They claimed they close at 4:30 when they wanted their truck back yet I was sitting there waiting to give my friend a ride once he brought the truck back and I heard them lock the doors at 4:20 and then they expect to charge him a late fee? Worst experience ever, and if they do not make it right they will be sued as well because no late fee will be paid with as much as they charge. Over $100 for not even six hours

Went to rent a uhaul after my husband called and was rushed off of the phone because the guy that answered was in the middle of doing a contract. He honestly sounded irritated by the fact that we were even inquiring. Called again and he said he had a 20ft available but he was too busy to hold it for us so we stated that we were on our way, it took 30 minutes to get there. Got there and my husband went in, there was a group already checking out and he was next. A lady of my opposite color was standing off to the side then got in line behind my husband. Dude at the counter asked the lady behind my husband how he could help her and she was kind enough to realize that my husband had yet to be acknowledged and told him to help him instead. No surprise that all of a sudden he didn't have any available trucks. Never again you Rude Jerk!!!!

Smoothest transaction ever! 👏 I booked a 20’ UHaul truck with 2 dozen blankets. Booked on the phone with (Brandon?) - very nice and knowledgable. The truck was ready day of and in great condition. Returned it after hours using the drop box. No problems, will use again! Thanks 😊

I opted to do a mobile checkout/pickup this Sunday. After reaching there, I completed the online procedures and the app prompted me to collect the keys from inside.Accidentally I closed the app and the screen that showed “collect the keys inside” was gone. When I reopened the app I couldn’t go back to that page. But the person at the counter was very particular about that page before handling the keys with out standing in the queue.Because of that, I had to join the queue and wait for 1and half hour to get served. The person at the service desk took 20 mins to serve each customer

Just called there, someone answered the phone rude as heck...which okay maybe having a bad day? So I just asked my question which was if they carried 2nd or 3rd cut hay, he said "I don't deal with hay" and hung up on me. As someone who works in customer service and runs stores....maybe check into how to have some better customer service. We just moved here from Minnesota and I have no idea where to get hay here....no need to be a rude jerk.

1/2 hour before I was scheduled to pick up my truck, as my family was arriving to help me move, I got a call stating that they did not have a truck available. I will never use U-haul again. I'll go with Home Depot if I decide to move again.

The people are nice and they have a nice selection. Good prices on wild animal feed. I personally buy the shelled peanuts in 10 lb of blue jays find it immediately and the squirrels really like it too.

In regards to their U-Haul operations, good customer service, and nice equipment, but the actual location of the property takes away from the overall experience in two primary ways.1. It’s not the fault of Novi Feed, but renting a vehicle near rush hour means Grand River is incredibly backed up, and thereby making a left turn with a large Rental becomes daunting.2. The property is not well developed and therefore parking appears to put customer vehicles at risk and even the U-Haul trucks are forced into precarious positions.I had a good experience and I think most people will have a good experience, but these items are definitely worth considering from the customer perspective and from the business ownership perspective.

Arrived for a U-haul pickup, left with a trailer and a bag of bird seed. Great service all around and I found that their bird seed is some of the best bang for your buck as compared to other larger chain stores. Highly recommend.

Well the people there are real friendly and helpful I actually went their to rent a U-Haul truck and was able to do it at a real good price while I was there I was looking at the items that they had it was an amazing Place well stocked a lot of good stuff for your pets

I am giving them 2 stars because they were not open during their own posted business hours. No notice on the door was left. Not a good first impression. I arrived around 3:35 PM on Saturday, and their hours are posted as being open until 4:00 PM. I will change my review next time I visit them.UPDATE: So I lowered my review from 2 stars down to 1 star. I went in to see what they may have for my animals, as they are listed on many manufacturers websites as being a dealer of certain brands of food. I go to see if they carry a specific brand, and the guy tells me he doesn't carry it, and then begins asking me why I need what I was asking for.. I will not be visiting them.
