Was another horrible experience at the commerce Walmart. I avoid this Walmart bit I had an emergency an needed some rope. I go in and grab some 3 dollar rope and get to the check out and it rings up 9 bucks. The self check out customer service lady says "yup" 9 bucks. I say it's in a box full of them and she says. Nope 9 bucks. I go take a picture and bring it back and nope. Then she made an old man walk back to get a TV tray because it didn't have a tag. Just bad customer service and the prices are all messed up and what people are there don't care. The one lady at the service desk was nice. She walked back an figured out that it was labeled wrong but still not my fault.

Not even sure why I’m doing this review because nothing changes and my visit have become less often, haven’t stopped in since like January. However, in less than a week I was in your New Hudson, MI store. One visit at approx. 6pm I had $300 in groceries (aka full cart) and had to check myself out at self check. Not one cashier open. Second visit was moderate, had to use self check again, and purchase also included several large beach towels which you don’t even offer bags for these types of items. One more reason to shop elsewhere or online. Let’s not forget the janky carts as well!

Generally love this store because it's clean and stocked well and workers are friendly but I bought a cold rotisserie chicken that they had layered the sticker orginal says packed on the 26th the sticker they placed over says packed on the 28th I bought it on the 29th cooked chicken is only good for 3-4 days I could've gotten sick off this if I wasnt having it today I don't see myself trusting any food they package at this store anymore!

Best Walmart on the planet. The best time to go is early in the morning to beat the crowd. I can't say what the crowd is like during the mid day or evening. I've always gone early in the morning. Always clean and organized.

The wait staff was really nice and fast service. However the food is highly ober rated and just not so good, came fast but barely warm. They warned us the portions were small but the portions are REALLY small, the pulled pork sandwich meat was ONE fork full and the poutine was sized for an infant, really a sad joke...on the paying customers that is.

Nice store but the bathrooms need cleaning help and so does the outside store front. A lot of trash out there. People are very helpful /kind and stock was up to par. Always have liked that location. Thanks.

I needed to get an oil change and a new set of tires. The staff was friendly but this took over three hours when they didn't appear very busy. I am not sure how long this work is supposed to take but I do not remember spending over an hour and a half waiting on tires to be replaced unless they were really busy. The men doing the work were kind and informative. They noticed a crack in one of the rims, marked it and pointed it out to me. I was very thankful for this.While I waited, I shopped inside of Walmart and found some Great Value organic tart cherry juice (not the blend but pure tart cherry juice) for $4.98 and some Great Value organic pure Concord grape juice for the same price. Many other places, the tart cherry juice is about $10.I also ate at the Subway inside and was pleased with the freshness of the bread (Italian herbs and cheese was the kind I ordered) but the amount of tuna they give is always skimpy.I took some photos of the prices for their services for any interested.

Walmart Supercenter on Lyon Center Dr New Hudson is exactly that--a super center where you can get everything from soup to nuts, tires to truffles, and whatever else you have a need for in between. Tremendous selection, prices decent all things considered, lots of deals if you look around. Employees are GREAT! They'll walk you a half-mile to point something out on a shelf if you let them. I shop here for 80% of my needs across the board. Give this store a try if you haven't already you'll be impressed. Oh, Customer Service is top-shelf if you have ANY problems with ANYTHING they'll take care of you to your satisfaction. That's my direct experience over three years.

All associates are very kind and friendly. Store is usually maintained pretty well and I've never had an issue finding anything I need. As a former Walmart manager, Its nice to see the store keep up on everything for once.

I worked all day ladt Wednesday, and then at 5pm stopped at Walmarr and had to work some more because with ALL OF THE CHECK OUT LINES, there were 2, maybe 3 humans at registers and while I try hard to only go to a human so they don't lose their jobs, those 2 or 3 registers had long lines so I I had to wait in the EXTREMELY LONG, self check out line!! Then I got to check myself out! I get no pay, or benefits ir a Christmas Party for my job at Walmart! Ridiculous!Plus, there were no employees at within the store! I needed to find something I went in for but I couldn't find anyone to help me!

Walmart Supercenter at New Hudson, please have the regular checkouts open early in the morning for customers. And, if you are not going to do so, please tell your employees not to stand right on top of customers at the self-checkout. It makes for a very uncomfortable and unpleasant experience when just buying groceries. For this reason, I will drive all the way to Meijer at Wixom to shop.

It's not just this Walmart but all of them. It seems like since COVID hit in 2020, Walmart NEVER has enough employees nor checkout lines open. I almost never go to Walmart now. I'd rather pay more money & shop somewhere else where they have more registers open & assistance available when needed‼️😭

Very helpful customer service in between the aisle by the staff. I asked for a product I could not find and Ashley was very helpful without any attitude she helped me out even though she was stocking things on the shelves.Walmart should be proud to have such good worker and she should be awarded by the management for her excellent customer service. 👍

Their offers are sometimes surprising. We once saw a 26inch bicycle offer for $88 with suspension lock, novi super center. Clothes and other offers are in single digit makes our shopping economical. They are the best in handling returns that no one else can provide. Will use their 90 days “return policy” only for genuine case of course. Will prefer to buy auto parts for oil maintenance, auto accessories, tools, bicycle accessories etc. list will be extending huge… Gud luck Walmart

I walked in for 4 items and was taken back when asked to show my receipt. I have 1 bag with 4 items in it. I understand people try and walk off with items but I have 1 bag and you stop me and not the person with a full shopping cart.Clean store and they are willing to help out but this whole reciept thing needs to stop. You aren't Sam's club or Costco.

Rude Employee's​ when you can find one. Mainly because they are over worked. Rarely more than one lane open to check out. You have to ring your groceries up your self. We need to take a stand as consumers. If they are going to make us ring up our own groceries at Walmart we deserve a good discount for doing it.

This place is absolutely awful. Every single time I order delivery from them there is some issue. It's 4-6 hours late, half the items aren't there, they let it sit for too long and have to reshop the whole order. Then when you reach out to customer support you get someone who just tells you to keep waiting because everyone just has time to wait for an order 6 hours past when it was supposed to arrive. If you can't fulfill delivery, remove the option from your store. I will be calling corporate to file a formal complaint about the absolutely atrocious customer service that this store provides.

All new Walmart remodel looks and adding more self checkout counter is great. Hopefully, they hire and get some more people for cashier position instead of 1 (mostly) or 2 (sometimes) at a time as self checkout is only good for lesser items. Going through cashier is more convenient.

You might want to second guess the pharmacy. My daughter went to get her rescue inhaler it turned out to be faulty and they told her to call the company. you go to the website and they only reimburse healthcare professionals from the usa. Not regular customers and the pharmacy knew this ,they arent stupid or incompetent, simply indifferent. They really didnt care to help her or to stand by their product and keep a good customer who comes in often and pays cash for her meds. I will never take any of my family members to this pharmacy and I dont think anyone who has serious asthma issues should be left wondering whether they will get good service. Walmart pharmacy the pharmacy without a care apparently their give a damn is busted.

I drive a big semi truck, I parked behind the store, so I could buy some food to have in my the truck, I was maneuvering and this store employee, gray hair who drives a white pick up truck, got out of his car and yelled at me so much that "I couldn't park there" " if I don't see the signs " and that " I shouldn't go there by truck."... He yelled at me a lot like I was a thug, I understand he doesn't want me to park there but talk like a normal person. But no, he screamed as if I were his daughter who came home drugged and was breaking up the whole house. I can't leave the truck lying around, I drive across 48 states, its hard to find park, I need to buy food, nobody likes and nobody respects truck drivers. He made me feel so bad, this gentleman is so miserable, so unhappy, so unloved and certainly not have love in his heart, because you must be sick in your head to yell at a woman you don't even know and for nothing, politely he could asked me to leave, I would leave, for sure. not yell. Sir, with gray hair who drives a white pick up you are rude, sick, disgusting, loser. Good luck in your life. And becareful because God is watching your behavior towards others, I feel bad for his family and for the people whom works with this misarable human being
