The brats were so yummy! We tried 7 different flavors and they were all a hit! We got ice cream and it was so good. The flavor options are different and unique. Love the peanut butter moose tracks! I would highly recommend this place! Great summertime food stop.

The meat we get there is Amazing! Large pieces. Great prices! The man behind the meat counter the day we came in there was rude and acted like we were a burden just asking if they had any more of the chicken boxes left. The product is great! The store is great! The ice cream is also Great!! We love the selection of brats! If it wasnt for the guy behind the counter, it would have been perfect!

We use to love the mac salad it was the best around it reminded me of my grandmother's she used mayo but not now the last to times it was like someone mixed salad dressing and milk and heavy on the celery seed very little chopped onion and celery who ever is making it now make them stop go back to the old way. the rest of the food there is great. prices are awesome. Their broccoli salad makes a great wrap! The mac salad is back to the way I like it yummy just like my grandma's!!!!!!!

Good selection of meats. Good ice cream. Lines are too long in the summer though due to all the illinois people over that way. And around lakes. Overall not bad. Gas prices are usually pretty fair too

Has a funky smell when you walk in, but awesome selection of foods for a gas station and the pumps are nice. Yes, the ice cream is as good as they say it is. A great meat selection as well, especially the brats.

Lots to find in this hole-in-the-wall type place! The ice cream store in the back serves the largest portions you'll receive anywhere! Many flavors to choose from and it's always fresh. The front store has a full service meat counter with more brat flavors than you've ever seen. Best part is, they're good! The inside of the building is dingy and needs updating but you can pick up just about any last minute item you need in this little place (for a price)! The gas pumps are a nightmare due to the parking situation. Cars line up along the front of the building which prevents you from being able to pull out from the gas pumps. People pump their gas, go in and order ice cream and leave their car parked at the pump while they sit down and eat it! Driving in this parking lot is putting your life at risk...no kidding. People are driving in every direction and backing up the same way. Cars whip into the lot nearly taking out those who are trying to get out. Safest approach is to turn in on the North end of the parking lot, but...if it has rained it will be flooded. If you're willing to risk the parking lot, you'll enjoy the ice cream, brats, and even the greasy onion rings and fried chicken!

Great customer service, generous scoops of reasonably priced delicious ice cream, interesting variety of meats. Just wish the outdoor area overlooking lake would be better cared for- it has so much potential, and a little TLC would transform it into a delightful spot.

I love the big selection of fresh brats along with their homemade salads, and their fresh cut meat always looking good. Fresh produce, frozen meat, hot food, and last but not least the ice cream is a real treat!!

Don't miss this!!! From a drive by or quick glance, this place may not catch your eye, but if you want a huge helping of great ice cream at a fantastic price, you need to stop here. The photo I am attaching is called "Just Enough". I don't think you'll find a better or more delicious deal on the planet.3/16/22 Update: they used to serve Sherman's I've cream, one of my local favorites, made nearby in South Haven. Since Sherman's quit making their own ice cream they now serve Hudsonville. As much as I loved Sherman's, Hudsonville is every bit as good. I wish this place were closer, I would visit every day.

Do you want amazing deals on chicken, burger, steaks, BACON, and other meats? Do you want to try exotic flavors of brats that you can't get anywhere else? Or maybe you want bomb ice cream? This is your place. This is a must stop and once you save a ton of money on large quantities of chicken or beef or whatever your family mostly eats with one of their insane deals, you will most definitely come back. Oh, and don't forget their awesome deli food, their pizza rocks!

The ice cream shop has awesome flavor ice cream(when able to be open due to covid), they have fresh meat department. You can get gas also..the prices for staple foods is a bit high but you pay for the convenience.

Normally we have a good experience here. Unfortunately today I called and ordered chicken for dinner was there to pick it up on time and that's when they informed me that they gave my food away to somebody else and it was going to be at least another 20 minutes before they'd have any more chicken ready. They hadn't even started me new food knowing that they gave it away to somebody else they kind of chuckled about it.

Best brats and ice cream anywhere!So much for a review from 4 years ago. I used to take a group of people into the Ice Cream Parlor once a week, and would stop by every Sunday on the way home. Well, this summer I've been in once, and it was once too many. Not only have the prices nearly doubled since my last review, the 3 people that they had working when we were in would have all been fired on the spot if it was my place and I was aware of it. It was so bad that everyone in line was talking about it, and when I said something in the store the response was that they were all well aware of it, and asked me to come back the next day to speak with ... (I forget the name they gave me). Well, if they really wanted to know about it there would have been someone in charge while we were there! Horrible that there was no responsible adult when the business was open. BTW, I tell this story as often as I can.

It might look "iffy" on its exterior and it even feels a bit dark on the interior yet you cant beat their specialty brats and meat cuts or their prices. Family owned, local sourced meat, and a defiant local fav for food and ice cream for which they have Ridiculous sized portions for an unbelievable low prices. Your missing a diamond in the rough and local secret if you pass this joint by.

Stopped in for some ice cream but was very disappointed by how unclean and smelly the parlor was. The freezers were being left wide open and some of the ice cream was visibly melting. It also made it hard to see into the freezers because they were all fogged up from being left open. The counter and floor behind the freezers were cluttered with used paper towels, melted ice cream and toppings that were left open. The trash was over flowing behind the counter as well as in the parlor and outside. Even after seeing and smelling all this we waited in line only to have our order skipped and a group behind us served before us and then asked to move around us so they could pay while we stood there waiting. After this experience I'll second guess visiting next time especially if it looks and smells like that again.
