Jolie has been doing my 3 year old standard Aussie since he was a baby. She is goes above and beyond to make sure he feels comfortable and safe with her when grooming. Every time I pick him up he looks amazing and happy. Can’t complain a bit about this grooming establishment!

Jolie did great job with the cut but unfortunately was rude to me and rough with my dog. When I voiced that I thought my dog was scared she said that I shouldn't be there during the grooming process. I'm not comfortable going back. In addition, my dog had raw skin behind her ears from the clippers.

It was a weird experience. Whenever I take my cat to the groomer to get his nails trimmed, they always take him in the back and clip them. Granted, this place didn't have a back room where they cut and trim. But the groomer never said anything. She just stared at me until I pulled my cat out of his carrier and then she trimmed his nails. Of course I had to hold on to him, but I had no idea of anything going on because she stayed silent. I'm not sure if she was having an off day. The price wasn't bad, but the experience was just plain odd.

Groomer/owner has zero personality. Barely corresponds when you speak to her, if at all.Nail cutting is sufficient but no added kindness to the pets at all. No use of their names even when told who they were. Not one calming word or hug. Nothing.She got really upset that my 7 lb Chihuahua peed on entrance floor after clipping from nerves and made sure to tell me about it.Those things happen at vets and groomers. Don't they?I'm 74 and was handling my other dog on leash after clipping and trying to pay her.Been there twice. Thought first time was just an off day for her. Never going back My babies deserve more than that. Nail cutting is emotional and stressful to them with no added kindness.

Jolie has been grooming my springers for 20 Years. She started working at our local vet and we followed her to the present location of Creature Comforts. She is caring, honest and very good at her craft. We wouldn't go anywhere else.

I have been taking my two older dogs to Creature Comforts for years. The owner of this business is wonderful and is very professional. My dogs love her. I have never had a bad experience.I would highly recommend her business to everyone.

Do not come here ever! Brought our puppy here for the first time. Owner was extremely rude and did not listen to instructions at all. Helped her on the counter and before we could even say what we wanted, she immediately starts shaving. When we said excuse me, we didn’t say what we wanted, she said dog is matted and needs to be shaved right away. Advised she would call right away when finished. Hours later we received the call and rushed over. As soon as we got there, dog was already in a small cage in a back room. Puppy was shaved down to the skin with red scratch marks all over. She said we do not brush or bathe the dog. We explained this was her first haircut ever as we recently purchased from the breeder. She again was very rude and just said what we needed to pay. Our puppy ran straight to her bed where she refused to move for two days as soon as we returned home. Found out days later this place has multiple reports of abuse and rude behavior by previous customers, Internet reviews, and other dog groomers. Should be closed down indefinitely!

It was Oreo's first time to be professionally groomed even though he's three years old. The groomer was very good with him. She explained everything she was going to do so I would know. When I came to pick him up he was calm and beautiful. I would highly recommend this business.

Fantastic Grooming services. A pet spa. My dog loves her. She keeps them calm so its enjoyable and not a harsh experience. Very reasonable prices of course is a plus. I strongly recommend her.

Great place to get your dog looking like the breed he is instead of a cut that makes it hard to tell exactly. Love the smiles and professionalism. Been around this country and its surprising to find talent like this out here. These guys know what their doing
