I come here all the time and whether it be for my dogs or my fish, whatever I need is in stock. Yesterday night my aquarium filter died so I needed a new one fast - after work I called to see if they had the one I was looking for, which they did, and they offered to hold it for me until I was able to get there. Super professional and compassionate staff that truly seem like they want to help.

I was not Happy with my Dogs grooming Haircut. I specifically spoke to the groomer, and I asked her to make sure she cut my dogs hair on the low side, and she barely cut anything off. From Now on, she won’t be going back to this particular person, because she did the same thing to my puppy hair, she gave him a trim and not a haircut. Sofia does a much better job than the other girl. I don’t have almost a hundred bucks to throw away.

I want to start off by saying that I have been to this location on a couple of different occasions and all has gone well up until yesterday. Yesterday (4/20/24) I took my dog, Charlie, for a grooming appointment. He was a little anxious going in but he is usually is fine after I leave. His appointment was at 11:30 a.m. and at 2:00 Cassandra (who was the groomer for the appointment) called me and stated that they could no longer continue services as Charlie’s nail got torn getting out of the kennel and now has an open wound. That they did take him to the Banfield, the vet onsite and that the nail would have to be clipped and would need pain meds BUT could not see him because I was not a patient there. I told Cassandra that this was unacceptable has THEY hurt my dog and as I understand mistakes happen, I do expect you to remedy the mistake you made as it has now put my dog in pain! She put me on a hold and went to talk to her manager and after a moment came back and said she would have to call me back. Cassandra then started being rude because obviously I am upset and wanted a call back ASAP as I needed to go to work. A half hour goes by and I finally get a phone call from the manager, Amber, who told me that they were taking Charlie to the emergency vet and would keep me updated through the whole thing. I did not get one single update on Charlie until he was done and back at PetSmart and ready for pick up. Unfortunately, my mother had to pick him as I was at work. When my mother arrived, amber was no where to be found to answer any questions we may have had from the vet visit and the people who were working had no answers and were also rude to my mother. And after all was said and done, after those 2 and a half hours, he ONLY GOT A BATH! You guys had no empathy for hurting my dog and acted nonchalant about the whole thing, like it happens all the time! I will never bring my fur baby back here and I will certainly be telling everyone I know not to come here! Cassandra, should NOT be handling dogs that clearly are to strong and will over power her. Her lack of empathy for hurting Charlie has truly disgusted me.

Pleasantly surprised with the pet smart grooming at this location! Stanley is a 5 month old bernedoodle and they gave him a nice haircut! He has also gotten a puppy cut here. We will be back!

Wonderful staff , great selection of food and treats, and they give the best doggie baths! We ordered "furminator" service with the last bath and the results were amazing!

Unbelievable! They refused to take my dog (Zeus) for grooming who has been a customer there for over 10 yrs. He had a foot injury 3 months ago and was limping. So it was written on their recordsI explained that he is fine now and had clearance from our veterinarian. They wouldn't even look at him and also told me she doesn't need my business. I'm shocked!!. I was a loyal customer and spent and gave them a lot of money over the years. Goodbye!

I was watching my daughters dog this weekend, and wanted to have her dog washed and groomed before I picked her up at the airport Sunday night. I called for a same-day appointment, and was eventually transferred to Shannon, who could not have been more gracious and polite to fit me in on a very busy day.Shannon did an amazing job and I couldn’t be more pleased!

If I could give 0 stars to this place I would. First of all they have such bad Customer service. I had an appointment for 4:00 and they showed up at 6:00 so I waited there for a foot few hours. I applied for a kitten and they said that it was reserved for me and then I went and they said the approved someone else’s application. And they were offering my cats but I went for kittens and there offering me 2+ year old cats and they lied about a bother cat I was looking at saying they also gave it up but on the shelters website it shows that it was still up for adoption so I just find it very unfair how they lied and how they treated up and how they kept trying to give there adult cats to us when we went for a kitten

The workers are really hard working! I got a discount when it didn't read it in the system. They were glad to process the refund. There's so much going on like dog grooming fish cats small animals. I love all the selections and the store is huge. The groomers are great!!! My dog got a really cute haircut by the lady in the glasses. Gotta go back for grooming but too bad we are moving to California.

Did not have a good experience at this location. Saying my dog has to be sedated now now she has to be on a drug to be groomed at all locations not happy at all. Did not disclosed that information after appointment.

Great staff in the grooming department. Our dog is pretty nervous around people, but they did a great job welcoming him and by the time I picked him up, he was chipper, clean and had a great trim. Usually go to the Livonia location and have great luck, no different here!

Tried 3 times to get orders, each time had to restart auto order, then not put at door, then payment hassles. Too much, not convenient, for 71 year old working cat owner. Think Chewy about $6 more but peace of mind worth it.

Best customer experience!I called maybe two minutes to close, I know, I know...but it wasn't my choice, it's just the moment my kids finally went to bed and gave me a second to call. I believe his name was Brian who answered, and he was quick to look for a wet dog food brand my dog needed after his dental surgery. He could have brushed me off because I called at the end of his shift but he happily looked and assured me the product was available for pick up in the morning.My dog and I are very pleased with this location!

I’m not one to leave reviews but after my horrible experience here, here goes nothing.Absolutely putrid experience here. I had to take one of my dogs here as our normal groomer was unavailable and he was due for a bath and haircut. Right off the bat, the staff was unwelcoming, rude, and standoffish. While looking at my dog, the groomer stated there was matting that needed to be shaved off. We brush our dogs very often and the places she claimed were matted didn’t seem to be. I was also informed there was a time-based “dematting charge” which I have never heard of from our normal petsmart groomer. Ok sure, whatever. When I went to pick him up, same thing. Rude, unwelcoming, standoffish again. None of the grooming staff acted like they wanted to be there. When we got our dog back, they had butchered his coat. The groomer has shaved down over half of his tail, claiming there was mats. Neither of my dogs have EVER had mats in their tails. I think they claim there’s matting to charge extra for the time-based fee. They claimed the groomer had a really hard time with my dog. He is sensitive to touch in some areas but it has never been anything that couldn’t be handled. To add icing on the cake, they had the audacity to say that my dog needs to be sedated in ordered to be groomed. I have NEVER been told by groomers, trainers, or pet resort staff that my dog needs to be sedated and is too reactive. This place is horrible. If I could give a -5 star review I would. I will NEVER take my dogs here again. Be warned, stay away.

I was in a hurry & the employees helped me find exactly what I needed, then I couldn’t get my phone to load a coupon that I had. I told the cashier about the coupon & she scanned the one that she had for me which was very nice of her to do. It was a good experience.i’m hoping next time I can take my puppy in and have a little bit more time however what is her first actual car ride and she didn’t do too well which is why I needed to get in the store fast and get out fast to clean up the mess that she made in my car. 🤢

I had questions about what treats to give my puppy. The manager went above and beyond the means of service. He showed me what treats he recommends and listened to me extensively about my concerns with treats. His level of service is truly amazing. I am very grateful this and he needs recognition for what a great job he’s doing at the store especially on Christmas 🎄 Eve. I want to thank him again it meant a lot to me.

I normally don’t leave reviews but Jean is not friendly. I brought my dog in for a haircut! As soon as Jean saw my labradoodle she said he was too matted to groom. Isn’t that her job? Employees are not professional or friendly anymore. Very sad and unfortunate.

I seriously kept asking the checkout person to open a case for me…. No one ever came to open the case!!! I stood there for so long with my screaming baby. This trip should have been quick. I knew exactly what I needed. I know it’s hard to hire people but goodness. This was ridiculous.

The place was very organized and wide variety of many things! It was super clean and the people were extremely nice and helpful, the guy offered to help us take our one big item to our car, I wish I got his name because for being a first timer at PetSmart, it was a great first time experience and will be going here more often when I need something other stores don’t have. The lady at the counter was also sweet, with helping us out again definitely recommend shopping here!
