Nice pet & pet supply store. It's a little pricey compared to the box stores, but it's great quality. Usually really clean, plus the animals they sell are very healthy.

So. Today I went in to look at some fish. (The tanks are clean and fish look in good health so that's good)But I go in the back, a tank full of rats are almost just hopping out the cage with no one around. Finally someone does come and she looks shocked I asked her to get me a fish.She had no idea what fish I was talking about when I told her. She almost dropped the fish.Then I asked her to get me a school of 5 of the same fish. She got me a mixed bag of tetras and daniosI just gave the bag back.I asked if they needed someone to hire with fish experience because we nicely said they were struggling back there. He simply said "oh no it always happens like that"Will not be returning again

I would give a better rating except for the older blond woman (40-55 y/o) who for absolutely no reason was extremely rude and unwelcoming to the point I asked another worker if she was always this way. I've bought my dog food from here for a long time but this was very off-putting. I'll be going elsewhere from now on.

This store is well-stocked and the staff is very helpful and friendly. They have a large variety of pet products for all type of pets. I buy dog, Guinea, and bird items there. It has a very small-town cozy vibe to it. You’ll like going there.

Friendly staff, pet's are welcome. Clean and fully stocked. Large selection of food, toys, medicines and more. They have much more than supplies for cats and dogs. This store is definitely Worth checking out. It will not disappoint!!!

Extremely disappointed with the customer service. I came in to buy two rats with a cage yesterday. Turns out the rats are sneezing, and are making the noise of an upper respiratory infection. When I brought them back the red haired manager was extremely rude. She agreed that the one was breathing weird but said the sneezes were supposedly normal. When actually returning them she gave sass and attitude claiming they’re fine. And when we thanked her she said “mmm” very poor communication skills especially from a manager. Don’t recommend this place.

These employees always have a smile on their faces and answer any questions one might have. Love the selection of chew toys, ( especially for aggressive chewers. I know I'll finally find that one chew toy my boy can't destroy in three minutes 🤣). The prices are fair and the store is clean.

Extremely friendly and Happy. My wife and I was doing a drive tour and they had a Koi sale sign. Gotta love a Mom and Pop shop. Again friendly, knowledgeable & truly enjoying what they do. I will try and hit them well we're out that way.

Been going to this place since they open. Local business will not be back in after today's experience. $150 worth of dog food told I could not use hundred dollar bills. Prices are higher than most but still a local business put up with it. You can go to Kroger and buy the same cat litter 8 to 10 dollars cheaper . Called to complain to manager about $100 bills she was very rude he would not take a message to have the owner of the establishment call me back. Need to think about replacing your manager not doing her job very well

Nice store, bigger than it appears on the outside. They have a LOT of product to choose from. Very friendly and helpful. Also, they have pets for purchase! I recommend checking them out.WARNING: KEEP YOUR RECEIPTS. They will NOT do a Return Or Store Credit if you do not have the receipt for an item you've purchased! (There is no return policy printed on their receipts)

Every one there is very helpful. Quite knowledgeable about all the dog foods I asked about. Family/locally owned so it's nice to get good products at a good price, be helped and also support the small businesses of Chesterfield!

Very rude when walking into establishment. No recognition or anything. Then looking at guinea pigs that was interested in and older women yells at me about touching them. I can see if I had little kids poking at them, but that was no where near the case. I will take my business elsewhere. Thanks for ruining someone's day off cause of your disrespect.

Decided to check this pet store out as it's close to our house...when we walked in the workers were nice asked the typical questions, what we were looking for, if we needed help ect. But we were just looking around. We ended up ordering 3 fish from them and picked them up a few days later, not even 2 days later we had to bring one of the fish back because it was dying...no big deal I understand things happen, so I proceed to take it back and the workers were so rude about it i couldn't believe how they acted, as if I was bothersome to them. The lady who helped me finally said "well I guess I can order you a new one" I said that would be great thank you very much! A week later we have yet another dying almost dead fish!! They are not cheap fish and we've never had a problem with these fish before! I'm not even bothering to go back just to get talked down to and given another dying fish.

Been there a few times I buy dog treats for my dog I bought dog shampoo for my dog there. I walked around inside there quite a few times I think they got everything that you would need for your dog. And I know I will be going back there to buy more treats for my dog that's for sure.

Great prices, great little excursion for the kids to play with all the animals in there. They offer military discount, only wish they had carts more readily available to use for heavy items.

Great and friendly customer service. I drive 45 minutes one way to get crickets, hornworms and dubias for my bearded dragon and it's worth it for the quality.

Cute and fun pet shop. They have a turtle and kol pond inside. Animals look healthy and everything is very clean. Take the kiddos. They will love it. Staff is helpful
