I come here quite often and I must say I got the best service of all today. During my checkout I had some issues with my reward number and Kelly was super patient with me until I got it taken care of. Out of everyone I’ve met at any Walgreens she was by far the most polite and professional! Keep up the good work Kelly, see you next time!

Friendly staff every time I’ve gone inside since I moved to Niles this year. The pharmacy had quite a line the one time I needed a prescription filled but I only waited 20min. The fedex station inside is great, they were able to print a label for me with a QR code.

Please be careful when scheduling vaccines here. My wife and I will be traveling outside the country soon, and we had a concerning experience at the Niles, MI location.We scheduled the appointment online, but they had no record of it when we arrived. That's annoying, but not a big deal. More frustrating was when they tried to give us the incorrect vaccines. If we hadn't checked, I'm not sure what we would have gotten. The pharmacist also told me to come back a week later for my HepA/B booster, but when getting my Yellow Fever vaccine at the clinic in Grand Rapids, I was informed that not enough time had passed between shots, so the booster is invalid.This is a dangerous facility that could very well hurt someone with their ineptitude, so please be careful when scheduling any vaccines here. I have no faith in their abilities on any level.

I had an appointment for a COVID/flu test, it shows on the website that it’s $19.99 without insurance. They said I needed to pay that even though I have insurance. Very poor advertising on their part. I didn’t really care that I could t get tested, if I get others sick then oh well I guess, I was more pissed that they lied on the website.

One star is generous. This place is hands down the most horrible, rude, poorly ran excuse of a pharamacy that I've ever seen. Stay away, pay extra somewhere else! Alert the authorities. My spouse came here after Walgreens delivery failed, had to get the order canceled and resubmitted for in-person pick-up(not a big deal). The notification in the app read that rx's were ready for pickup. Upon arrival, had to wait 30 minutes in the drive thru only to find out that they can't find the rx's. Was told to come inside while the pharmacy tech searches more. Had to wait in the register line an additional 25 minutes, then was told to wait at the "ask a pharmacist" counter. While waiting, a bearded pharmacy employee with no name tag reluctantly greeted my spouse,"Do you have a question?" After attempting to explain that the pharmacy technician at the register informed my spouse to wait here, he interrupted and gestured menacingly while puffing his chest, "YOU NEED TO WAIT AT THE REGISTER! ARE WE GOING TO HAVE A PROBLEM?!" To which my spouse, appalled, responded, "No." and left to wait in the register line again. Waited an additional 10 mins in the register line, only to have to pay AGAIN for the ALREADY PAID FOR prescriptions. My spouse had all documentation ready, including invoices(app confirmation) for the pre-paid rx's. This was a severely traumatic experience, and has left us searching for a different pharmacy provider. We suggest that anyone with a shred of decency to do the same.

I don't know, who the old lady with oxygen is, but talk about rude. Was just checking out, had a bottle of wine. So, she scanned my ID while looking at me with distain... like I just killed the 40 cats she probably has.Then was waiting for the card reader, to tap and pay. Had my card out waiting for the screen to change. She looked at me all hateful, and said "you need to wait", before I even put the card close to the reader.I also, left my basket on the counter (customary the clerk takes it), after I checked out.She started cussing, and threw the basket at the doorway, while I was leaving.Why, is this acceptable behavior for your employees? If that had been a grown man throwing a basket at me, there would have been a fight!

Horrible pharmacy. I usually get notifications that my sons scripts are ready, I received no notification this month. I called to see if they were ready and asked why I wasn't receiving a text or call that they were ready. The lady said because texting/calling has not been verified on my end. I tried to explain to her that I've always gotten texts and calls, so I was curious what happened. She instantly got and attitude and said it's because you've never verified your info. Excuse me, I've been using the pharmacy for years and was only trying yo see what happened. I then asked what scripts were ready and she rudely told me. I politely tried yo explai. I live in a town over and I'm making sure they are the correct scripts. Honestly. I will be changing pharmacy this one has very rude employees and has had them for a great while! Do better walgreens!

This Walgreens is one of the worst I have ever been to. The elderly lady on the oxygen who runs checkout has now twice talked down to me and yelled when I hit the "No" button when the screen asks if I'm a Walgreens member or not. She said "You now just locked me out of my system! Don't touch anything if you don't have a reason to touch it!" She obviously doesn't know that the screen literally asks you a question. She's entitled and obviously can't perform the basic tasks associated with the job.

This pharmacy is horrible they have consistently filled the wrong prescription for me multiple times. Waisting both my gas and time consistently and when it happens they are not apologetic and very nonchalant about it . I understand that they are understaffed and feel for them for that but for this to happen happen multiple to the point where I’ve started calling days ahead to make sure they have plenty of time to fill the script and even stopped filling multiple scripts at once so they don’t get confused and they still fill the wrong RX. This honestly says to me that it’s not about making a mistake which would be fine everybody makes mistakes from time to time this is a lack of caring which is crazy to me given they handle peoples personal information and medical treatment.

This place is disorganized. I get a call that all my prescriptions are ready. (I live ten miles away) I go there, and they tell me I have to come back later because two of my prescriptions are NOT ready.I edited to one star shortly after because I was late for an appointment because of this, and yet there was no apology for screwing up, just a look like I was bothering them.I cannot stand the ‘cockiness’ you get from so many businesses around this area. This culture has to change..

Awful pharmacy. I've been told hours to pick up medications before and it's taken days. Or they don't have the medication when it's been called in by a doctor 2-3 weeks in advance. They don't care about their customers at all. Today I called in a prescription at 10 am (that they have had on file for weeks) only to be told 7 hours later that they didn't have it and wouldn't have it for another 5 DAYS. I wouldn't have even known this if i didn't call, so i wasted an entire business day because they can't be bothered to call a customer and tell them what's going on. GO LITERALLY ANYWHERE ELSE!!!

After a mistake on their part with filling my medications I was informed they would be done within an hour, returned an hour and a half later only to be told they were not done and would be at least another hour.Went inside to use the restroom which an employee led me to only to be informed by a manager just outside the restroom door that they did not allow the public to use their restrooms and I would have to go somewhere else.I absolutely cannot recommend this pharmacy to anyone.

The pharmacy is horrendous. They are always changing their hours and giving no notice when they do this. I got a text the my prescription was ready and I got the not more than 10 mins later and it said they closed an hour ago. I’m unsure how they filled my prescription when they’ve been closed for an hour. The least they could do is have their current hours attached to their text message or something. Also a majority of the pharmacy staff is RUDE

Drive though is always a nightmare at this location. But the customer service today, 12/5/2021, the young lady working the drive through today was the worst ever over the years that I’ve come to this Walgreens location. She was very rude, dismissive, couldn’t explain anything, and barely even spoke at all. After I told her what I was picking up, she looked it up, and walked away. Came back to tell me my total, so I sent it to over to her. I looked up to see the tube coming back with my items and she was gone. Not one “thank you,“ “have a good day..” “can I help you with anything else,” not ONE word. I just took my medications and went on my way. Hope I didn’t have to sign or return anything to her. Definitely switching pharmacies all together.

I had scheduled a drive-thru covid test for 9:40 am. I received a confirmation email at the time I made the appointment and another one a couple of hours prior to my appointment time. They requested I come early to the appointment. I got there at 9:30 and there was no one at the drive-thru. I pushed thr button and the buzzer rang but no one came to help me.I waited until my appointment time and buzzed again. No response. I called the store and they said someone would be there soon. That the pharmacy wasn't scheduled to open until 10. It took 45 minutes in total to get my test. The pharmacist was grungy looking with dirty nails. Will never use Walgreen again.

The pharmacy absolutely sucks. I put in a refill an entire week ago and somehow they’re now out of stock on my meds. Someone there told me I could go to another Walgreens and get it filled because it’s in my profile, nope! Turns out my doctor has to call it into another pharmacy AND I have to wait for my insurance to sort it out with new one!!! Love that!!! Use a different pharmacy for your sanity.

The absolute worst drug store I have ever seen in my life and constantly make mistakes on my prescriptions they act like they don't know what they're doing. You have to constantly wait because they're busy because they make so many mistakes. They will call me and tell me my prescriptions ready and then I'll drive up there and nothing is ready or there is no prescription at all. They're very rude and very unprofessional. This is supposed to be my preferred supplier of medicines and I'm scared to death that they're going to screw up the medicines that they give me. I think it's time to look for another Pharmacy.

If I could give them a 0 I would, I have a terrible experience month after month when picking up my prescription, either they “can’t find it” or don't process the coupon on file that’s good for a year and tell my price is much higher than what it should be. Then 20 minutes later after looking into it (EVERY SINGLE TIME), my price is back where it should be. 20 mins of the pharmacy staff (none of them) knowing how to process the coupon on file and watching them fiddle with the computer and asking every staff member behind the counter then having to have the Pharmacist do it. I was there the other day and again had to wait 20 mins cause the tech said my coupon was expired, I asked how it was expired when it was put in last month as a new coupon. She said I don't know it is out system. She then asked me for my DL and I asked her why she needed all of this info medication that I have been picking up for my daughter for a year and the fact that my daughter was a minor. She said I don't know the Pharmacist said so, I asked again why and the Pharmacist motioned her hand in a go a way gesture and would not answer why after over a yr they needed this info for a minor child. The tech was not very customer service oriented and clearly was not taught how to deal with stressful situation, cause I don't know and sorry aren't always the answer. This is typical of this location, there are extremely long lines, long waits and EXTREMELY rude staff. To have a Pharmacist who is suppose to help the sick roll her eyes at the customer cause they want answers is the most unacceptable form of behavior for someone that is working in the health care field. If you can not handle your job, then you need to find a different one, cause patients do not deserve this type of treatment.

Took 20 minutes waiting in the pharmacy line to pick up my prescription. When I got to the window the lady did not have the intercom on and was trying to talk to me through the window...even after I told her I couldn't hear her. This isn't my first time waiting this long. Looks very disorganized and the ladies look lost.

Every month never fails have to call in several times because they don't know how to properly bill my insurance. Get told they have to call insurance. Then I have to wait! usually I go at least a week without my test strips for my diabetes. Unfortunately for this prescription my primary insurance makes me use Walgreens or this script would be at Cvs with the rest. Worst part is I have to beg them every month to call my secondary insurance so they can run the prescription correctly. Then they get an attitude with me because they don't know what their doing. Worst place ever...

I LOVE the STORE. It's close to where I live, it has a wide range of products & some really great sale prices. 5 stars for the STORE! ☺👍But the pharmacy is SLOW AF!!!EVERY! SINGLE! TIME!They need more techs or a greater sense of urgency one of the 2. Cuz when people are sick & not feeling well they need their meds NOW! Not 5 hours from now!3 stars for the pharmacy because they DO EVENTUALLY get the job done & they've never given me the wrong meds. 4 stars overall.

I’m rating Walgreens pharmacy dept as a literal negative zero but I want to give some positive credit to one pharmacy tech Jessica. I have a terrible experience month after month when picking up my prescription, either they “can’t find it” or forget that I have a coupon on file that’s good for a year and tell my price is much higher than what it should be. Then 20 minutes later after looking it up (EVERY SINGLE TIME), my price is back where it should be. However, I’ve finally had a great experience. Jessica greeted me in a very friendly manner, which I wasn’t expecting lol and got everything processed and made some friendly small talk and made sure to ask me if there was anything else she can help me with. WOW! It seems like such a insignificant interaction but truly was night and day from my normal dreaded prescription pick up. I hope she is getting the recognition she deserves, and she is there the next time I go!!!

I wish I didn't have to give this one star I called in and was told that my prescription was ready for pickup and I said that's interesting I didn't even call it in yet and they said yeah it's ready for you to pick up and I said well that's great and then they quoted me that my two types of insulin would be $130 I drive in after work and I'm told that it is not ready that it had to be put back and it was going to be an hour and a half and I would have to wait and that the cost was $176. I asked why was I told that it was ready and why was it 40 something more dollars. the tech was very rude and told me that I had talked to their call center and she said it wasn't them so I would just have to wait. I told her I called the local number and I was told it was ready and I could not wait the hour and a half that I needed it ready sooner and she said there's nothing she could do she already talked with the pharmacist and it would be an hour and a half wait. I told her I had to come back in the morning but I was very disappointed because I was told two lies.mind you I was in the Drive-Thru and there are no other cars around barely any cars in the parking lot so I don't know why they couldn't have gotten it ready sooner. I also asked why was I told that it was already ready and she just said well and I'm showing that it had to be put back and it's not ready and so really she couldn't give an answer and was very rude about it.

Seriously get the runaround and have to wait hrs, some times days just to fill a prescription. They will get it wrong and ask you to come inside only to wait in another line. They have an "oh well" kind of attitude about it everytime. Very poor service. Would certainly not recommend this pharmacy.

I am very disappointed in my recent visit to this Walgreens. I went to the pharmacy and specifically asked for the generic version of the 12-hr Sudafed. I very clearly said I did not want the Claritin. The girl behind the counter was rude and hardly made eye-contact, just chatting with other people behind the counter. I reiterated that I only wanted the store brand 12-hr Sudafed. I guess I should have checked the box after she gave me the bag, because she still gave me the off-brand Claritin! I can’t use this. I called to speak with a manager in the pharmacy who basically blew me off and said that I could just come back and return it, not even acknowledging that they messed up or apologizing for the inconvenience. I strongly recommend checking your medications when picking up here because I’m not the first to receive the wrong thing

This pharmacy is always understaffed and the employees are rude more often than not. Time and again I call in prescriptions a couple of days ahead, only to arrive and have them say they are short on the product, or there was some other problem, and I need to come back.Update: still under staffed, and forget the drive thru.

I had absolutely no problems with the pharmacy. I had an issue with my insurance and switching pharmacies, which involved too many phone calls from Walgreens to the insurance and back and forth with my doctor. The staff was more than helpful. I'm happy to be using them as my home pharmacy.

Absolute worst pharmacy. Constantly telling me they don’t have my insurance in my chart when I pick up monthly prescriptions so I know they do. The employees in the pharmacy department are such a joke, completely incompetent. I will be switching my medications to a COMPETENT pharmacy and not returning here.
