Excellent customer service, we were able to get an appointment within a week which was unheard of with our previous groomer. Pricing was what I expected, Olivia did an amazing job on our dog Gizmo and being in Macomb the drive is very convenient. A friend recommended me here and I'd recommend anyone to do the same. We'll be customers going forward

I used this groomer for the first time, I am very pleased with the results. They were also reasonably priced, my bill for three Havannes was $140.00 not $175.00 that I was paying at another groomer. Great job.

I'm so happy with our experience at Lil Doggie. They got out all of Layla's clumps, gave her a nice haircut and trimmed her nails, which we always struggle with at home! She's a very anxious dog, but they seemed to have put her at ease when I went to pick her up, which I was very impressed with.Thank you!!

Took our puppy here for her first cut and beyond exceeded our expectations! She had some mats, and wouldn’t let us brush her at all! They were so great with her, and she was happy and content there when picked up!! 10/10!!!

Love this place for what they did for my new fur baby. I had a pup dropped off to me unexpectedly and the poor babies fur was knatted extremely bad and they got us in same day to save this poor boy. He is now fitting into our family nicely and looks alot better. Thank you from us and Dozer!

I've been bringing my dog here for about two years. I have an English Bulldog so he gets the monthly bath and occasional nail trim. The service is always professional. The ladies are very pleasant. The price for a bath is reasonable. I usually make an appointment so I'm not sure about walk-ins? What really impressed me was a few months ago I went to pick up my dog. While I was waiting, there was a lady there with her dog. Her dog had a muzzle on. The dog was there to get his nails trimmed. The dog clearly did not like nail trimming process. The owner had to hold the dog in a bear hug while one of the ladies trimmed his nails. Everytime she came close to the dog with the trimmers he went crazy, barking, snapping, trying to get free. As soon as she stopped with the trimmers, he completely calmed down. If he didn't have the muzzle on I'm sure he would have bit her. She was able to get the job down. The amount of patience the young lady had to finish the job was impressive. I hate I don't know her name. At the time we all had mask on. For the record, they were in the check out area away from the other pets. They had me wait until the whole situation was finished instead of walking my dog through all of that, which was cool. This place gives quality service and treats your dog like their own.

I would never recommend this groomer! My dog has been going to groomers for yrs. Was told my dog can no longer be brought here. She told me my dog was to old , and moved around to much they said they didn't want to cut her, we have sharp tools! I have never heard of a groomer that cannot handle a 10lb Bichon shihtzu!

I have been going here for years just for nail trims in my little chihuahuas, but recently I took my 5 month old Australian Shepherd for just a bath and nail trim and trim between the toes and her but area, NO haircut was asked for… I went to pick her up and a girl I never seen before helped me with below shoulder and round curl darker lense glasses was very rude walked away from me while I was trying to talk to her about customer service and she just staired at me like I was crazy. When I got home I took a look at my dog and they literally gave her a hair cut, her tail hair was cut so short, her belly was completely cut all her hair, now I’m dealing with her shedding her hair all over the place. I loved all the other girls who ever helped me, but there was no manager to speak to about this 1 individual, that’s not good enough for me, I will not be returning because of this person, they need to have a manager who can handle these types of situations!! Whoever cut my dogs hair without my permission needs to go, because I didn’t ask for a haircut, majority of people do not cut Australian Shepherds coats!!!!!!

My girls came in, admittedly in rough shape after this winter. My Alaskan malamute had so much undercoat and wouldn't let my husband or me brush her, let alone cut her nails. These wonderful ladies took great care and made my beauties so much more beautiful than I could have hoped for. With super affordable prices, we will be back again soon!

This is a good and safe place for your dog, besides the groomer Olivia. She has talked down to me and my dog for no reason on multiple occasions. I thought maybe she was just having a rough day but when it kept happening I decided to no longer go here anymore because I felt uncomfortable bringing my dog to her, which is sad because she did a good job the first time and then just started shaving my dog and being extremely rude to us after that. I would recommend an attitude check for her, but the rest of the groomers are fantastic!

Not really impressed with this salon. My dog’s nails were not cut correctly and kept catching on the carpet. Her hair was cut uneven and still a few small matted areas remained on her underbelly. When I brought this to the stylists attention, it was noted my pup was uncooperative and that maybe she should go somewhere else. I’m confused cause the whole point of me taking her there was because they promised patience since it was my pups first time. They’re rude and impatient. My poor baby had so much anxiety after her appointment. We won’t be going back!!

I use to rave about this place. After picking my dog up yesterday I will never ever go back. They shaved my cavalier king charles spaniels head..yes her head--shaved! It even had a spot where you can see they went in deep with clippers. They didn't bother even cutting the hair on her tail. She was scared and has been acting very strange since I picked her up. The last 3 times they did a great job. This time I even paid more then I usually do. I usually will give the place a second chance but after seeing my dog and how she's scared she is. We will not be back !!!

My friend took her sweet 14 year old Shihtzu there and they told her they can’t groom her anymore because she is too old and moves too much! That is so sad! I will never go back !

I have a nervous 4 year old dog who has always needed a muzzle to get her nails clipped. I found Lil Doggie Salon and absolutely love them. My girl loves to go there and they are able to clip her nails without the use of a muzzle. She is so happy when I pick her up and smells so clean and looks so pretty. Her fur is super soft. I highly recommend Lil Doggie Salon!! They are top notch
