Honestly, hands down the best customer service experience I have had at any dispensary to date. I’ve been all over the state, tried many different shops and brands. I will return to Lume regardless of deals and prices, based on service alone. On top of that, very high quality products. The Lume liquid diamonds is probably the best cart I’ve ever had, and the only non-distillate cart I’ve experienced to not have problems clogging. Shoutout to Miranda who helped me shop, but also the lady working the front desk. I unfortunately didn’t catch her name.UPDATE: This is the first time I’ve smoked an entire cart without it clogging at all. It never lost potency or flavor, and I didn’t have any problems with it leaking. Maybe this was just a lucky one, but I’m definitely going to continue to buy these now. You can’t beat the quality for the price.

We love Lume! Great service, quick, and good bud! We saw Dana in Negaunee she was very knowledgeable and friendly. The Manager Sam was able to sort out my husband’s Lume points which was a huge bonus. I’d give them 10 stars if I could.

I've always liked the name, but finally visited Lume for the first time. I was pleasantly surprised. The store is large, clean, and everything is displayed easy The service was friendly enough, and definitely quick. I appreciate that their online menu is live and actually only shows what they have in stock. I really appreciated the many ounces available for decent prices.

The Negaunee shop seems to be one of the best Lume’s in the UP. The shop has the best selection with the best prices and extremely supportive staff. Nate is patient and positive, leaving a smile on my face as I left. I’m grateful for the team there, and every visit thus far has encouraged a return trip.
