I went in yesterday morning, as soon as i walked in I was greeted and offered a cart or basket. I was looking at balloons and I really liked this arrangement someone ordered. I asked and she said usually you have to place an order 2 days ahead but she went ahead and made me the same arrangement in that moment. Tracy was wonderful and so kind. She made my arrangements and my day. Thank you!!

This is the third time the store has been closed during the middle of the day with a hand written sign stating "Closed due to staff shortage". Apparently they do not work 8 hour shifts or even 6 hour shifts? They were open and packed when we drove by to grab a burger just a block away and then suddenly closed. It's bad enough the employees complain about working when they are open but how can they complain if they refuse to even work a full shift? No wonder everyone is hiring. Dollar Tree might want to add that sign to their window.

It's like going to Walmart... Only ever 1 cashier.. it's ridiculous to stand and wait for 15 mins because the manager is too incompetent to hire enough people... And you stuck the slowest employee on the only register, the store is always a mess.

I absolutely love coming to this dollar store to get a wide variety of things that I need. They always have some extra things to check out while you're shopping and the workers are extremely attentive and friendly. I would recommend giving this location of Dollar Tree a try!

I've stopped in here a couple of times. Some aisles have boxes piled in them. Some shelves are bare. It looks a little disorganized sometimes.But tonight there was a guy working and he was saying some really random conspiracy theories to the people waiting in line. I don't care what you believe, but please don't stop customers at the register and talk about stuff like this.I just wanted to check out and it took like 15 minutes because he wouldn't stop talking.

Bought some gift wrap and ribbon. They let me borrow scissors plus an area to wrap and decorate my gift. They also helped find an empty box so I can ship the gift.

The store doesnt have things in stock website is wrong. This place is unorganized and employees say it happens all the time. Company needs to do better. Last time ill be shopping at a dollar tree.

Ok look. The staffing thing is really everywhere. It's no longer a question of IF you have to wait to check out, it'll be how long. Brittney was amazing. Stayed positive while someone else handled an issue and kept it moving. Stuff is everywhere because people Change their mind and leave merchandise all over. Can't keep up with that if you can't staff the store. Place was mostly clean save a few boxes that can't be put away... plan on waiting.

Store signs and website says hours are 8:30-10:00 M-F Sunday 9:00-8:00. I stopped at 7:00 on Sunday and the store was all locked up. I stopped in at 9:00 on Thursday and the store is closed again. I called the store and a woman answered the phone. I asked if they were open, she said no they closed at 9:00. I asked what time they are open on Sunday's and she said "It all depends". I asked why the signs and website says they are open when they are actually closed and I was told "Have a good day". My day would have been better if your employees actually worked the hours that you advertise. At least change the hours on the sign and website to "it all depends" that way the would be customers that tried shopping during your advertised hours aren't surprised when you are closed.

I love Dollar Tree but this location has been going downhill. The store is often so full of boxes it's hard to get a cart down the aisle. And sometimes in certain sections the shelves are practically bare. Maybe they're struggling because of covid. Lots of places are seriously understaffed. I'll keep going to this location because it's close, I just wish it was like I was a couple years ago.

I'm never one to turn down a good deal, so if I can I try to get the products I'd regularly but here. It saves me money and time, seeing as it's just down the road from other stores. Every once and a while I'll find some great scores. Weather that be toys that would be $7+ at Walmart or name brand supplies for just a dollar. There's no shame in trying to save money, so I'd recommend checking this place out once and a while.

I have always been impressed with this store. Checkout has always been a blessing with a smile! Yesterday though was above and beyond. I locked my keys in the car. For 45 minutes in a short sleeve shirt Josh the manager helped me, successfully! He asked if I wanted his help and with gratitude I accepted. The wind was blowing and I was shivering even though I had a jacket but Josh never gave up! And always with patience and a smile, said one more time! At last we did it! the cashiers were equally supportive and sympathetic! Felt like good neighbors! Thank you to all of you!

Prices are great for certain things. Everytime I go by I try to stop. For under 10 dollars you and your kids can get things and they will think they got a lot. Fill them up with candy and send them home. Grandparents giving back love to my kids

Update: they don’t really care about customer feedback. Problem still remains July 2020Been asking since thanksgiving for the workers to stock the drink coolers. I buy from Dollar Tree almost daily and my favorite is the coconut water. I buy 10-12 cans every time. However the workers upon several requests, have an attitude about filling the coolers and have many excuses. Over Christmas holiday the excuse was they were short staffed, and this year they say they will see what they can do, but it never gets done. These are not just employees but also managers as well. They are not interested in what the customers want. Upper management needs to step in and make every day those drink islands, coolers are filled. Excuses only loses Dollar Tree money. Money that pays those workers salaries. Thanks

Love love love our dollar tree. They are so kind, friendly, and helpful all the time. I have witnessed people being upset and they helped the best they could and was always was friendly. This is one of my favorite places.

A really good place to bargain shop for all kinds of things. The employees were kind of rude tho at Niles MI location. At 9 35 they kept announcing every 5 minutes that they were closing even tho they dont till 10. Cashier and another employee were not friendly at all and acted like they really did not want to be there. And they started locking the doors 7 min before they closed with locking 1 inside door and 1 outside door which was odd and rude.

Always a quick stop no matter how busy it is. This is also a very clean and well organized location, and super convenient besides. My family comes here a lot. I definitely recommend it. 5 stars as far as convenience stores go!

Cashiers ALWAYS have an attitude. Ladies that stock the shelves will fill up the aisles so you can't get thru but huff and puff when you say "excuse me". Older colored lady is extremely rude. She will huff puff has she rings up your merchandise with an attitude give you the total, didn't count back my change. Couldn't even verify what my change was just handed me money and walked away. My bags were ripped and still in the bag holder. I was holding a baby and politely asked her to please hand me the bags... She huffed and puffed and just walked away.Customer service is apparently just a joke to the workers. Granger, south-bend and Mishawaka is worth the drive

This Dollar Tree is one of the better ones. I give it three stars today because while shopping there I found it to be unorganized and messy. There were items laying in the middle of the isle. I found this to be a dangerous situation. The gal who checked me out was not careful with my glass items. This trip just was not enjoyable.

Ordered several cases of vases online. Two boxes had multiple broken vases. Lugged the 2 boxes back into the store 2 days later. Told by employee that the manager needed to handle it and it was her day off. The employee then promptly turned and walked away before I could even say a word or ask a question.

Store shows closed at 10pm online and got there before 830pm and doors are closed. Doors are locked but all lights are on. Makes absolutely no sense!

Good selection of items. But I often find a better variety of products at near by dollar trees. It's a little crowded at times. The staff seems very busy and a little distant.
