Absolute disgrace. I always come here to get my medications or anything I need. I have Crohn’s disease and was having an emergency to use the restroom. The pharmacist told me to ask the women in the front. I waited for her to come help me for 5 minutes as she was fixing the lottery machine. I asked her to please allow me to use the restroom and she told me no. I told her it’s an emergency as I have Crohn’s disease and continued to say no. (Said she was the only one here and there’s only one other person standing in the store with one item) you definitely need to train your employees to be actual human beings.

THE best CVS. I have been to many other pharmacies when I had moved away from the area for a brief period of time and this pharmacy hands down is the best. The staff is always so friendly, kind, and informative. Love this pharmacy!

Pharmacy is very unprofessional staff they need to fire everyone and start new very rude and uncaring about the people that they are helping. Says there system are down and said I'm going on break never in my life had i recived the most awful service before.

I love my CVS. The staff has always been very helpful and friendly. My only complaint if I had to say one it sometimes they don't have what I would like to purchase. Not their fault.

I was scheduled for a covid test At 10:20 Am and was there 10 minutes early. They asked that I bear with them because I was the first customer of the day. After a half hour of waiting and several people pulling away behind me I pressed the call button again. They told me this takes time So I continued to wait. The excuses seemed to be changing from the system is down for all stores right now to our keyboard isn’t working.Finally at 11:20,after an hour of waiting, the pharmacist comes to the window and apologizes and tells me that their keyboard is broken and they will have to call me later or drive to another location ...I will avoid this store In the future.

Had a scrip transferred from there to Rite Aid. Completely incompetent people, rude, and took all day and 6 phone call and never got it right. I am pretty much convinced they were totally messing with me. The worst poor service I've ever dealt with and the people that work there are mostly people of very poor or little quality. Stay away from these pathetic people!!!

CVS is price gouging us on prescriptions!I always believed CVS was a great place to get my prescriptions, until yesterday. I lost my insurance coverage a few months back and have had to pay cash for my rx. I assumed CVS had fair pricing, I told my doc what I was paying and he was amazed, told me I was being gouged and recommended I check a local pharmacy. CVS has been charging me 65-75 dollars for THE SAME EXACT MEDICINE that I received from Lenox Pharmacy for 20 dollars. I feel like I've been robbed. CVS will no longer be getting mine, nor my family's business.

Very rude people working here. I am never greeted when i walk in and while im being cashed out i am never spoken to and the cashier always carries on a personal conversation with a coworker like im not standing right in front of her. I will gladly drive the extra distance to another store even though i live right next to this one.

The store’s system went down but the folks in the pharmacy did everything they could to get a Covid test to me. They could have easily said no and closed the door, but they managed to get a test kit together with only a short wait. Thank you!!

The store manager by the name of Kim is the most RACIST Store manager I’ve ever came in contact with. She should be fired! The most nastiest rudest store manager I’ve ever had an encounter with....she’s poor representation of what CVS stands for.
