They have a limited selection, but they usually have just what I need, and I find their prices are just a little bit cheaper than rural king. Staff are always nice, and it's always quite in there when I go.

Didn't normally shop here, in-store or online. But recently I purchased a generator from them, online and picked it up in-store. The 2 employees that helped me were awesome, kind, polite, and went above their duties, to find and get my generator. I'm a Club Member now, with the TSC Store Card. It can be used online and in the store. Now I'm about to purchase myself an 8x7 storage shed. So glad I signed up and I believe you will be too!

Bought Ridge Cut Contractor Steel Toe Boots here in August, $107.99. They are falling apart already, and the soles are coming apart. Only a 30-day return policy, do I gave away money for only a month and a half of use. I reached out to the customer solutions center, I received insincere, sorry.

We come here often for dog and cat food, as well as tons of dog toys, treats, gardening supplies, and work clothing plus shoes. Both of us work outdoor, laborious jobs and require seasonal clothing and footwear that will last. Everything we've ever bought from here is great quality, and honestly cheaper than Rural King. This is also the only place we can find all of our pets' food (the brands are not typically found in stores, and are nowhere else in town), and they're also the only place that sells dog toys that ACTUALLY LAST. Can't recommend this place enough!

Arrived 40 min before close. Store is empty but the kid on the register stops playing on his phone long enough to tell me I can't use the dog wash. "It closes "around" an hour before the store, it just doesn't say so anywhere. We don't want to have to stay to clean it"

Me and my identical twin brother wanted to thank the girls for being really nice to us about us and our rescues Bella and rena and for us letting them walk around the store for first time.Our girls really adored them and enjoyed discovering the store while we waited for dog wash and we also thank the customers that came in and petted them.Deffinetly will return in the future.

I'm so thankful they got the self-serve dog wash now, so I don't have to drive to Dowagiac. They only difference that I wish they would have used like the Dowagiac store is the pull out dog wash ramp. It's kinda of a hassle having to attach the ramp and then detach to wash my dog. Then repeat it to get him out. Otherwise, it's great. I love the fact that you get a free wash after 4 purchases.

We like the selection of clothes for us older folk. Quality and comfort is what I like. The store is clean and tidy. Anything you need for home, yard or farm..... without free popcorn. The staff was helpful and friendly.We like shopping here, we been customers for many years.

Service isnt great: we went in to buy a paddle boat and they only had one but the seat was missing and the pole holders were broke so we asked if we could get it on a discount price they said No. (Why pay full price for something that isnt new?) Anyways we ordered a new one from the in store app. Heres the thing we got charge 100.00+ for shipping to the store. To a store that sells them and advertise them. Why do this to the customers. Never agin will i shop there.

Dennis is the best! He caught me on the way out because he noticed I was emptyhanded- the one thing I needed was actually there but had been out of stock for weeks so I missed it! He walked me right over to it and then carried to the front for me. Thanks for being awesome!

Don't buy anything online, this location lies about having items on stock. I drove from Dowagiac, MI, to have the item not there. They had not pulled it off the shelf before they sold it to another customer. The "Manager" had to ask the cashier how to get my money back, which I have yet to get...

They have been around a long time, having bought out the old Farm & Fleet store. The store is always clean, the help always ready to assist, and if they dont have what you need they will point you where to go. Their website does need updated as it listed them as a place to refill propane tanks, and they informed me they do not. But I like how they stay supportive of the local community, way to go!

This location has the worst management and apprehension of their own corporate return policy. I returned a new unused undamaged item within the correct time frame and the rude fork lift operator Deb had to "investigate" and double check the polite cashiers ability to do her job. The also rude manager Jennie said they have to investigate if item had damage and that they won't return damaged items at this location... so buyer beware! She also recommended I file a complaint with corporate because it comes back to her to deal with anyways. Will do anyways Jennie.
