I’ve been using hometown since I moved to Newaygo 6 years ago. Usually it’s a great experience but the past couple of times I’ve gotten a new girl who has had a attitude every time. Didn’t catch her name and she had no name tag just a. Top flight or top gun pin. Anyways Back to Meijer I go.

My ol lady used to rave about you guys until today when she felt for a lack of a better word attacked. The head pharmacist gave her a pen of injectable diabetes medicine that you reuse and she had never used anything like that before and the "lady" in charge of the pharmacy refused to answer any of her questions on her medicine, blatantly, sipped her water while ignoring questions from other employees about her meds and refused to be helpful in any way. With someone like that, you will most definitely go out of business soon. It's a shame that she is searching the internet and TIK TOK like aps looking for answers your establishment refused to do your job and help her. I'll be in asking the questions from now on.

Pharmacy tech was rude and inconsiderate. I was waiting for another tech to come and help me because she was unable and she called another customer up right in front of me as I stood there and relayed all of his information in front of me. I can tell you where he lives. Name address what he takes prescription everything. No sense of privacy whatsoever and she was wrong on my son's prescription. It was available for refill as he takes metformin and it's crucial for his diabetes

Love this pharmacy. They fill our prescriptions quick, are always super polite and informative, and the drive thru is a major bonus when in a hurry or have a car full of kids. They also have such unique and cool stuff in their store. From clothes to home decor, toys, make up, books and snacks. Love browsing their isles.

Hometown Pharmacy is where I go for all the prescriptions my family needs. The staff there is amazing - always welcoming and helpful. They know my name and truly care. I also bring out of town friends/family there to find unique gifts. They are always so impressed by what is offered. Hometown Pharmacy is an asset to our small community!

My scripts are always ready very quickly and I get a call letting me know they are ready. No big lines to wait for script pick up. Staff is very friendly and professional. If I go through the drive through window it is fast and our dog always gets a treat! I will never go back to the big name pharmacies! Living in a small town has it's own perks!

The ladies running that place are top notch, knowledgeable, the courtesy is the best, they always make you feel like your concerns are there's. I went in there tonight to pick up a gift for my niece it was 7 minutes before closing. I found what I wanted just needed to grab 2 charms and the ladies told me that's nice but we are closed you'll have to come back tomorrow to get that. Her birthday is today. I can not believe they threw us out of the store because they chose to close up early. I will be back tomorrow to make a compliant with a manager. So rude & So disrespectful. I will not go back after tomorrow.

Hometown Pharmacy has a great rewards system regardless to what type of insurance you have, unlike many other places. They also do a great job handling my refills and the specialty meds that I require. They just overall do a great job.

Has been my pharmacy for more than 10 years. They were located across the street. Keeps moving through the years. This is the third location, this one was built just for them. Very clean. Always. They should take great pride in that. After all this time, they know me by name. But, I think they are this way with most folks. I would be interested in knowing how others feel. I feel cared for.

Friendly staff, one of the pharmacists actually saved my wife’s life when her doctor prescribed two medications that could be fatal if taken together. Kudos to for that! It was almost 7 yrs. ago, but I will never forget. Thank You!

Always enjoy shopping at this store! Staff are very friendly and they always have a unique gift for someone that may be hard to buy for. Love the fact that they have Christian items for sale here also so I don't have to go to Muskegon to find them.

The worst. Said they could not fill my prescription, even though, at the register there's a sign that states they take special orders. Never going there again.
