I was very disappointed with my order on Mother's Day. I purchased a closed box of dipped strawberries and expected them to look like the photo on the sales counter. Our order had no variety...all the same...no white chocolate...no sprinkles...just 6 plain chocolate berries. I could have purchased the same at Kroger and got a more attractive product at a much cheaper price. Incredible Edibles: You can do a lot better than that... especially on a major holiday like Mother's Day! Give us the variety you highlight in your marketing and sales information.

Ordered an arrangement from California, to be delivered as an early birthday gift for my Suster, in MI. Dawn helped me by phone and we got it to her. My Suster loved it and unknowingly, pineapple is her favorite. THANK YOU DAWN! The pictures my Suster sent are so cute. I appreciate the good service!

Amazing service. They were truly accommodating. Delivery drivers 📈📈📈🔥🔥🔥 I couldn’t be there to receive it and chose to pick it up the next day. I received the wrong basket (was supposed to have mango) and the box that held my safely wrapped fruit was dirty like it had been dropped in a dusty cobweb corner 🙃. But the fruit was beautiful and delicious. Even the candy covered strawberries which are often wilted at other places were still firm and fresh from here.

You made her day! I called my mom early morning on her birthday, she was crying and sad over some things and had also mentioned she was unable to get her favorite cake for her birthday. While i was unable to find a nice cake for delivery last minute, i knew she loved chocolate covered strawberries and this location was nearby as I live out of state.I placed the order online for same day and was called shortly after informing me they might not be able to meet the delivery window. My mom had a lunch that day and they mentioned they might not make it in time. Well, they exceeded expectations and delivered so fast before she even left for lunch. They totally surprised and made both of our days! Thanks for spreading the love in these uncertain times!Great service! Would order again!

We called the New Baltimore location to get some chocolate covered fruit for Valentine’s Day. They only have curbside available. So we called to place an order and the lady was of no help whatsoever. In fact she was just down right rude to us. I will never go to this location again. I understand it is Valentine’s Day, and probably busier than normal. However, all the more reason to be pleasant with someone trying to spend money at your establishment.

I just wanted to thank edible arrangements for ruining mine and my daughters Mother's Day, my daughter ordered me a arrangement. She lives out of state she called me all day to see if I got my gift. I got a call from edible arrangements at 8:30 P.M. Asking if I was home, the arrangement arrived at 9:05 P.M. As I was going to bed. You shouldn't take orders if you couldn't deliver at a reasonable time.

Sales person was very helpful. I was making an out of state order by phone and had excellent service. Even though no one was at home on the first delivery attempts, the arrangement was fresh, and I was told delicious, when they were able to make the delivery.

We had a real good experience. The desserts were very good and came pretty close to the same day every month. I got it for my Dad and part of the way thru he moved and they were really good at changing the address.

Very helpful staff, made a last minute gift purchase for my boyfriend's family as their dog had passed and they were able to get it done within the hour on a Sunday near closing time! Thank you so much, they loved the strawberries and pineapples!

Received an arrangement for my birthday and was not happy with the fruit at all! I bought numerous arrangements from previous owners and the fruit and strawberries were ALWAYS ripe and delicious but particularly the 2 types of melon were hard and not ripe in this arrangement. Very disappointed. Tried to cut melons into a fruit salad but still no one wanted to eat it. Strawberries were the worst I've ever had.

We drove an hour to get here anf didntthink wisely and pre order out arrangement. It was Mothers Day and place was packed. At first she told me 2 hours to make the arrangement we wanted but after schmoozing her a little she got it done it done in 15 minutes. Awesome! Thanks crew.

I had to cancel an order to my college daughter because the Santa Barbara, CA location wouldn't honor the delivery charge quoted in the online order system. The online system directed the order to the Thousand Oaks, CA location with a delivery charge 3 times less.

I understand being busy and not being able to take orders. However, to be so rude about it it not understandable. A simple "no I'm sorry" would have gone a long way as apposed to "no. You can't place an order".
