Staff was able to reccomend a great local place to eat while we waited as well as discussing area attractions. Great hometown feel. I wish we had a business like this close to home. Had my car diagnosed and repairs were made, called them the same day to let them know I was still having the same issues going on. They scheduled me in to bring it back a few days later. Super great! Being I had just paid for labor and parts and my car was still having issues I was under the impression I would not have to pay to have my care evaluated once again. Instead I got bad news that additional issues were going on which was fine, I expected that. However, I was charged for diagnosis! Like seriously? Had I known that I’d be charged I wouldn’t of went back to service.

I have gone to other dealerships where they "find" things that are wrong with your vehicle. We didn't trust them so we would bring it to a local mechanic that would disprove it. Meyer Chevrolet however has integrity and complete honesty. I will always go there for any issues and trust that things will be done correctly. Good service and lobby appeared clean. Maybe disposable masks could be offered near the lobby doors, as even though signs were posted it is the law to wear a mask, customers and staff were not doing so. I felt uncomfortable with this and I did have a mask on. I ended up taking a walk outdoors for an hour. It will be hard to go outdoors however, when weather gets cold. I see many Seniors coming here that is of great concern.

What can I say? We always have a great time when we come for an oil change. Everyone treats you like family, Scott is always friendly & waves, even the dog comes in to see you. There's coffee, creamer, sugar, or a cold soda or water. We bring a book with us, sit in a comfy chair & know that when we get our car back, everything will be done, checked over, tires rotated, good dependable service. We'll see you next year again!

Recently had a heater core fail on a 2019 Chevy Equinox purchased from Meyer. Had to get a wrecker to tow it to Meyer. They were were able to replace the heater core under waranty. After picking up the car, there was still a very strong smell of antifreeze inside the car. The windshield had a film on it. Contacted them and the took the car back in the next day and cleaned the interior and replaced the cabin air filter. Nice job. Great service. Thank you.

Just a note to let you know of the outstanding customer service that I received from your service department this last weekend, I have a 2011 Chevy 3500 duramax diesel and was camping at Silver Lake campground, I had problems with the Diesel Exhaust system, which would limit my speed to 55 mph, then even lower, not having an appointment Jeremy said he would work me in when he could, well he did and the guys in the shop worked on my truck and worked some magic to get what was needed to get me on the road,.I would recommend the dealership to everyone, as they were busy all the time with customers coming and going.Thanks again Jeremy, great serviceRuss l.
