Had a great experience with obtaining in stock parts for a wood stove install. Still needed a different 6in roof boot they however did not stock. Great service as the young man did try to find what I needed. However helped with the other parts and job well done. Smoke comes out the top. 😁

The employees were very rude! I came in looking for some yard stakes the guy told me he didn't have them the acid and then in front of another employee customer proceeded to make fun of me. I was also falling out and through the parking lot on the property. After leaving the store I went to tractor supply very very friendly I bought the property stakes from them then also bought some drill bits.

Always a great experience, always have what we want and more. Usually spend more than planned. On this particular trip, I needed something for my camper. Not only did they have it, but they were a lot more fairly priced than the local camper store, which I feel price gouges big time.

I showed up there about 45 minutes before the store opened the morning after the ice storm. We had no power and I was there for a generator which was showing "in-stock" online. The store clerk showed up and I asked her if she could possibly verify "in-stock" so I didn't waste 45 minutes waiting for nothing. She said, absolutely. Less than a minute later she was waving me in. "Come pick out the one you want." She opened early for me and I was very appreciative! I will shop there again just because her! Oh...the Westinghouse generator is awesome, too!

Very friendly and helpful staff, lots of options, a big selection on things ranging from garden seeds all the way to muck boots. Love the chick days, they are so cute, too bad they sell so quickly^^

I do like this store, my boyfriend and I shop there all the time. The last time we were in there, one of the employees said something very rude over the radio and all the customers heard it. The assistant manager did nothing about it. We will continue to shop there. But, I think the employees should watch what they say

The employees at this store are always very helpful. Even 5am on Black Friday, they take the time to help find what you're looking for, and even help load large items into your vehicle. Service is great, prices are decent and product quality is usually pretty good.

I go there mainly for a certain type of dog food, but the staff is real helpful and always polite. I love the fact that my dog can come in with me. They carry all types of animals food, outdoor equipment, even clothing. Prices are great and always have some type of sale going on weekly.

My favorite store, I like finding the Yellow Stone shirts and other graffiti shirts. They carry some cool house decorations for a farmhouse feel.

My adult biracial grandson and I shop often at this store. We usually find what we want. People are friendly. On this visit we were probably the only customers in the store. We had several items we were looking for. Manager type guy found us looking at pet toys. He didn't ask if he could help us find something. He was profiling my grandson. He saw me and all but ran away. I wasn't amused.

Had the worst experience of my life at the Newaygo store. Asked if they had any other tank sprayers the worker said no this was all they had,only to find a lot more in another spot on my own. Went to the checkout and they wouldn't give me the sale price and didn't know how to let me sign up for a charge card. Other items were mis priced, called the manager she got extremely rude when I told her about my problems, and didn't care that she just lost a customer. I left over $300 of items at the register and walked out of the store. I will not go back and will tell everyone I know not to shop their!!!!

Family Farm is a great store. I prefer it over Tractor Supply. The manager at the Newago store has gone above and beyond to help me out several times. He gives all credit to his wife.
