Absolute trash customer service, to say they don't care about your business is an understatement. I buy thousands of dollars in feed there a year, out of the last three shipments I've ordered from them two have been sent to the wrong store, both shipments taking over two weeks to finally come in. The last shipment still is not here even though it was promised by "Joe" in customer service that it would be today. If you care about your animals try to find another place. I love kahlmbach foods and I hate to pay more than I have to but apparently that's what I'm going to have to do. Currently they are not answering my calls or returning them when I leave a message. If this issue is resolved I'll be sure to post an update but so far their response has basically been " oops it went to the wrong store again"

Happily dealt with Family, Farm, & Home for over decade. Now they have Telecheck and refuse me to purchase with a check. I have a excellent credit rating, never bounced a check. 67 yrs old, retired, handicapped, and pay things by check to keep close track of every penny. I felt like a real low life standing in line and having lots of people hear it announced that my check had been declined because I use my checking to often. Contacted Telecheck and they told me this is the guidelines that FFH requested. To bad hello Tractor Supply Company. FFH you should be ashamed. Hoping this unfriendly move really hits your bottle line with all other upstanding customers. Sincerely C. Linton

Terrible experience from the moment of purchasing a new mower in 2020. Paid for extended warranty they have every excuse to not repair equipment properly and is always the other person's problem. If you planning on buying a Husqvarna or anything for that matter find a mom and pop shop, might pay a little more but they will listen to your needs and remedy the problem. Corporations like this don't care about the customer its all about the sale. Lots more to the story just don't waste your time or money.
