I give two stars because I have gone to this business 3 times and the first two times were great, she did everything I asked and my pup looked great. However the last time I went I was very disappointed, the groomer didn’t cut her hair the way we normally did it, I know hair grows back so I’m not too upset, and dogs aren’t exactly easy to groom, but when I came home and got a closer look at her haircut, I noticed she has two bald spots behind her ears and a pretty significant cut on her front left armpit, the groomer never made me aware of this, and when I called and texted her, I never got a response back. I would like to get a refund for this appointment but I can’t get in contact with anyone. I am very displeased with the whole situation, when it could’ve been easily avoided with a simple conversation when I came to pick her up.

Very pet friendly and caring. My doggie is kind of a spit fire and Haylee handles her patiently and calmly. Located nicely to run an errand and pick back up!

Haley is extremely kind and she did an amazing job with my dog who is very energetic and hates being groomed. I was 100% satisfied and will definitely be going back for her future grooming

Our dog "Avalanche" loves going to Top Knot'ch Grooms. He wags his tail as he gets out of the car. We love how perfectly groomed he looks when we pick him up.
