I recently worked there and Karen the store manager is fake she talks horrible about her staff/reps/customers behind there backs Becca the assistant manager is the same way she trys to acts better than everyone else. The management team there is horrible. They use expired food for pizzas and they make there food sit in the warmer for 8 hours who wants old 8 hour hard pizza and I've seen them drop food and pick it up and sell it. I wouldn't give 1 star for this place.

I worked here for the course of two months and I quite frankly hated the job. I loved working with the usuals cause they were pretty friendly and I had a lot of fun but the management was horrible. I wasn’t trained very well if at all on specific things that they would often complain about especially in management. I had told the store manager on a many accounts that I was mentally unwell and that I was struggling with depression but she would ignore it because she thought I was doing better on register then prior. They would often times make it unenjoyable to work with terrible control of policies, all having different ways of conducting the same goals, and never explicitly detailing things I was doing wrong. The store itself has good pizza and so work meals were something to enjoy. The area manager was a complete tool who would often make sly remarks especially during my last visit. There was also bickering between staff which created a harsh and often times irritable atmosphere especially with one of the managers. Overall just a terrible work environment and good pizza I guess if that’s somehow meant to be redeemable and I love the staff there.

I've been coming here my whole life and only for the Cheese bread. It's amazing if made properly and seasoned. The last couple times I ordered the bread was dry, flavorless and smaller than what it use to be. Don't know what happened but I hope something changes because it's disappointing. Nobody wants old dry cheese bread, I could barely eat it let alone chew. The bread itself was tougher than a 2 dollar steak

Please stop ignoring requests for butter on the crust. It’s a small request and is blatantly ignored constantly. There is no consistency anymore like there used to be, I used to order EVERY Friday and no longer do.

I usually don't like thin grease grease pizza. But this place is the exception. It's good and always consistent. The store is always clean. Wish they could keep the cherry icee machine working. Always seems to be down when that crave hits me. Maybe just my bad timing. The pizza is costly. So be prepared to pay for a higher price than average.

Their pizza is pretty good but I agree with other reviews that I’ve read. It’s not like it used to be and North Branch has several great pizza options so the competition is tough. They have a great location it is easy to get in and out. They do still make awesome iced tea.

Ordered a pizza few nights ago, the worker caught an attitude on the phone which totally took me back. Once I arrived home with my pizza I realized that the workers poor attitude was also reflected upon my pizza, which had about a half pound of sauce. Never have seen a pizza from sunrise (or any place for that matter) have so much sauce that it was blatantly repulsive and inedible. Pretty disappointed and will not be returning for another pizza due to my poor experience.

Ordered pizza from here for the first time. Gotta say, wasnt disappointed one bit. They have monthly deals to make sure you get the most bang for your buck. The pizza was an 8.1 out of 10. One bite everyone knows the rulez!

Used to have awesome pizza with decent slices but like everyone else they are cutting corners now, the quality and size for the price is now laughable! don't waste your money

Went in this morning and the place was filthy dirty. The bathroom was even worse than filthy is was utterly disgusting! The place could not have been that busy overnight for someone to not clean and the worse part is that they make food here!

They used to be the best in the area but they went to all prepay and higher prices than shell and other area marathon stations. I used to get gas and go in an buy snacks and pay. I always fill up and don't know how much it will take so I pay at the pump and don't get snacks or pizza.

I have gone to Sunrise in North Branch for years. Today I was in a situation where I filled up my tank and went into the store and asked for change. I was told they wouldn't make change with a $10 bill after I filled up my tank. When I asked for a corporate number she said she couldn't find one (the older female that has been there for years)... Really... A real professional liar! I will never step a foot in your store again... Any of them! Unbelievable... I'll go to Whistle Stop from now on.

Paid at the pump. Parking lot was clean and they get a good amount of business. We'd stop in again if we go through that area.

They don't accept checks all I had while I wait for my new debit card. Be nice if they put a sign on the door or something......... pizza is alright not as good as it used to be and really expensive.

Good service in the store and gas prices are relatively in line with those of gas stations in the Lapeer area. Pizza is also very good especially the cinnamon sticks.

You go for the pizza that you remember was so good twenty years ago just to be disappointed every time you buy a slice. Pizza is very hit and miss these days.

I had two vehicle's filled with gas at the same time, one stranded in Detroit, and the other vehicle is running rough, this is not the first time I've had problems with Sunrise's gas. I had my gas filled Sunday November 15th.
