I normally don’t leave reviews but I had to come give 5 stars for the experience I had. The woman and man who closed tonight were amazing. They were so so so nice to me and tried their hardest and went out of their way to help me figure out my situation with western union. I was stressed and a mess but they didn’t judge and handled everything so well and were very comforting through it all. Thank you again!!

I called this location to ask if they honored the Good RX coupons. I was told yes, but there system was down. Not a problem I didn't need the script that day. I was asked the name of the drug? Sirolimus. I've never heard of it, is what was said. They looked it up and said they didn't carry it and if it was ordered, it could take a day. I'm willing to wait. Can you please order it? They would try. So, I had my doctor send the prescription to Rite Aid. I get home from work to a message on my answering machine, saying because of the cost (just under $500 out of pocket) of the medication they needed me to confirm that I really wanted the drug before it would be ordered. I called to give my approval and credit card number if needed, but was told they couldn't order it because they are going out of business. The first person I spoke to was a woman. The voice mail was left by the same woman. The person who said they were going out of business was a man. Why wasn't that said in the first conversation or even in the voice mail?

Young lady that was working this evening as cashier, I believe her name was Anika (Sorry, for spelling) She was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING going way above and beyond being extra helpful to an older couple. SHE is an awesome person and a great asset to your company.

Rite Aid in Niles, MI has the most pleasant personnel working the store. Whenever I haev a question regarding the inventory of an item, an employee will look to see if there is supply in the store or when it may be available.

I just went there to get test strips for my boyfriend and the website says they are open till 10 p.m went there at 9:30 and they were closed. I buy them over the counter . We have been there a few times when they are supposed to be open in the morning and they are not.

Will never go back. Kelli waited on me and she was very rude. I was considering moving my prescriptions to Rite Aid in Niles because it’s closer to my home. But NOT after this visit, was there to pick up a prescription for a relative, and the whole process was a big mess. !!!!

Top notch customer service! I went in for Western Union, and they(WU) were having issues with their computer system. Called them several times, from the little kiosk at the Rite Aid. Was getting frustrated, and cussed out loud in the store.They apologized profusely, even though it wasn't their fault.Also, a pleasure to buy things from(unlike the Walgreens down the street), a smile helps.I usually deal with the younger, really beautiful light skin girl. Other employees, have been also very helpful.

I had poor customer service and would like to share my experience with Rite Aid’s policies so corporate can make adjustments according. I pulled into the drive thru for covid testing in Niles, MI. I let the staff know that I tried three times to schedule an appointment for testing on the quest website they refer us to get an appointment and every time the webpage said “oops. Something went wrong.” Upon letting the pharm tech know that I couldn’t schedule an appointment online, I kindly pleading for a covid test. She said that she couldn’t give me a covid test, and I get that if that’s a policy. However, what was not okay she gave me a number to call and let quest know that it wasn’t working after I showed her what was happening. As staff whose systems aren’t working, they should be the ones who call quest and figure out why the system isn’t working. Not the sick customers who barely have any strength. I’ve had issues with customer service before at Rite Aid. I went to schedule an appointment at Walgreens right after and had no issues with their scheduling software. As someone who is a pleasant customer but has not gotten good care, I am considering switching pharmacies all together. I hope that corporate takes into account these Google reviews and takes things into account when they consider their policies and give alternatives to the scheduling software for when it breaks down.

I started to come here because of it's convenient location. But I keep coming here because I appreciate the drive-thru service and the staff has always been friendly and helpful. I can stop here and walk in and get a few things and know that the service will be quick. The cashier usually says hi when I or anyone walks in the door...not necessary but a nice thing to do for customers. Getting a prescription filled without much of a hassle is why I go to this Rite Aid.

I would kindly ask anyone who goes here for a vaccine to not too. I went here two times and for my first vaccine one of the pharmacists put in the vaccine too quick and it made a splurting noise in my arm which is uncomfortable to hear. The second time, a pharmacist did not know English well and put the vaccine in my arm too deep (and I don’t bleed easily) and once he pulled it out there was blood dripping down from my shoulder to my elbow. Really upsetting….upfront pharmacists were nice but I really want the pharmacists who do the vaccines to practice more often instead of rushing their vaccines into patients and for more care as well.

The 'old'mangers made sure everything was done, you could walk in and see them working hard to make sure everything was perfect.. the "new" manger that was working tonight, young blonde with glasses, let another employee hold up the line for 20 mins while she figured put which shampoos would be on sale the next day....?????? The young man that has worked there for a very long time got quite flustered knowing it was wrong and the line was growing. Companies with cameras need to watch them for their employees not just customers! Not the 1st time that young girl has not managed properly while her employees look upset..

Purchased the wrong razor blades yesterday. I grabbed Schick Quattros instead of Hydros. Popped in today to exchange. Nope. The very rude young man at the counter said not without a receipt. I told him I used my rite aid card, he rudely let me know they can’t track that. I mentioned they do at Walgreens, he rambled on about because with their card you earn points. Ok, so I asked why do I use a rite aid card, thinking other than so you can round up my purchase every time to the next dollar…he said I don’t know. He then tells me he will give me 1/2 my money back. I don’t want money back, I just want to exchange the blades. I just looked at him for a sec and said, so I should just shop at Walgreens, then. He said, mmm hmmm (the agreeing sound of yes). I told him I would from here on out. Tossed my rite aid card. Won’t be back. Do better, Rite Aid.

I never had a problem with this place until today. There was no one in front and the lady behind tried to find someone and she was just looking for someone with a name tag. Well she thought she found someone but no. She said I don't work here in rude tone. Like smh. I know covid is still going around but that lady didn't have to be rude!!!

I cannot remember the last time I didn't have a problem with getting a prescription filled. Always something-didn't receive it from doctor (several times), can't get it filled within a couple hours when you have a very ill baby waiting, unable to fill before closing at 6 that was sent 3 hours before.

The staff is usually pretty nice, although every once in a while you'll find someone who isn't very cheerful. The sales are good and check out is quick. Perfect place to go when you want to pick up something quick, maybe you forgot to get soda and chips for a party or something. This is the place for you.

Doctor called in a prescription Saturday while I was at work so I could pick it up when I got off Sunday morning for my daughter. After waiting until the pharmacy opened at 10am they still hadn’t started on my prescription. They said it will be at least a half hour and for me to come back. This is not the first time I’ve had an issue with them not filling prescriptions in a timely fashion, just tired of their lack of commitment to the customers!!

Amazing staff! Super friendly and always willing to help. Wide variety of things to shop for, especially considering that it is a drug store. There are clothes, pet food, snack foods, drinks, and even makeup. If you ever need help looking for something don’t be afraid to ask.

Placed an order and waited and waited. When I finally called they didn’t have it in stock. I told them they should let the customer know. They said they do not have the ability to do that. I know there are short supply and short staffed places everywhere but it was just plain inconsiderate.

Sage or Sade or whatever the gentleman pharmacist name is, is very rude. I called and there was a fax machine down so now I won’t be getting my prescription and he rudely hangs the phone up on me. Highly dont recommend

I would give 3.5 or maybe 4 stars, however, whoever the male Pharmacist with the slight accent is that I just spoke to on the phone; he is an absolute jerk. He is so rude I wanted to call back just to curse him out, because he deserved it.

I call my scripts days in advance and go pick them up and they are not filled ever and make us wait for over an hour. They really need to get their stuff together. Ridiculous

I'm very frustrated with rite aid pharmacy in Niles there pharmacist don't understand what you tell them some of there techs will tell you wrong information and when get you home they chargedyou for something you didn't need then they say it's not are fault it's very frustrating. I'm done
