I absolutely love my puppy! I recently adopted her from Petland in Novi on 12.23.23, and she’s the best thing that’s ever happened to me! I’ve named her Aria, and she’s just as wild and full of joy as can be. She loves to play, cuddle, as well as run around and explore new things. Today as of 1.18.24, she turns three months. A new member of my family was something that we needed for sure 💗

I really love the staff that helped me pick out the perfect dog tailored to my lifestyle. They are very knowledgeable about getting you set up for a successful addition to the family. I had two associates help me that were really kind, and you can tell their dog lovers. I would recommend setting up a visit/appointment online instead of walking in.

Very good store, puppies are well cared for. Cages are adequately sized and contain plenty of enrichment for the dogs. Dog housing is kept EXTREMELY clean, and puppies receive frequent baths and attention from staff. Staff are not only knowledgeable but also so sweet towards the dogs AND customers. As a dog owner I’d feel very comfortable adopting a puppy here! :)

Such a great place to visit with our kids. We have been going at least once a month to see which kind of dogs our two boys gel with. While we all like specific breeds we truly believe meeting a pup and gelling is the best way to integrate into a family. We will be returning in the future to see which breed and pup meshes with us when we are ready to integrate a 4 legged family member.

We bought this sweet dachshund girl today. Didn't get home until about 4 p.m. She is already spoiled!!!!! But she also peed outside four times and pooped outside once. She is AMAZING at only 10 weeks old. I would definitely recommend this place to get your puppies!

If I could give this store a -5 rating I would. Terrible customer service. Terrible experience thus far. We love our puppy. However, it’s been a rough experience since we purchased him December 24, 2023.When we first purchased him, we took him to the vet immediately after the holiday and learned he had parasites. He wasn’t eating or drinking water. We reported this to the pet store management team. We had to come out of additional vet fees due to the parasites he came with. Under the warranty agreement we were told we would be refunded for the additional vet fees. Yet, after he was treated we were asked to sign an additional waiver form before Petland would release funds.Petland asked us to sign this document to relieve them from being held accountable.We did not feel comfortable signing this form. They were basically asking us to lie, knowing they sold us an ill puppy. We will never shop with them again.

I have bought 2 dogs from this location. The first one was in 2010. Great dog it was healthy and already trained and house broken. Clearly things have changed for the worse in the last 14 years. As The second dog I bought was treated for kennel cough while in the pet store and upon the first visit with the pet store recommended vet, I was informed that this dog has an infection that went untreated by the pet store AND that the vet has never seen a pet come from that location that didn’t have an infection. Truly sad that they are selling dogs that are unhealthy.

This place is great!! My sister and I had such a fun time here. It’s a really nice, clean space with a variety of adorable puppies. The store includes about 10 spaces where you can hold the different dogs. Her and I got to hold three different puppies for at least ten minutes each. Employees were nice, attentive and helpful with everything we needed. Even if you’re not looking for a puppy it’s a great place to be able to just play with the puppies for a little bit. Would love to go back!

Amount of the “5 star” reviews really disgusted me. Do they have some sort of incentives or discount programs for it? They are NUTORIOUS for selling sick puppy mill dogs. Not to mention the stuff here has gotten sick through the sick puppy. What kind of discipline is that? Look up the article from the humane society of the United States. If you think you are cutting time or money by getting a puppy from here, you aren’t. You will spends thousands and much more likely to have harder time training your dogs as they have been mistreated their whole life. If you have a specific breed in your mind, find a breeder who breeds as a part of their family, instead of a money making livestocks.

Lots of cute puppies. Store is clean. Hanna who assisted us was very friendly and knowledgeable about the different breeds available. Puppies are quite expensive, but they do have options for financing.

We got our new Pomski, Loki, there about 10 days ago. Not only is he adorable, but highly intelligent. His first vet check was two days ago and the vet was impressed with his physical condition and behavior since he's already following some commands... not bad for an 8 week old puppy!Staff was helpful, knowledgeable and kind. Worked with us on a very busy day and make a very long process seem less stressful.I only have a picture from when he was waking up from a nap but he's still adorable!Thank you for the new member of our family!!

Over the past 20 years our family has purchased 4 puppies from here. The most recent was a Mini Goldendoodle purchased Sept 2022. She is the sweetest!! We keep returning because every dog has been healthy and of perfect temperament. You get what you pay for. They check up on their breeders and hold them to the highest standards. That’s why they are more expensive because they did the work for you. If you want a specific breed I would highly recommend this location. All but one dog which died of old age is alive and thriving. Mini Goldendoodle, Boston Terrier, Rotterman & Bichon (lived 15.5 years)

If you buy a dog from here you are contributing to puppy mills. The puppy’s mother was likely kept in a cage for her entire life with no medical care and no love. If you work here or you contribute to this place in any way, you are helping contribute to the torture, neglect, and abuse of thousands of animals. It is shameful they’re allowed to delete their reviews on here, they have been the subject of many, many investigations about the poor health of their animals. The fact that places like these are allowed to remain open is shameful

They have the cutest dogs and you can play with them, they have a great friendly staff that’s super educated and they can answer all your questions before you buy a new pet. They will help you choose which one is the best dog for you and this is a very important decision. Great place! Great store! Amazing dogs!

Staff was very friendly while I have been shopping for my mother for a puppy bichon. We would’ve got the puppy had it not been for all of the travel restrictions right now with pets and airlines. Thank you so much for your hospitality. They have beautiful pure bred little guys or girls of a selection.
