We got here exactly 30 minutes prior to them closing to just wash our dogs. We weren’t even gonna dry them so that we could make sure we were out by closing time and the moment that we walked in in the door we were stopped by who I believe to be the manager and he said What are y’all doing today and my boyfriend replied we were just gonna wash the dogs and he said well we close in 30 minutes so if you can wash them in 30 minutes that’s super rude and that is not how you treat your customers especially ones who’ve been coming here to wwash their dogs for literally months Super unprofessional corporate should say something your losing business

Tried to buy over 1k of horse stall Matt’s but the employee gave me every excuse in the world why I couldn’t but them. I was willing to bring them out one at a time for a project I am working on. I only get one day off a week so waiting for the employees convenience does not work for me. Thanks for confirming what I have always thought that customer service is DEAD?!?!?!?

Good selection of farmer things you may need. The prices are better than some other places. They have toys for kids, they have live chickens and ducks for sale in the spring. They sell Bad Boy mowers from Batesville, Arkansas. It is conveniently located on Whitehall Rd. They have wood pellets for wood burning stoves and they are cheaper if you by them by the ton.

It's back the way it used to be! I personally feel I need to post this...The store is always clean. They have a great variety of dog food. Good for seasonal shopping and supplies. They offer to help and that means a lot.

I was so excited to find a rose bush plant for such a great price only to bring it home and have it die immediately. Very disappointed. I guess you get what you pay for. Hoping if I bring in my dead plant they will give me a live one.

Molly and Erin CSR are outstanding! So much so that I drove out to the to deliver a t-you note to Molly. However, Brett the Assistant Manager was..well I dare not say the word on a public post.He did not tell Molly what a great job she did. He was working on the employee schedule at the customer service desk and didn't even look up!I was trying to order a picnic table and the kiosk was not working. He would not assist.Supposedly my debit card went through? He refused to give me a paper receipt! He said "It will be on your cell phone"I told him I need a paper receipt and he ONLY gave me an invoice (with an attitude to go along with it) and it took 10 minutes.All the while his employee watching!I STILL NEVER GOT A receipt for my payment!After further investigation the picnic table was NEVER ORDERED AND PER EMPLOYEES HE IS KNOWN TO BE THIS WAY NOT ONLY CUSTOMERS BUT STAFF.Asking further the Store Manager is no better.I have shopped TSC for 35 yrs.I'm trying to find a way to report this?I'm disgusted, but one thing I will say is Molly and Erin deserve employment that isn't abusive and condescending.

This store stocks a large variety of products, not just farm related. They have an excellent pet department and stock everything from training collars to high end food. We shop here often and usually find what we're after.

They have baby chick's. So, much fun... I went for my Sister list. She got it all and dog toys too. But the chick's did it for me. The young girl that was caring for them is very kind to. Also informative. Are cashier was the same. Cashier moved us right along also.

In general I love tractor supply. They have a large array of products available. But every once in a while I'll see a project that inspires me as well. They usually hold products of decent quality. May not be the cheapest you can get but usually lasts a while. Blawl.

I took my husky in the store today and had planned to buy a dog bed, harness, some 4 health dog food and a few toys and treats. As I'm walking through the store with mt dog tight at my hip one of the ladies yells across the store telling me my dog (whom I had been watching the entire tine) was peeing all over the store.... Which was a lie I keep an eye on that due to knowing how many other dogs go in and out of the store on a daily basis. When I told her my dog hadn't peed in the store and that I had been watching him she proclaimed that every apot I was at my dog peed everywhere.... So, for one I was being watched and followed through the store ???? And for two, I made sure to check as we left each section of the store. I visit pet stores on a daily basis (PetSmart, petco, pet supplies plus, ect.) I'm well aware of the policies when taking a dog into a dtore. The way I was treated today was absolutely appauoing and this store should be ashamed at the way they treat NEW customers. Especially customers who came to spend a few hundred dollars on their dog. I've never been treated this terrible in a store in all my life. This was approximately 1:40pm today 11-12-18. The woman was an older thin brown haired lady. So beware when you take you dog to this supposable "dog friendly" store.

I take my cats to the V.I.P Pet Care clinic, and they always treat my cats so well, they even took my kitten into another room because of how many dogs were waiting in line.This clinic fills up fast, so if you plan to take your pets to get their vaccinations, be there 15-30 minutes early!

Poor customer relations! Bad attitudes, and unknowledgeable store manager. Thought it could of been the store associates having a bad day however, I had this sort of bad experience the last 4 times in a row! Finally made myself a promise to shop at family farm and home a few miles down the road and have been treated VERY well there... I agree with the majority of the reviews about Tractor Supply on Whitehall road it is time for upper management to clean that place out and start new!

I am sorry to say this is a disappointing branch. Looking for a John Deere lawn tractor oil filter... Waited for 5 minutes with no one at parts desk. Finally met with a clerk who told me they didn't carry them. I continued to shop and found a nice knife set- which was locked. I looked for some help and there was literally no one around. Another 5 minutes... I walked up front and waited in line behind a couple of people at the checkout with a couple cans of paint. When I went to pay I asked if someone would open the case, the lady said she couldn't find the key. Finally another clerk came in from outside, he had the key! So off we went to get the knife set. No problem except- INSTEAD of ringing me out, he left me at the back of the only checkout line with 5 people in front of me. By the time (10 more minutes) I got to the checkout I was upset and told the lady that this place sucked. I am sorry for saying that to her. But this was my 3rd visit this year because it is quite a ways away, and EVERY time I have been there it is the exact same thing. Management is poor. I am sure there is a good reason this place isn't busy, and it isn't prices, I would drive to Fruitport in a heartbeat. They are pretty good there. It's like management has customers way down low on the list of priorities. I get that feeling in Fruitport too a little. When Walmart is a mile away and internet is usually a day away you would think any edge would be important. I have always loved Tractor Supply, but I'm afraid for their future with this kind of attitude. OR- maybe it's just me? I'm 53, and disabled. I'm not even in that big of a hurry. I know it isn't the lower employees, they are always friendly.

Great place to get items needed for lawn/ garden or farm that home improvement stores do not carry such as fencing and gates. The fact that the my gate overlaps is the fault of the installer (me) not the product.

Sale girlie' s tee- hee- heeing, never even noticed me.That's ok found what I needed myself( I read the signs) though, would have spent more , but had questions about products. Alot like Wal-Mart, find it yourself, cause sales people are to busy talking.And what's with dogs running through the store ? What do they buy, & how much do they spend? Big store, no shoppers.Parking was easy & very close.
