The black lady with the thick eyebrows I believe to be the store manager or manager is very rude. She doesn’t speak. Her body language tells that she doesn’t care for a person. And when she do speak it’s only to concern customers. Been going here for the last year only because it’s directly across the corner from my home. Dollar tree is one of my favorite stores. I usually go in there getting more than I was expecting to get. But I’m willing to drive further down to the other location because of their customer service is good. And I will welcome. The only reason why I’m giving this location a 1 star is because of the store manager attitude. Everyone else is nice and professional. I sometimes have small talk with the employees. So if anything the employees are the reason why that location is running the way it is. Great job. So that being said just because a person doesn’t act a way towards you doesn’t mean they don’t act a way toward the next person. Even good people only good to who they want to be good to. My advice to the manager is to treat people on how you want to be treated.

Older thin blond woman that works here is rude, very unprofessional and I will be taking my business elsewhere! Walked in with 12 mins before closing and she rudely wouldn't let us grab 2 things my son wanted. We had plenty of time and would of been out of there by 9 but after the encounter with her, no thanks!

This Dollar Tree is by far the best one I've ever been to. They supply a great stock of name brands, have a clean store & a friendly staff. I definitely recommend you shop here if you live in town or are just passing through.

very clean and organized. Cashier was rude to a client. She continued the rude conversation after the client moved to another register. She then proceeded to talk negatively about the client with the other cashier in front of multiple clients. She really needs some additional training with how to address complaints and maintaining a positive and professional attitude.

Shopped here for 5 years and have never had any issues Employees are always very pleasant - lately I’ve noticed an older, thin lady with long hair that absolutely has a bad vibe - so bad I go to other Dollar Trees - today I found out she’s the manager?LolBad choice DT

usually the workers are friendly in there.i came there yesterday and the line was kinda long and there was only one person ringing people up. I watched the lady be rude to the guy in front of me . then when I put my things up there she dumped and slammed all my things on the belt and dropped some of my stuff on ground and didn't say anything. she then rung me up and got an attitude with me after I payed saying " I dropped this , u want it " saying it very aggressive. I grabbed my bags and she ignored me and didn't say have a nice day or anything and didn't give me my receipt and started ringing next person up. I have never been treated like this at a store. that was rude and uncalled for. I will not be returning to this location and I am contacting corporate.

The employees are always so willing to help... Nice manners.. Tammy and Ariel are very informative and Arial comes up with the best DIY solutions for me... Sorry if I forgot to mention any other manager or supervisor) I have no complaints... I really miss a young gentleman named "Josh or Joshey" this store is my # 1 Dolor Tree to go too.. Very clean store... The bathroom is clean as well. I always have a pleasant time doing there!!

Great vibe. First time ever at this location. It's a bit outta my way but just the politeness and friendliness of the employees made it worth it. They carry everything you'd expect from a dollar store.

Some are complaining that everything is now $1.25. There is still the variety, especially plastic server ware (bowls, platters, etc.) and wonderful resource for party and shower favors. This store is clean and well organized. At $1.25, things are still a bargain.

It's the best! Yes, prices are now $1.25, but that is an incredibly small amount of money for so many of the items available. If you can get it cheaper somewhere else, go for it. And, you aren't finding greating cards for less than 50 cents, which is still the price. And gift bags, wraps, bows, etc. all $1.25, not 4.95. Always many seasonal items to chose from. The cleaning supplies and paper products are a steal for $1.25. Makeup, hair care and style, body cair, health care, kitchen gadgets and wares, frozen foods, canned and packaged foods, candy, scarves, mittens, hats, socks, flip-flops, books, and many other household items at $1.25...that's a bargain! Yes, some items are cheaply made and don't work for long, or break easily; but that's true for everywhere. Use your good judgment and creativity and you'll find some extraordinary deals!

Camille the cashier was very rude. I asked her to not fill up the bag to much because they are very thin and will rip. She grabbed the bag from me and said the bags not full. And of course as soon as I lifted the bag it split, she took another bag and threw it at me and said there’s your bag! . I have been going to this Dollar Tree for a few years but if I see her at the register I will walk back out. She was complaining the whole time I was there about working to much & having to take care of her dogs. Time to get the weekday ladies in, they seem to enjoy there jobs.

I really enjoy going to the New Baltimore Dollar Tree. They have so many great deals. The staff are very nice and helpful especially the closing manager, Ariel. I recommend that store to all of my friends and family.

Great place. EVERYTHING! is $1.00! Except Christmas.... 50% off. Manager told us when we walked in the door! So $6 was $3.00!

Not as big as some of the other Dollar Trees in the area. Store could be cleaner. Lots of broken toys on the shelves in toy aisle. It's never well staffed when I am there, there's almost always a line at the cash register.
