Stopped in at 11:30 on a Friday. Usually great service and good food. Today, stood at the register while a girl took the orders for 4 cars in the drive thru who had all arrived after we did. No one even acknowledged us. No hello, we’ll be with you in a moment…nothing. When I finally asked if she could take my order, she just said “I’m the only one here”.

Had Mushroom and Swiss with fries $7.20, not worth it. Patty was dry, bun looked and had texture like someone sat on it for 2 days, small handful of fries. Left hungry and disappointed in fast food again.This DQ and the DQ in Marinette WI. should stick to ice cream OR learn from the franchise how to do it right.I also bought an Oreo ice cream cake, had it tonight......was delicious !!!!!The ice cream is the only reason for 3 stars instead of 1.

I must preface this post by saying that DQ has always been my go-to when I'm hungry and just want to nosh. Having said that, tonight my kids and I went through the drive thru and ordered 2 6-piece tender baskets; 1 with fries and 1 with onion rings and a large rotisserie style chicken bites basket with onion rings. This order came to over $30.00. After I ordered I drove up to the window to pay and was met with the back of the cashier who was in deep conversation with another girl who was wiping down trays. The cashier at the window stood there in conversation and ignored that I was waiting to pay. It was 9° and my window was down with my credit card out. Waiting. We waited for 12 minutes before she finally turned to acknowledge us. After she took the payment, she went back to her conversation. When she finished, she strolled over to the soft serve machine with a spoon she pulled from a container and proceeded to depress some of it onto her spoon. We thought she was testing the firmness but no, she pulled the soft serve and then ate what she pulled RIGHT IN FRONT OF US after being extremely rude by making us wait. When she came back to the window, she again had her back to us. At this time I noticed that a car had pulled up to order but the cashier didn't realize, she again engaged in conversation with the other girl. She eventually realized the car was there and took their order. Mind you we were still waiting. Waiting. The car pulled up behind us and another car came up to order them another. By this thing me there were 4 cars behind us. We were still waiting. The cashier said nothing to us. The other girl was rushing to fill the other cars' orders. We waited over 25 minutes for our food and neither girl apologized or thanked us for our patience. This is unacceptable behavior. Customer service was lacking.

Had an excellent bacon cheeseburger the other day. The fresh crispy veggies made the burger taste sooo good! And the Mocha MooLattè was great as well! I've always had a pleasant experience whenever I've stopped at Norway Dairy Queen!

I don't go here often, but when I do, I always get the 4-piece chicken basket, with a gravy and a ranch. My husband today got the same thing, but with just gravy. We were pressed for time, so decided to just eat on the way to our next destination. We were well on our way before opening our food to discover the gravy, was watery! Instead of the employees saying "you know the gravy isn't at the right consistency just yet. Is that ok or can I interest you in another?" They said absolutely nothing! It was watery to the point where it was leaking out of the container onto the food in our boxes. I luckily had a ranch as a backup. My husband only had the gravy and was left with having to put his chicken in-between his bread slices and making a sandwich. He was able to pat his chicken dry from the watery substance that was given to pass as gravy...but a lot of his cheese curds were lost. Giving 1 star because I have to in order to leave a review, another star for the shakes. Not sure when or if I'll ever be back. Train your employees to communicate with customers! If we had known the gravy wasn't right, we would of picked something else. It's not about an extra sauce being only 59 cents...its about the fact that this should NOT of been given out! If this is what you taught your employees is ok, shame on you. We figured maybe if it sat a little longer, it would thicken up some...no go. It's just as watery as when it was given to us. Just no.

Really wanted to have a better experience, 2 weeks after my last visit, sadly not the case. Still haven't updated their hours online, and we're out of 50% of the blizzard flavors. Who ever is running the show probably should be looking for a new job. This is unacceptable and will no longer get my business. Hard to recommend this place to anyone unless you like being disappointed.

Pumpkin cookie butter shakes are awesome. Always great service. I had a problem and called and explained to them that I ordered my large pumpkin cookie butter shake and couldn't understand why it was leaking. It had a crack down the side so I called and told them and they said next time I come in that I got one for free. I drive there just for there shakes and service.

I feel like it was okay, food order was messed up but still tasted good, concrete mixer was yummy. We got our order to go and I think it would have saved time just going through the drive through. They didn't put in Togo bag after we already said it was to go.

I prefer the one in Kingsford. I'm not a regular, but I've always got better customer service than Norway one. Mostly go for desserts. The prices are high. Really high for the cakes, very disappointing. Maybe since I'm signed up I can get one for my birthday this summer if there are big discount birthday deals? They are very good cakes.

I ordered a chicken sandwich with no tomato and no mayo... in the Norway mi location got a chicken sandwich with tomato and mayo. They where not busy at all the girl that gave me my blizzard looked rachet her hair was disgusting like it wasn't washed in over a month never going there again.

O stars. Worst food ever it was cold burger fries chicken strips. It was like it was sitting there for hours. For 29 dollars you would think it would be hot! We will never go there again! And all I got was Sorry!

Excellent. Very hot day Friday ( yesterday and stopped to get my dogs a cone. Had 2 double cheeseburgers for $5.00 but the total was $14 something 3 am comes 3.06 each..ouch. the very friendly lady working was great

Got my order wrong 3 times. Two of those times I repeated what i wanted. It wasn't busy at all since it was a Sunday night, so there is no excuse for the mess up. Honestly, how hard is it to make a plain double hamburger? Its literally 2 patties on a bun with nothing else. The teenagers working had bad attitudes and just wanted to talk. I watched them remake the hamburger and they tried to cover up their mistake by keeping one of the old patties and bun and put on a new patty, microwave it and served it to me. They were complaining the whole time about me, right in front of me. They tossed the bag at me, rolled their eyes, and went back talking. There was no apology or offer a free cone or whatever for the mix up.

Chicken strips was more like chicken chunks, the one was no longer than a person's pinky. Fish took forever to cook up. And the fries were pretty limp.... everything was "meh".

Prices are a bit high, especially for a stuffed cookie and icecream on the side. Staff might strive to provide excellent service which does in fact reflect in how carefully and efficiently they serve customers. Nevertheless, I was pleased with the tast of my desert. A lower price, or a bigger stuffed cookie with extra icecream would have definitely met my expectations or at least matched other DG places I've been to across the country.

I'm writing this message to the Norway Dairy Queen, in regards to our outing there last night. 7/22/19, I ordered a chicken sandwich basket, and when we got home there were no fries, we went back and the fries they gave to me were not cooked. Unhappy customer!

Great food. And recommend the flamethrower burger and extra flamethrower sauce on the side. For dipping your fries in. If you like it on the spicy side.

Hi, the mailbox is full, but I am wondering if the worker at the drive thru has a contagious rash on his hand? His hands looked painfully inflicted with a rash. He should be wearing gloves. If it's contagious, I need to know asap.

Wait time was a little long but I think it was just because of one guy ordering a lot. The service was nice and quick after him. Friendly staff :)
