Bought a cat=back exhaust for my truck, couldn't get it on, myself. Called these guys up and bam, these guys helped me out. Got there at the time and they got right to work on it. Nice folks and tried to be as helpful as possible. I was told they could rebuild my Fox shocks. But Fox had a trick up their sleeve. They changed the way to fill the 2.0 IFP res with nitrogen, requiring a fitting no one around has. I ended up paying $285 in labor and another $20 for a seal kit to destroy one of my shocks. Not totally the shop's fault, it just hurts my bank account and fully ruined my day. I now have to buy a cheap set to hopefully limp around on until I can figure something out with these if they're even still serviceable by this weekend when I take them off.

Horrible customer service. Taken my car there multiple times and they fixed nothing, but still charged me for service hours. Told me nothing was wrong with my car because "it drove perfectly fine when they drove it, so nothing is wrong" If they would have just checked the check engine light, it was an O2 sensor that caused it to stall out at higher speeds. But they sent me home to figure it out myself. Another time had the nerve to tell me I "clearly don't treat my Jeep with care" because it's an off-road vehicle and was a little dirty.Horrible customer service!

These guys are the best! I usually go to them for difficult things I can't do myself and no matter how busy and overloaded they are, they always find a way to fit the work I need into impossible timelines for prices that make me feel like I'm taking advantage of their kind nature just cuz they ask for so little. I feel guilty not paying more for the service I get. Autowork can be expensive by nature, but you will never need to worry it's because of excessive labor charges. If the price it high its cuz of the brand or car or type of part you need. I drive a BMW and living in Minneapolis but of all the options I have there, I'd rather get my car worked on here more than any other. Even the BMW dealership itself! They might not have the specialty tools, but they have the experience and adaptability to do ANYTHING the deal would at a fraction of the cost. There's is a reason for more than 20 years straight they have maintained a completely booked schedule the entire time!

Will not work on Chinese bikes. Which is amusing because Yongzhen, the maker of my bike, has been making Honda engines for 50 years, and they do work on Hondas.
