This store has really improved over the last year. Renovations are now complete and the new staff are pleasant, helpful änd so very much friendlier than those who worked there lady year. Prices are still fairly outrageous but on par with all the other pet stores. However they do offer some pretty good sales and the coupons in the meal if used are really helpful.

I’ve shopped here prior to the renovation and since then. Employees are always willing to help and courteous. I have also used home delivery and curbside pickup. I’m pleased with the service I receive and like the new renovations.

The manager is rude and accused me and my fiance of vaping in the store which I dont vape and his was in the car. She said she can smell it and they have live animals. She then proceded to spray febreze, so now I cant breathe because I have asthma.

Just got accused of vaping inside the pet store. I emptied my pockets to show mel the manager it wasn't me and she decided to spray the entire store with febreeze every isle was covered. my fiance has asthma. We left a cart full of stuff probably 150.00 worth of stuff because my fiance couldn't breathe nor does she vape nor do I .......she mentioned vaping is harmful to the animals but continued to spray febreeze through out the store.

Pretty good prices are comparable or less than petflow. The selection is less though. Store is generally not crowded and you can be in and out in less than 5 minutes.

Unfortunately they did not have my dog food there. Wellness complete health for puppy's. But the staff was vary helpful n extremely nice to my little guy. He felt vary comfortable here. Thank u guys. They do have wellness complete for large breed dog adults but my buddy is not quite there yet.

No one at the register, just a bell with a sign that read "Ring Bell for Service". Which we did and it is loud. No one came. We waited 5 minutes with no acknowledgment. We left, so did the person behind us.

I have been shopping there for years. Their prices are competitive. The staff is friendly and courteous. They always greet me. They help me find products and even load heavy bags into my cart and even carry them out to my car. My dogs love it too ❣️

I’ve been a shopper at Pet Supplies Plus for years, but recently moved to this area and have been going to this location a few times a month. The store is always clean and tidy. Well stocked. The staff is always so helpful. Rogelio helped me with some coupons and signing up for text alerts. Thank you guys for your kindness and hard work. Whatever you’re paying them, they need more thanks for being a great staff in this community.

I went in on 7/7 before noon. Staff was amazing. Greeted myself and my dog at the door. Walked me to where his dog food was, gave my boy a treat, and one of the ladies even carried the dog food to my car for me. Manager who was there also had genuine conversation with me! Awesome store.

Everyone who works here is kind and helpful. Unlike other larger pet stores, they actually have cat owners working there, and they can make recommendations. I know being a cat owner isn't the reason to hire someone, but when I ask about a product, I don't feel confident with a shoulder shrug and being told I can just return it. At least at PSP they let me know what they've used, what's popular, if she likes a certain brand there's a similar one, if my cat didn't like this one brand it might not like this other one, but I can try it out and if she doesn't like it, I can return it. I also like the return policy, my cats are finicky and have sensitive stomachs. Allowing me to return or exchange after opening a bag of food is helpful. Hopefully that food gets donated.

It’s a fine store - but the mark up on their Fromm dog food was crazy! We paid almost double than we pay elsewhere, including their website. We needed to buy Fromm asap for our puppies while we’re in town for an emergency- we were glad to find it locally but the $ was a bummer.

The store is well stocked, neat and clean and the employee that helped me was exemplary. Mitten Morsels is a great value in wet cat food, it's their house brand and our cat loves it. Highly recommended.

Tried this place out again and I don't know why. I ordered dog food and when I went to pick it up it was covered in drywall and paint residue. Now I'm completely covered in white dust because I chose to spend money. How hard would it have been to wipe the bags down with a wet Raf after your construction project. Absolute stupidity. Never again.

Good place to shop, but yesterday was there in daytime and only employees were young teenagers. They were nice and did there job. However, none knew a thing about any of the products. I really needed someone with knowledge about dog foods. I get it, owners can't always be there, but still nice when you have at least one person who knows about store versus just check out people.

Only pet store I've ever been to that's played King Gizzard and the Lizard Wizard. They also have more dog and cat food variety than PetSmart.

Its a pretty well stocked store if you have a dog. The cat area is a little more sparse. The staff are overall pretty good, but it really depends on what day you go that will determine the level of service you get. The younger staff are a bit more eager to help.

My grand dog loves visiting this shop. He walks around, smells everything and then makes a treat choice. Everyone is very friendly, even when he has a leg lift incident....as boy dogs like to do!!!

Worker offered very friendly advice on dog booties. Seemed to be very knowledgeable about products for other animals too.(Originally I gave only 4, but honestly I don't know why. I had a very pleasant experience. Who doesn't love chatting with knowledgeable, pet loving staff?)

I was a little difficult to find even when my GPS told me I was right in front of the store. The sign is a bit small and the colors are muted to due age.Staff was very helpful and they all seemed chipper and always inviting when bringing in your own pet.They have a great selection of higher end dog and cat foods as well as the cat litter system we like (a non litter system). We have purchased several dog and cat beds as well as cat tree houses from PSP, but those are a little on the pricey side.

Very easy to use IF they have the products you want. Finding Dog food is impossible. Even here!!! Quantities are very limited or not available at all. My Pug only eats Cesar's dog food. At least for the last 7 years. Now i don't know. She's not impressed with Bella. Pray for us with little dogs.

I ordered some dog food online at this store. When I got to the store, a very friendly woman offered to help me take the food to my car. I also got a good discount. I highly recommend this local store.
