Staff was friendly and very helpful. The facility is very clean. I was nervous about my pup going to a boarding place for the first time the staff reassured me and answered all of my questions. They send you a pawgress report daily with pictures of your dog. I will definitely Board my dog here again. Our experience was positive and we signed our dog up for group play during the week.

We took our nine month old English bulldog here today to do an evaluation, and we are so unbelievably excited and happy with this place. The staff was so sweet and we could tell that they take very great care of the dogs. I also could tell on the camera that my dog was having the best time and the updates they sent me throughout were so amazing and appreciated. I would definitely recommend This place if you want your dogs left in good hands

Had to board our black lab here while traveling out of town for a couple of days. The staff was courteous, and it seemed like the dog had a great time.While the rate per night is not too expensive, booking additional playtime costs extra.You can sign in with your Pet Suites account and view a CCTV feed of the indoor, outdoor, and individual lodging areas. If your pet is not spayed or neutered, they will not have group play and have to have an individual session.

My cat seemed to enjoy his stay! I appreciated getting his pawgress report, too. It would also be cool if there were webcams on the cats! They're only on the dogs as far as I know.

This weekend we left our dog overnight at pet suites for 2 nights. We got updated pictures everyday and he was so happy having group play. In the future I will be making more reservations for dog daycare for socializing. I was very impressed with my dogs stay.

The most friendly staff. Check in was easy. My Frenchmen was very happy. They even send progress reports which helped my anxiety tremendously! Yes it was my Lola’s first stay away. I’m definitely going back

I'm really disappointed with our experience at the daycare when we picked up Lake. Despite his obvious male traits, the staff consistently referred to him as "she," which struck me as odd. Shortly after, he developed diarrhea one night, followed by vomiting the next day. When we reached out for information, the response was dismissive, with no mention of any incidents in their report. There was no follow-up or accountability from the staff, leaving me feeling like they prioritize profit over the well-being of the pets they're entrusted with. I understand that these things can happen, but there's no information on their portal about whether he ate or not, they didn't return his snacks, and the least I expected was a call from the responsible person or the veterinarian there to ask what happened and how he's doing.UPDATE:Juliana reached out to me after seeing the review and left a message for me to call back or for her to call later. My husband made the call the next morning since there was no return call. She apologized for mistakenly referring to my dog as female (I only brought this up to illustrate the lack of attention to detail). However, she immediately shifted the conversation to discuss the review without inquiring about Lake's well-being. Her sole focus seemed to be addressing the review.There was a claim that my dog hadn't brought any snacks or food, which is inaccurate and concerning considering my dog supposedly went without his snack for 6 hours. During our conversation, conducted on speakerphone, I promptly raised concerns about the vet reimbursement process, disappointed once again by the lack of concern for my dog's welfare or provision of snacks (they never give me back). I urge them to review their security footage to verify this.Additionally, I spoke with Lake's vet, and he is now on Metronidazole. Once again, I cannot recommend this establishment

PetSuites Novi is a wonderful loving place for your pets. My dog was rejected at another establishment because she was too aggressive. Her aggression is based on being fearful of other dogs, her original owners did not socialize her as a young pup so she didn’t know or understand pet introduction to other dogs. PetSuites Novi has been training her that most dogs are nice and want to play so she has been getting extra training for dog play. She has been playing with friends there and has worked her way up to multiple small and medium sized dogs after they have been introduced. She is still fearful of large dogs but if she is introduced to them and they don’t bark aggressively at her she is learning they can be nice to. The staff have been great with her and we have left her for 5 days and she had a great exhaustive time. We will continue to take her weekly play visits and continue to become more comfortable around new friends and large dogs.

I highly warn anyone who is considering boarding their dog at this location as our dog died after a stay here.We boarded our 3 year old sweet Saint Bernard here for a week. While he was boarded I called about 1/2 way through the week to check on him and was told that he was not eating much and “must of got in a fight with another dog” as his lip was bleeding. They never called me to alert me of his slow eating or his cut and they assured me he is still eating and his cut was minor. They also told me that they would call me the next day to tell me how he was doing. Next day, no call, so I called and they gave me a similar report. A few days later when we returned and picked him up, he was extremely lethargic, deep red eyes, his nose was very dry and his jowls were very red. We took him to the vet several times as he would not eat. Vets gave him food via IV but he was not getting better and would only eat a little white rice. About a week later he had a seizure in the middle of the night. We took him to the emergency vet but unfortunately he passed away.We would never go back to pet suites. They did not take good care of our beloved dog and they either did not pay attention or did not care as they never contacted us at all. He was perfectly healthy before we took him in for his stay. Please be aware and look for a boarder that has trained professionals.

Charlie loves coming here every Friday for play date and teeth cleaning. But also enjoys the extra time he gets Pet Suites when I schedule him for the day; including meals, teeth cleaning and nail trimming. He really loves his stay for multiple days and overnights! I love getting the pictures, able to view on webcams and updated reports! Charlie always comes home excited, happy and tired!

Pet suites in Novi is the best dog daycare ever. They treat our dog like he’s part of the family. Everyone is always so excited to see him and have him for day play. We take him lots and he loves it. He loves the pools and even though he’s small he plays with the big dogs too at times. I would definitely recommend pet suites to anyone that has dogs!!!!

I’ve taken Romeo to pet suites now numerous times. Sometimes it one night, just a day play, or 7 days, they’ve been amazing to him, many of them know him by name when we come him, they understand when he needs his nap, or if he’s to hot. I feel very comfortable leaving him there knowing they take such good care of him. It makes it easier on me, and Romeo! Definitely I would recommend them to anyone! Absolutely fantastic place for our pet. Our Border Collie is always so excited to come to PetSuites and never wants to leave. The team is always so friendly, accommodating and takes such great care of our girl Kali!

You will get a different response regarding their policies depending what day you call and which employee you get on the phone. On their website it says NOTHING about a temperament test. But when you call, they say that's required and they can't do that the day you called.

We love Pet Suites and the staff there. Our puppy is always excited to play and stay at Pet Suites. The staff is super friendly and greets our puppy by name upon every arrival. They are always willing to send updates about how our puppy is doing during her stay, which is greatly appreciated! So glad to have PetSuites in our community!

My dog loves to play at PetSuites! She always comes home exhausted. I wish they had cameras so I could check in on her throughout the day, but I know she’s having a good time. They always have availability and even send me photos sometimes!

I was traveling and last minute took my dog here not only were they nice and they informed me when a few dogs got rough with my dog very well pet suites and love the webcam! Ugh which one was closer to me that I could trust like this one!

My dog seem very happy when I picked him up, I love that they had cameras that I could see him when he was in group play. Only concern is they did not give him his toys, enrichments that I had provided for him. Also, looks like his medication was missed one morning.

I do doggy day play every week for my dog, and have had him overnight a few times. The staff is so friendly, and seem to really love the animals. He always comes home happy and exhausted!

CAUTION! We left our healthy 2-year old dog here for a week and he DIED as a result of their care and facility. Poisonous spider bite was fatal.Several days into our trip we received a call from Pet Suites stating our healthy dog looked lethargic and had a lump on his chest. They asked if they could take him to the vet and we gave our permission. He was dead 24 hours later.Emergency vet stated that the most likely cause was a poisonous spider bite. Likely a brown recluse. In 24 hours a small lump swelled to cover our sweet boys entire chest and front legs, with the skin turning necrotic and sloughing off.I can only hope that our experience will not be repeated by anyone else; but with a fatal spider bite being the cause of death it seems destined to repeat itself unless aggressive actions to remove/kill insects at the facility are immediately undertaken.Think twice before leaving your beloved pet at this location!!

Where do I begin? I booked a reservation and paid for my cat, Lucy to stay overnight just like I have done so in the past well in advance of my vacation. The dates were available on the website and this company had no problem accepting my deposit. I arrived to drop off my cat, Lucy in a frantic state because my son was writhing in pain in the car and had to go to the ER immediately. Lucy was all set for her stay at PetSuites and I figured she had her reservation anyways starting that day and I had no idea how long we would be in the ER or if my son would need surgery-worried he had appendicitis. I arrive and they say, ARE YOU READY FOR THIS? "Your reservation has been canceled." I'm sorry, what? I was so confused. I was so upset. In an era where you receive multiple texts, phone calls, and emails confirming everything under the sun, they claimed they sent me an email canceling it due to "capacity" -what? I never received an email. I had no other choice but to leave my cat in her carrier in the lobby because I HAD to get my son to the ER immediately. Hours later---when I had better phone reception. I called to check in. The manager was rude saying she couldn't get a hold of me-hello, I'm in the ER with my son and they knew that. Are these people sociopaths with zero empathy after leaving me stranded? She said I needed to pick up my cat! I had to take my son after his release and what do you know-Lucy was in a cat "condo" by herself and they still insisted I leave with her. Another employee was like um, she said (manager) you opened the email. What? I have no words. This is a place that you trust will take in your pet after paying a deposit and making a reservation. My hunch is that because I didn't pay for the highest tier of care per night they booted my cat to make room for another cat with an owner paying more. This situation is like going to McDonald's and they are saying they have no hamburgers. They are in the business of taking care of your pet so you can go out of town. I had to scramble to find a pet sitter with 1/2 a day to go. I am so livid. I had to get my cat's rabies shot up to date before her stay there. I'm warning ANYONE -do not go here. Or, if you do, have a backup plan. They will cancel your reservation for no reason when your reservation is fine and booked and paid with a deposit until the last minute when you arrive. I'm reporting them to the BBB. They could care less that my son was very ill and they could care less that I was left stranded with my cat with nowhere to go. I told them she could die without her meds and fresh food and water being away for so long. They did NOT care. This place is DISGUSTING. They do not care about animals or people.
