This place was absolutely amazing!!!! I felt so comfortable and so did my mini doodle benji!!! They were knowledgeable and took the time to inform me even on the best way to take care of my dog. My mini doodle got unfortunately matted from one grooming appointment and basically with my brushes that i thought was what he needed.. i was wrong.:( they really touched my heart today ❤️they showed my dog as well as my child and myself such care and it was a clean environment for my dog.. I highly recommend this place for your fur babes!!! Take my word on it, you will not regret it... we will go no where else but here from here. I'm updating my review because they made us leave here so my dog hasn't had a groomer since. They said he needs training and he can come back. They also said he was aggressive. He's a mini doodle. I tipped her sooo good and thanked her but that's the person I am. I was disappointed if u honestly must know. I gave an awesome review. But I need to be honest he was also muzzled when I came in. In the corner. They had him off away from other roaming dogs. I didn't appreciate the way they treated my dog. Idk if id take your animal here if u must know truth. We came one time. And I gave them the best review. But second time was when I seen truth.

Wow! My pooch was overdue for nail clipping, I’m bad at that! Came to Persnickety JUST as owner was on her way out to close for the day, she reopened and did my Roxy’s nails! May have been a simple thing, but it still matters as great customer service! I’m never disappointed!

They do a really good job on my doodle mix. She comes out look cuter than when she went in for her appointment. My puppy is really shy and they were good at putting her to ease.

Not satisfied at all, worst haircut my dog ever got. Teddy does not look like my Teddy anymore. Obviously I will not be returning. They totally shaved my dog that they said they would be able to take care of it. That’s what I was told on the phone. He was matted obviously yes but not to the point where you have to shave ears tail and body never ever have I been so disappointed.

Sindi is always amazing with my little Desoto and he always comes back looking his best and smelling amazing for weeks! All the little extra details can be seen and the bandanas as just chef kisses all of her and her staff's hard work! Sindi is an amazing person to work with and will listen to your needs! My baby Sobo will always be coming here and all my future babies as well!

I take my Pom here all the time and always pick him up looking amazing! He doesn't even let me brush him at home so the women who work here really know what they're doing. I truly feel he's in good hands every time I drop him off. It's such a relief to know he's being treated well by the staff, might seem like common sense but I've taken him elsewhere and wasn't happy. That's when I switched to Persnickety Pups. I'd pay a fortune if I had to, but the prices are more than reasonable and the service is beyond compare. So thank you Persnickety, for everything you do 💖

We've had a great experience here! My dog was uncomfortable with getting his nails clipped due to a bad experience in the past at a different place. So I ended up taking him here and they worked with us!! He was not comftorable at all but after a couple visits he learned to trust them and now it's no problem!!! Thank you !!

Was unhappy the last time I went in here.My dog was a nervous reck afterwards. He gets a bit anxious when he has to have his nails done and he might snap and bite lightly not hard. But the last time I went the lady never did his nails they were way too long she didn't cut her his hair short enough didn't do like I asked. Think I'm going to try another place.

I thought they knew how to groom a Husky and knew you do not shave their fur. When i picked up our boy she shaved his butt area, under belly and shaved a spot of his mane off. She told me he had mats and it was the only way to remove them. They did not call me to get permission nor did they offer anything to help with the severe itching our poor dog is dealing withThey didn't even offer advise on what to use fie the itching or tell us he would be itching out of his mind. I will never go back to this place again and suggest no one does.

Just picked up my Leonberger today from Persnickety Pups. They are not easy dogs to groom because of double coat and there size and they did a wonderful job on him. I am totally pleased with Sarah's great care and knowledge of the grooming of this breed, I'd recommend this grooming shop to everyone.

I was so nervous to take my little golden retriever puppy in to bed groomed, I have never left her in a foreign place without me. Persnickety Pups was amazing, they absolutley adored her and we’re so sweet and gentle with her. They spent lots of time on her and their pricing was reasonable, when I came to pick her up they even had bows on her ears! They made her look like a doll and she was extremely soft and smelled amazing! I will definitely be bringing her from now on for all her grooming needs!

Was extremely happy with them!! Wanted to try a different place because I wasn't having luck with other groomers. They loved my dog Buddy he was actually leashed to the wall instead of in the crate. That made me extremely happy because my dog will get stressed and just bark non stop and sweat, so he just usually smells like wet dog when I pick him up. This time Buddy smelled clean, good, he wasn't barking, and wasn't stressed. He even had a cute little scarf on him. I love when groomers do that!! Prices are reasonable and they were friendly and accommodating. Definitely will be going back. Would recommend giving them a try you won't be disappointed 😁

My dogs are less than enthusiastic about nail trims. The staff is able to quickly trim their nails and do a great job with grooming also.

Love these guys. My Schnoodle is very anxious and does not seem to be so when I bring him here for a great grooming. I highly reccomend them, and I don't say that lightly. My dog is family and I only want the best treatment for him!

The groomers at Persnickety are all good but if I have to recommend one it would be Cindy because she has more patience than any other groomers that I have been to the past 10 years with my dog and I know what a tough job it is to groom my dog with his anxiety.
