands. Their toys are cute and affordable. And I absolutely love their store loyalty - I never need a receipt because it keeps record of all my purchases. They're able to look up which food I've last purchased in case I forgot or in one case had my husband pick up the kitty food and he didn't know the exact one. Plus they have great points to save a little money. I'll definitely keep going here for my fur babies' needs!

I've been going to premier pet supply for almost a year now. They have the best selection of foods more options than one person can handle. They have knowledgeable staff that will help you figure out what's best for your animal if you don't already know. Great pricing and friendly environment. I would recommend premier pet supply to anyone that needs supplies for their cat/dog. I do not know if they offer other foods and supplies for other types of animals. I drive out of my way to go here because the quality is just that much better.

I live that everytime you have a question this staff is EXTREMELY knowledgeable. And if they don't know an answer they actual tell you where they think you can find the answer. I love the staff. Prices are on the higher end. However, the customer service, the return policy and how they like to help the community makes the price worth it. They always have a place for people to donate Animal food and accessories for animals right in between their entrance double doors. All year round. It's such a great thing to see.

Wife loves to support the local business, as do I. Just need some fourth-quarter follow through to complete the experience in a positive way. Not having the food ready when they say it is upfront -1/2 star, informing them of the receipt and the phone number used to place the order but it’s still a struggle to locate it -1/2 star, arguing because I was told the order was paid for but then go to find out the Wife was mistaken -no points awarded since both parties failed to deliver the information at their finger tips, while I stood there starring at one of the largest dog bones I have seen in a while. Overall we keep going back, people are people.

Awesome store. Staff is extremely helpful and knowledgeable. If you sign up for their rewards card they can look up what you have purchased in the past. Nice for when the bag changes and you can't remember what you were there for. I appreciate that they give a discount to our armed services, police, and fire.

I'm always very impressed when I visit this store. The customer service is excellent; the staff always greet us right away and are readily available whenever I have any questions. I visited recently to use their DIY dog wash and it was so much easier than trying to do that at home!! I don't like leaving my boy with a groomer as he gets very anxious when getting groomed. While he still had quite a bit of nerves because the shop was still new to him, he did very well and the staff was incredibly helpful and checked in a few times to make sure we were doing okay. In addition to their excellent facilities and staff, they have high quality treats that I can afford to surprise my dog with every now and again, especially if you pay attention to their sales and coupons. Thank you for what you bring to the community!!

Great Products, Great staff. If you return food/ toys (with some exceptions), etc. after a full refund, they'll donate it to a shelter! I haven't taken advantage of that offer but they made sure to let me know because I was trying a new treat I wasn't sure if my cats would like. I mean, the prices are the same as the big guys... So why not support a Michigan business?Super knowledgeable & friendly staff. I know I said that but it's VERY important to a wonderful shopping experiencePlus! I buy Blue Buffalo brand food and every tenth bag is free if you're a part of their members (free) program. (:

Great service and plenty of out of the ordinary items. Extensive dog treat selection and lots of locally produced products. Emily spent about a half hour with us selecting just the right fish. She was knowledgeable in many areas of animals and their care and went out of her way to help us. They even have a hamster wheel-powered car and cats to adopt in partnership with the Michigan Humane Society.

Had an order held because of a pricing issue on the website. Was not notified of this at all and my order was not delivered more than 24 hours later. Received several lies about how orders take up to three days to deliver and that customers are not notified of items being refunded (both of which are patently false . We'd received an email about an item out of stock already and it has never taken that long to deliver an order). I don't appreciate being lied to when I call for help!
