Great staff. Helpful and knowledgeable. Lots of quality products. Only reason four stars is Ace rewards program is kinda a hassle. Ponts are only good for a time window and 20$ has to be spent to redeem 5$ of points. This is not Cronks policy it is An Ace policy. Great little gem in a small town. Lumber yard also!

This place is definitely the definition of small town freindlyness. Walk in and they will greet you with a smile and ask if u need any help finding anything. They have almost anything u would need and are great at helping you load up things. No complaints here at all.

The service here was horrible by far the worst hardware store I've ever been to in my life. I've worked construction for 20 years. I waited in line for 10 minutes just to have the cashier look at me, turn his head and help a different customer outside. He didn't even acknowledge I was there. And let's not forget why this cashier had to help a customer outside, the only other cashier there was a sixteen-year-old kid who didn't know what he was doing or talking about and needed help with every single customer. Even when I first walked in there was no one there to ask if I needed anything like every other Ace has. Any other employee in the store looked away from you as soon as you made eye contact. This was supposed to be a quick stop on my way home so I didn't have to go out of my way to go to a different store but I will never be stopping to this one again. I will happily drive 15 minutes in the opposite direction to go to a different more competent store.

I did not shop at Cronk's. I don't shop at that place after a bad experience a few years ago. After I spent thousands of dollars on appliances and doors etc. an instance arose that they failed to handle with courtesy.

Overpriced lumber. Their prices are almost double Menards or Lowes. Don't bother going here. Menards or Lowes have 2x4x8 boards for about $3/board. Here they are $5/board. Avoid this place it's a rip off.
