This is the only place I will take my dog. They have the best team of vets and vet techs. I called and asked them if I could bring Snooki ( my dog) to get the 3 month brevecto and would they administer it. They said shure bring her up. I also take her there for grooming, they also have the best team of groomers.

Butchered our dog’s hair. Don’t take your dog if he hasn’t been groomed due to an unexpected family emergency. Clippers could have been used ourselves, if we would have known that all you would do, he would be traumatized and uneven everywhere.

My 1 yr old labradoodle was neutered here and was in great hands! He stayed the night after his surgery and it was so nice to get a follow-up call letting me know he was fine and the surgery went well.I like the sweet office cats that hang out at the desk to greet you. It was soothing to have them there and my dog is always happy to meet a new friend. When I went to pick him up, there was a turtle just walking around like he owned the place.And don't let me forget about the staff and the lovely ladies that answered all my questions before and after surgery. They definitely put my mind at ease.

I have brought all my pets here for the last 11 years. Two they have put to sleep, and both times Dr. Daly has been very compassionate. She also called a breeder for me when my puppy was found to be severely ill. She even donated her time once to attempt to help our sickly pup.Dr. Sorenson has also been extremely helpful, honest, and performed several necessary surgeries. He even came in on his day off for a follow-up exam, when this paranoid mom was freaking out.Staff (and Dr. Sorenson) treated us with care and compassion when we barged into an exam room with another dog during an emergency.I can't say enough good things about them.Thank you all for your help in the past, and I am sure in the future.Here is a picture of two of my babies they have helped.

I have worked with NB Animal Hospital in various aspects with my critters for over 20+ years and have always had an exceptional experience. Everything from offering extra help with a diabetic dog (and scared owner), grooming, annual checkups, to help finding a low cost neuter program for a barn cat, they are always willing to help. You know they really care about their customers and the animals they see (even the ones they don't see!). Fantastic people who go above and beyond to offer heartfelt service - highly recommend.

Very upset. Our dog has a ear infection. They gave him medicine in the past but because they are to busy to be able to see him they won’t give me the medicine to try and help him. Instead try and send me a half hour one way or a hour in the other direction. I have been a customer with them for almost 4 years with multiple dogs and puppies. I understand they didn’t have time to schedule me in for a emergency but I just wanted some medicine so I can get him feeling better

One thing I can say that speaks volumes, my dog isn't afraid to go in the door. They always take their time to answer any questions or concerns. I usually see Dr. Mack but all of the docs are knowledgeable and caring. They don't push a bunch of unnecessary tests or procedures, they really do care about the well being of your pet. Pretty good about fitting you in if you have an urgent need. Prices are reasonable. They also have great groomers that really enjoy what they do and love the dogs!

If you have never visited #NewBuffaloAnimalHospital, you are missing out on great service. They truly love your fur babies. @Dr. Mack is excellent. He is the only one my pups love.They are super easy to get a hold of. I have never seen such a large reception area at a vets office. Plenty of space to sit and roam if you have a skittish pet.What can I say, I love this place and their prices are just amazing.

Dr. Dailey is one of the best vets I’ve ever had (I’ve had many) and she loves animals just as much as we do and she will make sure to treat your baby right and even tell you multiple suggestions that will best help your particular case. It’s nice to have someone who understands the pain and the joy of animals.Also the groomers are the only ones we will go to, Especially Sam, who are the only groomers are animals aren’t afraid to be left with.They also will also let you call with questions and advice you on whether to come in, when, or go to the vet hospital so that you get the best treatment without breaking the bank.

Love Dr Sorenson and his staff!!! I would never take my animals anywhere else and i recommend to everyone!! Several friends have also switched vets. caring, friendly, get you scheduled in a timely manner, and the prices are not outrageous! they do grooming and boarding, no need to go anywhere else. love them!

New Buffalo Animal Hospital’s negligence almost and may still cost my cat his life. After Max had been acting strange and peed twice outside the litterbox, we took Max in. The vet tech took him back to get an X-ray but we had to wait because we were told it was being used. After Max finally came back, we were told they saw a dark spot which looked like a urinary blockage. They gave him an antibiotic shot, prescribed him dietary food and pain medication, and told us it should clear up in a few days. They failed to mention that it doesn’t always go away in a few days and can re-block even after clearing. They also never told us that this could be LIFE-THREATENING. We also weren’t charged for an X-ray, which we didn’t think much of in the chaos until later.They didn’t even give him anything for the pain when we were there. We had to order his pain medication through an online pharmacy. We thought this was odd since they do have the medication they prescribed at the office. After it was taking too long to get in (due to more complications through the pharmacy), we took Max back to get him some pain medication and a quick exam. We told them he peed quite a bit the day before but didn’t that day. They sent us home again. After Max still wasn’t getting better, we took him to another vet to get a second opinion. They told us that they consider a urinary blockage an EMERGENCY and would not have sent him home. When they requested to get his X-ray from NBAH, we were told there were NO RECORDS. We think they lied about giving Max an X-ray.After they started treatment to clear the blockage, we were told he likely had a ruptured urethra so we had to take him to the emergency vet to see a urologist. Max is now in critical care and could be hospitalized up to a week with the possibility of surgery. We feel as though Max’s worsened condition and complications might’ve been able to have been prevented if the vet at NBAH had realized the seriousness of his condition. We’re not sure why NBAH’s vet sent us on our merry way home with Max when both the second vet and emergency vet told us that a urinary blockage is dangerous, especially when it goes untreated. Max’s condition is stable for now but if he doesn’t make it through this we will hold NBAH responsible. I hope they will never again be this negligent. No pet deserves the kind of pain and anguish that Max has been put through.

I have a problematic dog that requires a little extra care. The staff here has always been great. I can usually get right in to see someone and the prices are going to be the lowest you can find. Last year my dog had 2 acl surgeries and combined they cost less than what some of my friends paid at other vets.
