We randomly stopped here on our way through the UP. They have a great variety of delicious smoked fish from Lake Michigan. Very friendly staff. Eclectic thrift store inside. We bought a big cast iron Dutch oven and a vintage fishing knife. Well worth visiting!!

The smoked whitefish seemed smaller than usual and tasted like trout, not like whitefish. Been getting smoked whitefish here for years and never had this problem before. Going to hope next season is better.

It's been a tradition for a few years now for us to stop here, it is always friendly service and the fish is top notch, never too salty, I also enjoy browsing for bargains in the back of the shop,

I have to stop any time I pass through. No better smoked fish to be found. Long time family owned business only a few blocks from the docks. All & only local Great Lakes fish! And the gift shop has a great assortment of new or antique treasures. Not your typical "tourist" shop. This is the real deal.

Pleasant country store with smoked fish selections. Good variety local fish, as fresh as it gets. The ladies that own the country store are very pleasant.
