3/18/24. Went to return a prescription for the correct amount of the same drug. Instructions were updated by my physician on 2/22/24. The nasty old woman that waited on me stated that they didn’t have the update, the reason being a data breach. When I showed her the updated quantity on MyHealth app , she started screaming at me that ‘I needed to hear what she was telling me’. At that point I stated that her customer service sucked and I left feeling demeaned and humiliated. I’m going to switch pharmacy providers because of her

Pick up from this location is awful. Order was ready 1.5 hours after it was scheduled. Items will be marked “out of stock,” but then I can go into the store and find them.

Staff are helpful and pleasant. Wish they wouldn't stock a whole section with the wrong stuff. If you are out you are out.

The incompetent cashier double charged our order (how?) resulting in Meijer holding the second double charge for a total of NINE DAYS with zero hope for refund. At this point I feel like they’d be happy to do the wrong thing and pocket our money. They clearly do not care about the customer experience at all and think that it’s no big deal to be out of 115$. I will never shop with Meijer again.

Meijers is just the place to go everything you need reasonable prices good service. And they're quick go and get what you need and get out if that's what you do or go in and shop and tell your feet fall off. LOL

Employee stocking with blonde hair and ponytail got snotty with me literally just for looking at my grocery list for 10 seconds because I was "in the way". We were the only ones in the whole aisle and I was at least 20 feet away. Don't y'all get paid to be here? Greeter was sweet though.

Meijer has a large selection of groceries and other items that you might need. You still need to verify your getting a good price since they are not always the cheapest. The self checkout is worthless most of the time because they are using more and more of those instead of having people cashier's when they are busy.

Produce lately has gone bad within 2 days of bringing it home ! And the pharmacy has a few rude people working there. I do think they are overall stocked and the customers are nice there however I dont know what happened to their produce ? There meat is also super expensive, I know many places cheaper. Edit... 2024 jan. The produce has gotten better. They have more lines open now and I still think they overcharge for meat . Also the cashiers seem to be friendlier then before so I've given extra star. Meijer.....allow your staff to take tips ! Honestly, some go out of their way to be helpful, this shows them that. Its unlikely they get praised or rewarded by you so let them take a tip ! Especially the drive pick up people.

These people love to act like you're stealing when you use the trolley cart bags. Never been accused of stealing so much just because I don't want to use plastic bags. A shame.

But North Muskegon Meijer is something different, their prices don't match when scanned, the sales don't match, mperks don't always work.......And all Meijer, seems coupons don't always print out!But I still totally LOVE Meijer and stand by them!But please North Muskegon get it together!Coupons don't like to come off when scanned, either

This place could care less about their customers, No checkouts open, moving merchandise all over the place when customers are in the store. They want in a shop online so they can just push you out. Time for a new grocery chain to come to muskegon.

Meijers is my go to over Walmart. Walmart has cheaper prices for some stuff but Meijer is a nicer store and that's why we go there

Don’t get pickup from here. They have one guy doing it, which sucks especially since they have him lugging all the groceries himself. It took an hour and a half to get our stuff, and I want to say it’s because they’re short staffed but the guy was not in a good mode. Honestly, it would be faster to go inside and get it yourself
