How can you be a vet and be afraid of dogs? I think this vet picked the wrong line of work. I would recommend anyone that is thinking about or is going there not to. When a Vet is afraid of dogs are they going to take care of yours correctly.

Our 12 week old puppy had an emergency on Wednesday night, our normal vet did not have a doctor on called. I called all the vets in the area and they were the only ones to call me back. They had me bring him, they were professional and truly great! Once they are accepting new patients I will be switching vets!

I love this vet clinic. They always do a great job and are super kind and helpful. My dog is dog-reactive and I was nervous to take him to the vet but the staff was wonderful and made our experience as stress free as possible for both myself and my dog. Dr. Steiner was very nice and helped my dog to feel comfortable even though he was nervous. I can’t recommend this vet office enough!

This clinic is thorough, caring and takes their time with pet parents. I drive 2 hours to have my animals seen here. Very reasonable prices, always willing to help me get an appointment and Saturday hours are definitely a plus! Would definitely recommend to pet owners!

I normally go here for regular visits for my cat Felix. I love him a lot as most pet owners love their animals so naturally I look for good pet care. I've never had any issues or problems with the clinic, they've always been polite and helpful without breaking the bank. Yesterday, I came home to find my cat felix had managed to get one single toe stuck in a cat toy. Horrified, I tried to get it off. I was sadly unsuccessful and left with a sad aggravated kitty. One of the vets from here was the first vet to answer an emergency vet call. He was very good! The vet had to sedate felix so that he wouldn't be agitate him. The vet was able to get the toy off without any trouble. When the vet was done, we woke felix up and took him home. He's in a much better mood today!!

It is my opinion that you should not take your pets to Negaunee Veterinary Clinic. Their medical negligence, unprofessionalism, and lack of empathy is astounding and no pet parent should ever go through what I just went through or be treated the way Dr Bradley (the owner) treated us. Take your beloved animals and business elsewhere.I firmly believe this is a systemic issue at their clinic, most likely lead by the attitude of Dr Bradley herself and I highly doubt I am the only person they have treated this way. They blatantly ignored and dismissed multiple concerns and symptoms while allowing my pet’s health to decline until we were forced to seek emergency services else where. Additionally the emergency hospital had to repeatedly request our records from them, further delaying us from getting adequate treatment. When I attempted to discuss my concerns with the owner (Dr. Bradley) so that no one else would have the experience I did, she was immediately rude, dismissive, defensive, and repeatedly cut me off and raised her voice at me.This is purely my opinion based on the experience that I and my pet had there. I am shocked and appalled at this experience and hope that sharing it can help prevent others from being forced to experience the medical emergency we just went through.

It has been almost 3 months since we put our beloved Griffin to sleep. We were 1,000 miles from home and he suddenly became seriously ill and we felt that his time on earth was ending. Desperately we made numerous calls and Negaunee Vet Clinic was the only place that would see him. Dr. Emily Bradley and the vet tech (sorry that I forgot your name) were the most wonderful and compassionate people I have ever met. They took their time, spoke with other vets, and made us feel confident that we were making the correct decision. It was hard to leave our Griffin behind but we knew they would take care of him. I cannot speak more highly of this team. Thank you for everything.

I’ve been taking my pets to Negaunee vet for years and have always loved their office and veterinarians, but within the last year I’ve had some not-so-great experiences with them. The receptionist(s) push off your concerns and can be quite rude, it’s very difficult to get appointments (even for emergencies), and they have been referring to Appleton for testing/treatments/surgeries. I’m not sure if they’re overbooking leaving their long time clients without care or what could be happening. Unfortunately, and sadly, all of this has pushed me to moving to a new vet even further driving distance away for majority of my pet’s care.UPDATE: After writing this review, I got a call from Dr Bradley stating that they no longer want me as a client and they cancelled my dog’s vaccination appts that I had scheduled for the upcoming week. I’ve been with Dr Tim at Bayshore Vet Hospital ever since and my pets get great care there.

I live in Hancock, but I decided to switch vets due for a couple of reasons and I’m so glad I did. The vets here are very well informed and actually care about your pets health. My family plans on switching their dogs over as well! Thank you!

Awesome experience!!! I brought my kitty pablo here to get a health certificate since i was moving and my usual vet was entirely booked out, and they were SO nice. Accommodating, kind, and awesome. Thank you negaunee vet clinic!! If youre looking for a vet, this is the place!

Everyone was very nice. 1st time here. Vet was pleasant and informative. My cat was not stressed out even through the procedures he needed. Overall pleasant experience. I will call them again if needed. Oh, I live almost in Keweenaw County. It was the closest vet that had an appt. right away. So happy it was them. I think I found our new Vet.

Such a great place! Loved our puppy Faith’s vet Dr. Cheryl Shevy. She is very knowledgeable and explained everything in detail and why she recommended certain shots. The staff is so kind! Very friendly and makes not only the pet feel welcomed, but cares about the owners as well. Cheryl gave some advice on a trip we have coming up , we will definitely be taking her advice.

Amazingly kind and accommodating folks work here! My pup suffers from social anxiety, and so much thought was put into keeping him feeling safe and comfortable throughout his surgery prep. To say we had the executive experience would be an understatement, they treated my boy like a king! Thank you all from the bottom of my heart for putting such effort into caring for less cooperative patients, and knowing scared dogs can be good dogs too. ❤

Dr. Bradley saved the life of my adopted dog Benji. He was given up by his owners due to negligence and she swooped in to save day. He is alive and thriving thanks to her. We have made so many memories with our little buddy. Her clinic is clean and the staff is friendly and very good with animals. I highly recommend her and her clinic!

I use to see a different vet but they were always booked and had to reschedule me a lot. I switched to negaunee even though it’s farther away from me it’s a hour and a half drive but it’s so worth it! They got me in with no issue. Understood my circumstances of needing to be seen right away and they are just super nice! Highly recommend.

My Autumn Rain has been there since she was 8 weeks old with Dr. Alto..he retired and Dr. Niemi iand Dr. Rauch are the best.Autumn Rain will be 13 yrs. In June. I trust no one else (vets) with her car and life.

Would give 5 stars except the staff does not seem to understand what 'emergency' means and if they are busy, will tell you to wait 3 days for an appointment for a dog that is having serious trouble breathing or a bloat. I've broached this with them and it hasn't improved. For non-emergency things though, Dr. Shevy is great. She is excellent at diagnosing unusual problems and is one of the best vets in the Marquette area in my opinion.

I have always taken my animals here and they are just awesome! They always do what is right for my pets when regarding necessary treatments and also respect my choices. I live out in Harvey so to make the drive to see my vet, should say something.
