I take my kitten silver in to get her nails trimmed every two weeks and I love the service we receive. The staff is so friendly and inviting I have been coming here since January 2024 and I recommend them to all my family and friends.

EDIT: You said she had TWO fleas. And yes, she was matted from the snow, but you practically shaved her bald anyway. Either way.... NOT RECOMMENDED.Not a good experience. my poor baby was stuck there for 4 hrs. her appointment was 11 and they didnt have her ready until 3. she has anxiety as it is. i feel like if you cant keep the appointment on time, have the client come later instead of keeping her in a crate all that time. was she even let out to potty or given water or treats? unacceptable. would never go back.

New customer, found Imagine Pet Spa on Google with the best rating around; well deserved!! Took our bernedoodle boys Milburn and George for a much needed groom, and was not disappointed - they did a great job on a couple of very messy subjects, but more so on one very shy boy with separation anxiety and a habit for howling. They are professional, patient, and seem to care about their craft and the kids they service. We'll be back!!

Highly recommend!Took our Golden Retrievers here to get ready for summer by getting a good washing and trimming/shaping up of their fur.Their fur has always been soft, but now it feels luxurious.Sydney did a fantastic job keeping their fur at a nice length while shaping them up. She made sure our dogs felt safe and didn't do anything they weren't comfortable with (one dog doesn't like to get her nails dremeled).Not surprised that she books up so qucikly! Will definitely bring them back in the future.

Cute shop, very clean and friendly and prices are reasonable. We only did a nail trim the first time but we will be going back for a spa day. I have a 7yr old skittish boxer that was right at home.

Wonderful!! So kind, gentle, and the staff are so good. Our little one comes home smelling amazing, looks so good. They treat our dogs like one of their's. We have tried to cut our dog's nails, took her in for a nail trim was done in 5 minutes. We will never try to trim her nails again.
