First time I took my pup I was happy and they did a good job at reasonable price. I'm ext time I asked for a specific cut.... Raised prices without stating it til I picked him up. And . The cut I asked for was not done. We decided to give it one more try ... Again asked for a specific cut ...he's a Pomeranian and asked for a lion cut. . again picked him up and the price was again higher without notice...and their version of a lion cut was shaving halfway down his back instead of around his face. No more tries . . We'll go elsewhere as the owner just does whatever she wants I guess also a big issue for me and id say others is u have to pay in cash or check.... No cards at all which these days most people don't carry cash so pretty inconvenient. The staff is friendly but you can tell the owner has an ego and things are strictly done her way!!

First time, only time - but Not Because It Was A Bad Experience! Just, because I'm not a pretty-dog guy, lol. My wife treats her dog better than she treats me, but she was out of town for an extended period of time, so I had the beloved opportunity of arranging for this little guy to get groomed.I ended up choosing this place because their pricing was comparatively reasonable, and nearby (though it was a tossup between them and another place very close; I think this place was $5 cheaper), with good reviews.The place was pretty open and spacious, well-lit, and actually had a good handful of seemingly happy employees all rockin' and rollin' on different dogs on different tables at the same time. From a non-fancy-dog guy perspective, I was impressed by their operation - I figured it would be just one or two people working on a couple dogs at a time in a ho-hum small-office environment.My appointment was at 11am, so they took ~3 hours to finish him up (they let me know in advance when I booked that if you have an early appointment, you can get finished in just one or two hours, but I wasn't in a rush).Again, I'm not a picky fancy-dog type of guy, but this haircut seemed to me to be on-par or better than any haircut my wife brought him home with before, so... I was happy.*Note: my little guy had a hairloss/inflammation condition near his snout, so don't blame them for any irregularities in that area on the photos.Would recommend.

I will never take my dog here ever again. he was traumatized. They shaving him too much I didn’t know him when I see him i showed them a picture what I want and I told the ladies there I don’t want his hair short only 1 inch they shaved all his ear short he has one foot has more hair then other and he had a cut on the pad of his foot. The place isn't very clean either. The lady was also quite rude about it all as well. I had to take my dog directly to a vet. Horrible experience!

I think I've finally found the right groomers!! My daughter brought our two Cavalier King Charles Spaniels to Love My Pet and they did an amazing job. I've searched high and low for about a year since my normal groomer had to abruptly stop working. I was referred to this place by my daughter's boyfriend who brings his Springer Spaniel there. They've always been satisfied with their service. Their customer service was excellent. They called me because both dogs have heart conditions and they wanted to make sure that they were able to withstand a full groom. They also called because one of my dogs had bad matting on his ears and they needed to shave his ears down. Also, my daughter got back a little early and waited in the parking lot. She was watching them groom our dogs and others and said that they were so loving and attentive with all of them.

Great job on my mom and dad's Dachshund, Sophie. My dad also had golf head covers made to replicate Sophie, he brought those in to have them brushed and their hair cleaned up as well. They even did an amazing job on those!! Very satisfied and will be returning for the actual dog to be groomed again!!

Jackie was wonderful with my cat! This was my first time taking my cat for a sanitary cut, and nail trimming. She was careful, knowledgeable, and fast!

Love them. Both ladies working there were the best. Full house when i dropped my cat of but the staff were very patient with answering my questions. He smelled great. Even though my cat is not good with other animals they took good specialized care to accomodate that. I would highly recommend Love My Pet. I post their cards everywhere I go to make sure everyone knows about them 😁

Everyone treats you very friendly there.they always take me right in when I come in and trim my dog's nails. They groomed my daughter's dog the other day and he looks and smells great.

They did wonderful on our husky who had a matted undercoat. It’s always hard to find a place who can really get in there & get all of that out. Very easy to book and get in. They are cash only!

Horrible!!! Olivia was trimming my lil Pomeranian. We showed up early and sat in our car waiting to pick up our dog. We could see her up on the table, Olivia received some food, left our dog up on the table without a collar or leash to secure her ( Did she really need to eat at that moment?) Thank goodness our lil girl didn’t fall or jump off that table and hurt herself. Called the manager and she apologized and said she would talk with her NEVER WENT BACK!

I established my dog 2 years ago 2020 with Love My pet. Today after I dropped him off I get a phone call 1 hour later stating that they can't groom him today because his groomer didn't come in today. I booked that appointment four weeks in advance I did not ask for a specific groomer. I called the day before to confirm that yes indeed my dog had an appointment for Saturday morning at 9:00 a.m. the appointment was confirmed by the owner Jackie and today she states that it was an oversight and there was not a staff member available to groom my 13 lb dog. Poor business at its finest!!! Jackie as an owner should have been able to problem solve so that I would be able to have my dog groomed as it has been 4 weeks and he is now overdue. Will not be returning and will never recommend unbelievable!

I usually take my pet to another location in the area but decided to try this location out on a whim, I was under the impression they would trim my pets nails and trim their fur, however all they seemed to do was bathe my pet, not what i expected for what I paid for, my directions were clear when I dropped off and unfortunately the end results were mediocre at best. I’ll stick with my regular groomer

Once again, Love My Pet did an outstanding job grooming my dogs. They take the utmost care and attention in making sure my dogs are treated as their own. My senior dog is not the most easy going in her old age and they have extra patience with her. Thank you, Love My Pet for the great job you do!

Friendly people. Great service. I wanted a place to bathe my 80 pound dog myself. They provided everything I needed and helped me get her into the tub. For $15.00 to groom my dog myself, well worth it! They also provide services to groom your dogs for a different fee.

The owner of Love My Pet is so friendly with my cat. My cat can sometimes be mean and bite but when he is with her, he absolutely loves her and shows no signs of meanness! It really goes to show that the owner really knows how to handle pets well even when they’re temperamental. I will never stop going to Love My Pet. The service is undoubtedly wonderful every time.

I had brought my dog here 3 times total, the first two times just to get his nails clipped and the third time to get a bath and nails trimmed. I will admit the first two times were great but the third time was rather scary. I dropped my dog off at 11 and they said it would be a couple hours and they will call when he was finished. it came to about 1.45 and i drove there and i did not see him at all. The gal went back into a room in the back and then came out without him and 5 minutes later went back in and brought him out. I took him to the car and noticed his paws bleeding in 3 spots so i then went back in and told the gal and she came out with some powder stuff and put it on all 3 nails and a week later and he is still limping and also if i do take him there again i wont leave him since the first two times they did a fine job on his nails and i did not get the gals name who groomed him the 3rd time i took him there but it definitely wont be her

Luv my pet shaved half of my molly's ear and then called to have her picked up because she has anxiety. Told me she would have to be sedated at a vet to be groomed. I took molly to Sharon's and they did an amazing job with no issues. Don't recommend this company

Always very polite helpful and friendly, I take my shepherd in every two weeks for a nail trim. They are always good to my dog I have never had to wait just walk in and someone takes care of us. I really like this place.

Quick and pleasant. Thank you my babie girl feels much better. My girl is a blue nose pit bull terrier rescue. Unfortunately shes miss understood. Most cant feel comfortable.. the first time in 5 years .. in and out in 10 minutes-- impressive-- thank you..she cant wait to come back..😊

We will never take our dog here again. We had a 12 o'clock appointment and he wasn't ready until 5. He was in the crate for 5 hours with no water and no bathroom break. Then when I said something they told me they don't know how big the dogs are when they come in and they had big dogs coming in. That's fascinating to me because Andy has been there before and they have a "card" for him. when I said but we have an appointment they said we just don't know. So the short story is our dog who's not used to being in a crate was there for 5 hours and we will never take him back.

My Weasel kitty went in today for a shave and bath. They also trimmed his nails and cleaned his ears. They removed the mats he had started developing. (He is a medium to long haired chunky boy who loves to roll on the carpet.) The only downside was that they didn't tell me that they only took cash or check for payment. There is an ATM next door, though, if needed. Everyone there was very polite, and upbeat.

My wife and I own a rescue. We had just rescued a dog from a local shelter and ware on our way to take him to his foster home. We drove passed this self service and thought it would be great to give the dog a bath before dropping him off. I walked in and the receptionist didn’t greet me. I stood there a minute and said hello and asked if they were a self service wash since I did not see any tubs or anything. They said yes, but by appointment only because the groomers use the same tubs. I had explained my situation and she said there was no way to accommodate me today, but to make an appointment for a self service bath tomorrow. I’m not sure why they offer And advertise as self service if it’s appointment only, self service is made for last minute, accidentally got dirty situations. Fortunately, we won’t be coming back.
