This is such a nice grocery store. Great items to choose from and everyone who works there is so friendly!!!! So yes if you are in the Berrien area (which is where I went) or if you see one in another town, definitely stop in, you won't walk out empty handed!

Only original grocery store left in Niles. Nice selection of all grocery items needed. Always well stocked and clean. Pleasant atmosphere. Fresh cut meat case along with packaged meats. Deli with assorted salads, luncheon meats and cheeses sliced while you wait. Hot food case with several sides and of course fresh fried chicken. Overall a great place to shop. A quick in and out or all your weeks worth of shopping.

This Hardings out of all the ones I been too is the most unfriendly even the night manger/ or supervisor never smiles does not look happy to be there even looks at regular customers weird my cashier had one of those do I have to be here fake smiles and bagger guy was not happy to be there either and older lady with night manger/supervisor no smiles either I like this one because it’s smaller than most so can find things easy but since it’s the most unfriendly one don’t come in as much definitely wish this one was friendly like the rest of them I have been too

The chain of these grocery stores are all great as a distributor i go in alot of stores and u will see those ratings and how I review them but the chain of Harding's are all great!! They are clean well kept and very low on prices its in the same price ranges as a walmart and meijer but more personable their deli is so good I eat it all the time for lunch and get groceries to take home to Indiana very clean and well taken care of and you won't pay higj prices like most stores in this area targeting ill people bc they come here in large groups non stop and the stores inflate prices bc they will pay it when its the only store around but at Harding's you don't have to worry about inflated prices

The products are more expensive than at other stores. Heard one of the employees loudly complain because they had to help bag the groceries, not just mine. The cashier was extremely unfriendly and unpleasant. She was throwing products off the conveyor, and really acted angry because she was working. She was an older woman.The only positive thing I could say is that the store was very clean. I am not a regular there and will not be returning

It's better now that the Deli is open after 3:00 . They keep their shelves stocked except for sale items in meat dept. I always have to get rain checks because they never have any sale meat when I go in. Their meat is better than most stores, Black Angus beef. Produce is usually empty at supper time , but it is usually fresh when it's filled, the biggest problem I have there is the prices are never right. The sale items never ring up the correct price an most of the cashiers are visiting with each other when scanning my groceries an not paying attention to their job !! That really is a turn off , they never say Thank you or have a good day

This is a nice little grocery store downtown Niles. It's 6 minutes closer to my house than Walmart and a lot less crowded. That being said, they're small. You may have to settle for something other than you went in for. Staff is always friendly and polite. Store is always clean. Shelves always have things on them and I rarely see stacks of boxes in the aisles.

I normally go their for one or two things never a whole grocery stop shop because the prices are high. The morning staff seems nicer than the mid shift/night people. I'm a stickler for good customer service and I'd like to be acknowledged when I walk up to a cashier.

Most items are overpriced. However, they do have amazing deals on food every month. My biggest issue when I do have to go there, is how rude literally every store worker in that place is. The rudest of them all is that old lady with the short grey hair I believe her name is Abbey or something like that. Bring the prices down and hire some decent people and that store would definitely be at the top!

The staff were great. I like the feel of the store like it is from the 80s. Everything was easy to find. They had the buy two get three free sale going on and I took full advantage of that. This was my first time in the store and I will certainly be back for more. Glad to have the store in the neighborhood.

Why are they so expensive for such low quality stuff? I'd rather drive a bit further and buy items at 1/3rd the price.AndIt always smells like beer... Or pee... Or Coors light. Idk what the smell is...

It is close to my apartment within walking distance. Alittle more expensive but convenient ❣️❣️. Have pretty much anything you might need also!!

A decent place to go if you need something last minute, and if you don't want to deal with the crowd that Martin's or Walmart draws, but the prices are a bit on the higher end. The store needs updating, and the employees could smile more. Never had any issues with their meat selection, but the meat and deli cases are missed since the shutdown due to COVID-19.
