Clean store. Employees are friendly and helpful. Surprisingly excellent selection and prices on Carhartt and similar brands. The store name is misleading as there are several every day items at great prices. I would skip the big box stores and try the convenience of TSC, you will be glad you did.

Professionalism & Customer service of the highest order from Mr. AJ!!! I called and had 20 questions in person! He never once got agitated! Very thorough in assisting me in the generator I was looking for and not just trying to sell me anything!

Picked up order rain barrel wasn’t cleaned and water empty out mess should of been clean and ready was curbside had to go and get and clean for 140 dollars I will shop elsewhere

Best experience ever at the store today!! Rennee was so extremely helpful! She guided me to the right section and helped me find what I needed for my pups in my price range! She was extremely knowledgeable about the items I needed and gave me lots of tips and pointers to help with my new pup. Definitely will be coming back and hope she is there to help me again!! This tractor supply is super clean and we'll organized. I get their jeans on sale all the time. There's typically no wait, or maybe 1 person in line at checkout. The staff is so super friendly and helpful!

Okay first time in here, stopped after work to get some chicken things. Greeted at the door. We were asked if we needed help by two different people. Super nice. We were helped with multiple things and brought to the items we were looking for. Also brought home some baby chick sisters❤️ with help for medicine etc. Both people at the registers were so nice and overall conversational. Thanks everybody.

I come to Tractor Supply for good prices but it is a pleasure to shop here because of the employees who are so helpful and friendly. As one example, I purchased 9 50 lb bags of corn today and just as I got outside they all fell over. The cashier, Pas, immediately ran outside to help me get everything restocked and to my car. Thanks!

Went specifically to this location after purchasing online and waited an hour for it to open only to be told their inventory is a mess and they probably don’t even have one in stock. Awesome. On top of that I had to deal with the lady up fronts attitude and non existent ability to help. Had to cancel order and solidifies why I don’t shop at Tractor Supply.

Drove all the way there from Canton for a 36-inch pipe wrench. They were the only people within 30 miles! The gal was great at the cash register, she took it out held held it for me until I got there, and of course I was there when they opened. She was kind enough to get on the phone half an hour before opening, I really appreciated that. I think that's my third trip to this place, I like it

Love this place because they have some things the big box stores don't, like specialized welding equipment, hitch pins, wheels and tires. Also have feed and pet supplies and some nice outdoor/western clothes. Bought some Wrangler jeans and a nice leather belt there for a great price!

Walked in and was assisted immediately with great help and advice. Very knowledgeable and friendly staff, especially the young gentleman named Sam, who actually helped my husband and I install our trailer light adapter in the parking lot in freezing rain with no jacket! So very friendly and helpful.

Love shopping at TSC... Awesome customer service, Super friendly and helpful staff!! Was able to exchange a dog crate after a few months old,( crate was in good and unused condition), for a large crate!! They were able to pull up the receipt throw the reward system... Awesome store!!

I visited the Tractor Supply in New Hudson yesterday for the first time and the staff were extremely nice and helpfully. Very friendly and I was asked if I needed help finding anything. I couldn't find a large bag of their brand of cat food so Kaitlin was quick to run in the back to check. The cashier was a male and he greeted us as we walked in the door and was very friendly while checking us out.

Looked for woodpecker suet feed all over southeast Michigan. Finally found some at New Hudson store. Ordered it on line for curbside pickup. Order went through fine. The store said to come & get it. Drove up there & the lady said they haven't had any in the for over a week. Sorry!! Don't understand how the order went through when there wasn't any in inventory & don't understand why I wasn't contacted when there wasn't any.

Come out here for their 4Health Dog food.. the best,no fillers and junk,! The staff is great,they all know my dog by name and make a big fuss over her,give her treats. They are always willing to put the huge bag I'm my car for me, no problem!!👍👌

They weren't friendly or inviting. The gentleman at the New Hudson location did not want to help us, he literally followed a young lady around the store asking if she needed help and she must have told him NO 3/4 times and that she was fine. I said well i need help finding chick feed he just pointed to the aisle just wasn't friendly at all for a first time customer I said to myself no worries "I won't be comingback". At this location that is.

Love it. You can take your pet in there which worked out well as it was too hot (90 degrees) to leave even for a moment in car.Everything you need or find out you need when you get in to shop. I was looking for a horse magazine, and walked out with that and so much more related to feeding birds.Personnel is sooo helpful they made shopping easy and a pleasure.

Everyone was very helpful, and very polite. I bought flowers there , chicken feed and I had my propane filled up. I bought a few other Goody's of decors for the garden also. Oh I forgot I also got three bags of salt for my water softener they have good prices.

Short staffed , the staff there didn’t know anything about their store , they don’t know anything about anything in their store , the item their website that said was in the store that I came to get wasn’t there , I’ll call next time or go somewhere else

I like the store and the employees are always very nice. What makes me mad is that their products are ordered autimatically and they tell me that they have no idea whats going to be on their trucks when they come. What? never heard of a store that doesn't know what they are going to get in. I have been waiting for my Oyster shells for over a month. I got a rain check three weeks ago and haven't heard from them yet!!

I was able to get two 50 lb. bundles of compressed straw to build a small shelter for a couple of feral cats I'm trying to rescue, when it was bitter cold. I didn't realize how big the bundles would be, so I have plenty left to donate. Lol Also, a large bag of bird seed. Very good prices, and really nice people.

Only one for miles so I have to go here, havent really had a BAD visit but some were less pleasurable. Last visit was a few weeks ago when it was about -30 out, had to get a new tank heater and the lady seemed very upset when I asked about the return/warranty. Told me to "bring it in with the warranty and we'll try to fix it" with a bad attitude. Had to buy a new one. Also bought shavings she had no idea if they were inside or out, and asked several times about the rewards program so I gave in so she would leave me alone. Dont remember her name but she was probably 55+ and had her arm in a sling.

I went into this store yesterday and was approached by the manager and a (apparently new) young lady named Julie or Julia. The manager asked if he could help me so the young lady turned to walk away to do something else. This manager rudely and in front of me started yelling at this young lady to never walk away from a customer. I found his behavior to be down right mean. I felt sorry for the young lady who had to endure his abuse. I just wish I would have taken to time to tell this manager what I thought of his attitude at that time. It has bothered me since. He was being verbally abusive and publically humiliating her. I just hope corporate will address him and if others witness his actions they too will post a review and better yet confront him directly.

Had to work to find someone to help me get a locked up item, but everyone was friendly and helpful when I found them. Did not care for the couple wandering and blocking entire aisles with their dog on a flexi lead. Those leads are dangerous enough in an open field, let alone a retail store!! I don't even think they were shopping, they were all over the store and not carrying a thing.

Was there today and bought a game on the 10 dollar and under table. It came up 14.99, marked 12.99. Tried to tell the manager it was on the 10 and under table. As there was a few more on the same table. But just walked away. Cashier was nice bought it anyway.

Love this place. Im so happy it's somewhere that I can make a quick stop and bring my dog. They have such a odd selection of things, that I usually find something Im looking for there. Plus, in the hot weather, it was nice to just get out of the house and browse the store with my pup.

I always enjoy going to Tractor Supply, usually they have everything I'm looking for. Today I had to keep shopping somewhere else though, they were pretty low on car supplies, I'll be back :-) clean store, great attitude at the cash register.

Tractor Supply has everything you need, and I mean everything! It's much better than the big chain "hardware" stores for most items that I need and use. Best place to pick up fertilizer, lawn and garden supplies, pet supplies, bird feeders and seed, and so many other items that I can mention. Try Tractor Supply Company, I promise that you will love it too!
