Best little pet store around. They have the best treats and lots of things you aren't going to find at the big box pet stores. Good prices, good hours, good service, 5 stars. If you're in downtown Northville and need to make a stop for pet goodies or pet essentials, this is the only place to spend your money.

Celebrity Pet is without a doubt the best place in town for your pet! Everything from treats to toys to food is of the best quality. After giving my dog only food and bones from here, I will not set foot in another pet store. The staff has always been great, but Shelby is phenomenal. Every time I call or go in the store for assistance, she is friendly and her knowledge about animals and the products best suited for them is apparent. My dog has been having some issues lately, and he reacted poorly to the probiotic food the vet gave me (he's used to real food from Celebrity Pet). I went in the store looking for a healthy alternative, and Shelby helped guide me to a clean probiotic and chicken and rice meal that my dog just can't get enough of! She was genuinely concerned when I told her about his situation and behavior and told me to keep her posted on him. That personal touch makes all the difference when you're choosing a place for your dog. Our animals deserve the best of the best, and Celebrity Pet is just that.

Staff is so helpful and kind. I love supporting local as much as possible. They have everything you need here, from a mini doggy bakery to hand made sweaters and adorable toys. Highly recommend over any big pet store chain!

I have been buying my dog food at this store for a couple years and I am very grateful for all the information and help I have received. The food products are an assortment of healthy, organic and made in the USA. My dogs have had several issues over the years or I was looking for healthy alternative choices to keep them healthy and have always been happy with the advice I was given. Lets keep our local businesses thriving! You can not get this kind of caring people at the big box pet stores!

We thought this was a super cute store and my kids were so excited about going in. But upon entering, we were asked no less than 4 times, can I help you. I just find this incredibly annoying when I am trying to look around. The last lady seemed annoyed and said, are you sure we can’t help you?? I immediately left the store and will never go back. I just felt this was so rude as if she didn’t want us in the store.

Sadly, i agree with the others that the owner is rude. Not so much rude, but snarky. It was my first time here, told her i normally go to another dog bakery close to my house. She then replied with "they buy all their ingredients from Walmart" I thought that was very unprofessional of her to insult another small pet store, especially one that is three towns away, therefore not a big competition for her. It's a cute boutique, but I wont go back after that.

The owner was RUDE, RUDE, RUDE. My fresh off the track rescued greyhound is learning there are other dogs that don't look like her. She is timid like most hounds; however, will communicate with a snarl when afraid. (She has lived beautifully with my 3 cats for four months now). I went to this pet store to show another greyhound owner "how cool I thought it was" regrettably.Upon entry, our hounds got rushed by an unleashed black medium sized dog. Naturally, I pulled my hound back to block any potential incident and keep my hound safe. In the process I knocked some ceramic bowls over. Nothing broke. As I moved toward the front we encountered the black dog again, where I made small talk with the owner about greyhounds. I told him she was a rescue from Florida and I was trying really hard to socialize her with other animals. I did state, as our dogs were sniffing each other, she might snarl but nothing else. In a snarky tone the owner interrupts with "If she snarls why did you bring your dog in here in the first place?" ( Hey owner, I brought my dog in there with another greyhound owner. You know, more business for you. Guess you don't need it). I responded to her statement by saying, "So, you're telling me you don't ever have dogs who snarl in your store?" The owner replied, "No, I don't ." I responded, "I highly doubt that" and left.I guess a dog needs to pass the Good Canine Citizenship test before allowed entry into Celebrity Pets!! Lord forbid your pup misbehaves in any way! Owner, as a first time dog owner and rescuer, I do NOT like being shamed or disrespected as I'm socializing my dog. (Also, my Hound was on a leash, the other dog was not) I am doing my very best for my rescued hound, taking her out to new places is part of socializing her. I assumed (wrong) I could take her to a pet store without being talked down too!! I know now I can not. I will be sure to tell other greyhound owners (who LOVE to spend unlimited dollars on their hounds) of this unfortunate experience. I suggest you get into another line work, learn about your customers and try really hard to JUST BE NICE!!!! Also, your products are WAY overpriced and can be found on Amazon or Etsy for much less!This is the second review I've ever written.

I took my dog here for his birthday so he could pick out a new treat and toy! He loved the turkey sausage and the staff was super helpful in finding him a squirrel puzzle toy. They gave him an extra treat for being the birthday boy :)

This place has amazing customer service and will delivery your pet food on request. My boyfriend and I come here to buy both our cat and dog food every month. My pitbull mix has lots of skin allergies and they were so helpful to figure out which brands might work for him. His skin is now healthy and shiny! I appreciate the warm customer service and they also have a wide variety of dog/cat treats. I will continue to come here to buy their food or any other extras they might need. Keep up the good work and thank you for your awsome store and customer friendly attitude!

CHECK OUT GREAT PRODUCTS FOR YOUR PET then go buy them someplace else.I was initially pleased with the selection at this store. My dog needed a new collar and we found a good one at the store. The size and color we wanted was out of stock, so the proprietor ordered it for us, saying that she expected to get the order in the following week. Nearly three weeks later, not only has the collar not arrived, but the proprietor has not the slightest guess as to when it might arrive. She then told me that the local REI store sells the same color. That information was the most used I got out of the store.UPDATE: Just ordered from the manufacturer, who has guaranteed shipping within one week.

The owner is RUDE!!! I would never recommend this place to anyone! I was disgusted with her behavior. I just moved to Northville, so I was checking out all the little stores with my mom.When we walked into the store, there were three other people looking for the owner. After awhile she came up to the register and asked my mom "what do you want" in a really rude tone. My mom had a question about one of the crates. She took a photo to send to my dad which he's in Texas working. She wanted to know what size he thought would be best for one of the crates. We continued to browse the store. I found a few things that I planned on getting. My mom found some brushes and asked the owner which one would be best for a Papillion because her hair gets tangled easily. The owners response "I don't know! I'm not a groomer!" and walked away. If this is YOUR store, then you should know about YOUR products that you have in YOUR store!!!!! I was appauled!!! Especially since someone was being so rude to my mother when my mom was just asking a question about a product.At this point, I didn't want to purchase anything from her store. Here I am in a new town and I had to deal with someone so rude like her! Other businesses can't be like this in Northville. Right?Finally, we were looking at the baked goods. Looking to see what Bruno and Bella would like. My mom took a picture of the beer mug cookie because she thought it was funny and sent it to my dad showing the cookie that she was going to get for Bruno. At this point I didn't care to purchase anything. The owner came around the corner and said "you need to leave!!! You keep taking pictures of my store!"My mom and I just stood there in shock! Here we were going to purchase some stuff and just waiting for my dad's response. She should be happy that someone would want to take pics of some of her products. There's cute things in the store. Take it as a compliment!!!!! But being nasty to a potential customer is not proper etiquette for a business owner.
