Excellent clean store! Currently drive thru or take out are available. Pleasant, friendly staff. Obvious attention to cleanliness and Covid sanitation practices. Strong WiFi! We got coffees and muffins then sat in the parking lot to watch our down state church service. Thank you!

This is a terrific McDonald's​. Warm friendly service. Top quality and a peaceful dining area with fantastic Elkhorn pendant lights overhanging the booths.McDonald's in the US are by default more Accessible than stores in Canada.

It took three different times to bring out 2 large fries and 1 large coffee to get it right. Then once I tried the coffee, there was more cream then coffee. Worst coffee. Worst service. But the attitude the girl gave us when I said I ordered a large not a small was amazing. She glared at us then turned and dumped the coffee in the trash while staring at us, like it was our fault.

McDonald's is going off a hill when it comes to other Quick Serve restaurants in it's class. It's hard to say that....Grandpa brought me there for a fry and coke as some of my first memories. The atmosphere is not anything like it used to be. Where is the sense of service today? I don't care what you choose to do for a living but if it's going to be something where your smile and your attitude affects others, do your best.

Got the order wrong again.I try not to leave bad comments but this is not acceptable.Drove five miles down the road to a picnic spot. Oooooppps they didn't listen. Missy does an amazing job running the Sault McDonald's... Any way is true here. I like all 3 shakes mixed no issue... Strawberry, chocolate and vanilla...Custom burgers the way I want.She does a great job.Parking: Easy to use handicap spots. IF you can access them do to the drive thru lines.

Our family of 5 got there just as a tour bus was getting their orders taken. We honestly debated staying but we did. The staff did an amazing job getting through the orders. We didn’t wait long at all. Stay were very friendly and amazing unfazed at how busy they were. Great Klein staff and management. Definitely would recommend

Nuggets were way old & missing a burger & sauce. Seems like they don't really care what they send out because you won't turn around or have phone service to complain.

I should have known better but I was hoping my meal would be fresh even though it was 4:30pm just before the dinner hour. Buns tasted burnt liked they tried to reheat, microwave or something to these burgers ? Burgers were ALL dry, not hot , you could tell they had been sitting out for awhile. Totally unacceptable. Really disappointed in the McDonald’s in Newberry. I was in a hurry to get down the road or I would have went back. Worst meal ever.

Me and my friend went here last night at like 9 pm. We were eating inside and then an employee brought their dog in and brought it to the back where they cook the food. All the employees were petting it and kissing it and. They were letting the dog stick its head out of the drive through window. And the most disgusting part is they let the dog EAT OUT OF THE FRENCH FRY THING! Very gross letting a dog in let alone not washing their hands after letting it and letting it eat out of the French fry bin! Please be aware!

This McDonald's sucks. There is a few times where they get it right but it's wrong most of the time. How do you mess up a spciy crispy chicken no pickle extra sauce. Yesterday instead of them putting extra sauce they put mayo. I only go because I know a Manger that helps out if it's wrong and because it's the only fastood place thatsells chicken sandwiches around

Usually have no issues and quality is at McDonald's standards. Once in awhile you'll be missing your fries, but that's a normal at any Mcdonald's. Staff is always kind.

Probably one of the best McDonald's restaurants I've been to. This particular location I went twice within 48 hours. Both times the food was FRESH, morning manager very friendly, even asked if I was happy how he made the coffee and if it needed anything. Employees were also very nice!

The McDonald's was clean on the outside and every crew member had a smile and was personable. I want to say thank you to the employees for being there on July 4th in the afternoon when it was hot out and probably one of the few 90+ days the upper peninsula gets. We were grateful that you were open and we could get food.

This just might be the best McDonald's store in the country - perhaps the world. Everything is always spotless and clean, gleaming so brightly it practically blinds you when you walk in. The staff is always friendly, welcoming, and accommodating, providing fast and efficient service. The food is always fresh, tasty, and well-prepared. Best of all, unlike most stores where you return to the counter to pick up your food when it's ready, they actually bring it to you. You're given a sign to put on your table and someone brings your food out when it's ready. A nice touch, and something you don't find at many fast food places these days. Whoever runs this store is doing a bang-up job, and should be given a nice raise and sent around to train workers at other stores. A+

Super clean! Just passing through and my boyfriend and I were super impressed how clean this McDonald's was! He said it was the best double cheeseburger he's ever had. It looked JUST LIKE A MAGAZINE! Textbook! And the nuggets were extra crispy! 5 stars!!

Ice cream was about to melt when I get it. The crispy butter milk burger wasn’t well cook when it brought to me. It’s just like warm and maybe it set on there for over a half hour. Taste of it was also off from what I had before. However, the server is the only thing that worth one extra star. Otherwise I would just give it a 1/5.
