We came from around Duluth, Minnesota to buy our third vehicle for Fox Negaunee. When I was in the market for a truck, I tried my hardest to find a good deal closer to home. We looked all over northern Wisconsin, northern Minnesota and even around the Twin Cities for a good deal and Fox Negaunee, once again, had everyone else beat! Shandon Reed helped us out for the third time and was always quick to respond to my messages and calls. Brenda and Shandon did a great job securing a great deal for us on the truck and making sure all of our paperwork was ready to go when we arrived. We were in and out in less than an hour. All around great crew and service without the pushy mentallity that we have experienced while looking at other car dealerships. Overall, we have had nothing but great experiences with Fox Negaunee! While on a road trip through the States we experienced unexpected issues with our truck while passing through; needless to say this was less than ideal as a tired pregnant mama and with our 1 year old along for the ride. Stephanie in the service department was so kind and went above and beyond to get us seen ASAP, along with the mechanic Dave who was able to narrow down the issue and make sure we had a plan to get us moving again. Between the two of these individuals we were able to get back on the road within a few hours and back on our way to our destination for the night. Service was amazing and all of the other individuals we interacted with during our few hours stop were kind and happy to help.

WOW. What a dealership. We had a transmission failure while on vacation. Shawn was very honest and told me they we very busy and probably couldn't get to it today. I found a campground nearby and they handed me keys to a loaner to pull it over there. They gave my wife a loaner so she could do laundry. Then the next morning I got a text that my truck was done...in warranty!. What a great dealer and great workers.

I just wanted to get this out there, this dealership is amazing! They were so accommodating and nice. I cannot say enough good things about this place. I was looking for a 3rd row vehicle and i live about a hour away so after searching online i found what i was looking for. The car i purchased was a trade-in from someone else and at the time they didn't notice some body scratches. Not only did they take ownership and fix the issue on their dime, they provided me a loaner and have great communication. This is the first dealership I've had that took care of any issues that the vehicle had that was not noticed previously to make sure it checked all the safety boxes and then went above and beyond. I am big on taking ownership and transparency and they check all the boxes.I also want to recommend Joshua Timm, Product Specialist, and his manager, Jon Nyquist. They made the buying process smooth and made sure to answer any questions or concerns I had. Amazing team all around!!! 10/10 recommend Car shopping isn't fun :) but I would buy from here again-KM

My wife and I stopped by here after finding a car, we were interested in on the Internet. Met with a car salesman whose name was Dan a.k.a. the legend! Dan was super awesome to work with and helpful with all of our questions. Helped us with our trade-in and finding a vehicle that suited our needs the best. He asked us questions about what we wanted in a SUV. The SUV he recommended was actually cheaper as it was a trim level below what we wanted. However, he took the time to explain the differences between the two and helped us see that there wasn’t much we were missing out on in getting the less expensive vehicle. Will totally come here again when shopping for a vehicle!!

I was on vacation in the Yoop. Visiting family and the land I loved growing up as a child. Day 2 of the vacation my Air conditioner went out on my 2012 gmc Acadia. Car still ran but I had a 24 hour drive back to 100 degree heat in Utah in a few days. Called around to a good number of shops my dad told me to ask and every shop couldn’t get me in in weeks. Fox GMC told me to bring it in which I did at 9:45 am. They had the job done by 4:30 pm, understanding I was in need of the vehicle to continue enjoying the Yoops majestic landscape, mesquitos and pastys. We were on a road trip to go snowmobiling and our 2022 2500 wasn’t running properly. The Service department was nice, friendly and jump right in to see how they can help. Even fit us in their booked schedule so we were strained 400 miles from home. Special thanks to Scott, their transmission specialist for solving our issue with have a snow impacted air filter. Easiest car buying experience I’ve ever had. Summer 2021 is a weird time to buy cars, but I was alerted that the exact Blazer I wanted was coming in, they took a deposit and then patiently waited the 10 days after it came in for me to return from a trip. When I came, I was in and out in an hour since they did all but the signatures on all the paperwork. And in these times when a lot of dealerships are holding back the rebates for in-demand cars, they didn’t. Good people, friendly, efficient. Every other dealership I ever dealt with could learn a lesson from them.

The reason I gave a two star instead of a one is because I had good service and experience in the past. I am not happy with the new policy about not taking appointments for oil changes. I went for an oil change today and was told it was an hour wait. Since it takes me almost an hour to get to town I had no choice but to wait. I was there for an hour and 15 minutes. Not too bad. But when I went to leave I noticed my car was filthy. I asked if they no longer wash them and she said they do and it is included but you have to ask. She then said they could pull it back in and wash it. At the same time I heard another employee tell a man who had just walked in it was a two hour wait for oil change. So I said forget it and I left. I will not be back again unless they start taking appointments again.

2 weeks after purchasing a brand new truck a friends dog jumped on the side of it, leaving numerous scratches that left me upset and frustrated. Chris Carrera, Tia Couveau, and Geoff Flint treated me amazingly and made a really nerve wrecking choice easy. Chris was extremely helpful and was really quick with paperwork so that I didn’t have to wait around. He showed me several options and Tia helped me test drive them. I made an inquiry online about trading in my old Mazda and she called me within the hour to set up an appointment with Chris. Geoff was very nice and helpful and kind to my daughter when we came in a few days later. Overall it was the quickest, most pleasant, and easy experience I’ve ever had with getting a vehicle and was able to leave with a brand new 2020 traverse. We couldn’t be happier with our choice to lease with them.

Very good experience at Fox Negaunee thanks to Bob Hollingshead in the body shop. Needed two door handles installed in my Buick and front fender bender repaired and painted. It was done in three days and the paint job is amazing!! Very professional service and workmanship. Thanks to all!!

I get notifications when my vehicle is due for maintenance and just give them a call to schedule and they come & get it and bring it back! How sweet is that!
