This is my favorite restaurant in the country. We’ve been all over and tried countless kitchens all over and nothing compares to Tracy’s. We have been blessed to try a few of Chef Ali’s seasonal menus. As a customer, you can tell there is passion and thought behind every dish. Service is friendly and the food is to die for. Serene views of Munising Bay to set the mood. Tracy’s has made us lifelong customers and we will continue to support this gem!

Tracey’s is my absolute favorite restaurant. I live in Manistique, but make a trip over 4-5 times a year to eat here. The menu changes from summer to winter, so there are always fun new things to try. I recommend ordering 2-4 small plates to really mix and match and get a bit of everything. The cocktails are just as good as the food, with the “spicy little nugget” being my go-to.I stopped in tonight by myself, and had the ahi tuna nachos, birria bahn mi slider, duck rigatoni, and the lobster tail (I ate a lot, don’t judge me). It’s was all so delicious I can’t even begin to explain, the tuna nachos were one of the best things I’ve eaten in a while. The menu is creative and varied with many locally raised meats and fresh whitefish, but also some more Asian and Mexican inspired dishes in there as well. Such a nice change to the usual burger and fries type dining we are used to seeing in the U.P.Great place to dine with a few friends or a date, but just as enjoyable on a solo day trip. Highly highly recommend.

Phenomenal food. Romantic atmosphere. Food arrived quickly. Great view from the deck. Would definitely return. Best restaurant in Munising Michigan! Looks like the hotel was renovated. The decor is really beautiful! Lots of wood. Tracey's restaurant is inside the Roam Inn. You do not see a sign for the restaurant on the outside.Dietary restrictions: Vegetarian and gluten free items on the menu.

The Bartender Nick, and the chef Ali are awesome! Nick has created a variety of unique custom cocktails that will capture your imagination and excite your pallet, and Ali's serious chef skills will make you think you are dining in a big city 5 star restaurant. The service is over the top! Another big positive about Tracy's is it is attached to the Roam Inn which is the best place to stay in the area! It's an overall great experience!Parking: Wonderful

From the moment we walked in to the moment we left, the service and staff were wonderful. Every dish we ordered was delicious and savored: ahi tuna poke tacos, clams and pork belly, wagyu flat iron steak, and creme brule. Since the pandemic it has been hard to experience a fulfilling dining and food experience - Tracey's did just that! It was an excellent dinner with great service!

It is not exaggerating to say that this is one of the top 5 meals I've had in my life. Everything was amazing. Staff were very accommodating and so nice! The cheese curds alone are worth the trip!! We're from about 11 hours away but we'll be back!!!Thank you for making our anniversary special! ♥️ 🥂Manager Dustin came by to check on us a couple of times and our server (I'm sorry I forget her name) was perfect! Excellent food and a welcome change while staying in town! We wanted some real food, not pizza or bar fare. Tracey's delivered with tasty small plates and a nice outdoor patio. One of the best meals I've had while traveling. Server was very friendly and helpful too! Definitely recommend!

We went to Tracey’s for our first dinner as a married couple on our honeymoon! Tracey’s gave us their best table and outstanding service—it was the best meal we’ve ever had, and we will truly cherish the memory for the rest of our lives! (Pictures don’t do the food justice—it was sensational!!)

Absolutely amazing food! Worth every penny! The staff was very friendly, the food was wonderful, the drinks were made as they should be, and it was an elegant place to sit down and enjoy a meal! We will definitely return on our next trip to the U.P.We ordered the Tuna Poke as an appetizer, the surf and turf for 2 as an entree and crème brûlée for dessert. My husband had the muni-hattan, I had a blueberry mojito. Superb in every way.

Tracey's was an interesting experience. It stands alone as the only place we could find with fresh, healthy options in Munising. Some reviews we read said the service was very slow, but we preferred that to fried greasy food that night.The ambience was great and we got seated even though the place was pretty busy with reservations. The servers were all friendly. Over the next bit, though, it didn't seem we were attended to very well and after ordering our food we waited a pretty unreasonable amount of time for our food—something like an hour. I heard a few employees discussing it amongst themselves but no one ever really came over and talked to us directly or apologized.We were annoyed to say the least, but the food really was wonderful. We ate our meal happily once it arrived. Someone who I'd guess was one of the chefs came out at the end of our meal and was finally asking how things were going at different tables, indicating he already knew the answer was "not so good." We shared and he was very receptive, so at least it's apparent they're working out some kinks.Overall a mediocre visit, but the actual food was wonderful. Hopefully going up from here!

Still the best restaurant for 300 miles in any direction! Been coming here since the first month they opened. Always something interesting, perfectly prepared with a hint of delight in every dish and joy in every bite. Chef de Cusine Ali keeps refining her skills and her nuances of flavor just keep improving and its really hard to improve at this level. Server Jaimie was a complete delight tonight. We had guests with us and our bragging on this unique gem did not fail us! Try the Rigatoni Duck Confit!

The environment was great and our waitress was super nice. I ordered a Mallard Duck Breast and it tasted really good. it’s like a medium rare kind of duck breast. The whitefish chowder was my favor too! However, the vegetarian Roam Bowl was just okay. The mushroom was marinaded in apple vinegar kind of sauce and it was cold. The combination was not what we expected but it’s not bad to try!

Tracey’s was great. Love the food and outdoor seating. The brussel sprouts were my favorite. The burger was just how I liked it with caramelized onions and some cherry paste. The pictures inside were really cool. Check for their happy hour. I totally missed it.

Delicious Tapas! We had the calamari, meatballs, fingerling potatoes, whitefish soup and seared steak. Outside seating available. Inside seating is quaint. Bar available with many liquor options. Food service was timely [had boat tour at 7pm]. In and out in about an hour. Small tip, if you stay at the Inn as a verified guest you recieve a discount on your bill. This trip was Tapas. I think when we return again we'll try thier entrées. Kodus to Chef and Wait Staff!

Tracey's at Roam Inn was amazing! We loved their distinguished atmosphere as well as our server's hospitality. We had the truffle Alfredo pasta as an appetizer and I would definitely recommend! The flavor and creaminess was perfect! For our main course we had the filet and it was the best thing I've ever tasted. All of the flavors melded together beautifully to create a plate that I will dream about for many lifetimes! The Yukon golden potatoes served with it were out of this world as well! Lastly, the Creme Brulee we had for dessert was exactly what you look for in a sweet treat! It was the best creme Brulee I've ever had! Thank you again to Tracey's for an unforgettable evening!

Lovely ambiance. Short, simple, variable menu. Tried 8 different items that were all superb. Literally the best steak I have ever had (and I've eaten at, I'd bet, every steakhouse you can name.) Be prepared for high end steakhouse prices... but definitely spend it.

Came here to end our anniversary vacation and it did not disappoint! We ordered the house whipped ricotta and surf and turf for two and both agreed it was one of the best meals we've ever had! I also appreciated the attention to little details like our server Marnie frequently clearing our dishes and bringing fresh plates and silverware, and the post card we got with our check. The atmosphere was charming and the staff was very friendly. Thank you for having us, we very much enjoyed our time!

Everything from the first cocktail to coffee and dessert was amazing. Table favorites were the cheese starter(simple but perfectly balanced) and the potatoes are beyond addictive. The staff was fun and friendly, well informed, and had great recommendations. We will be back!

Summer 2023 Nice seasonal food. Looking forward to the fall menu. I haven't labeled the pix because they change with each menu. But they are a good indicator of portions and plate dressing. The food portions are wonderful. They aren't wasting food with huge portions, but I usually have a small takehome box. (Sometimes it only has dessert in it...)It is worth every dime. Probably more, actually. But it's a great value from what should be a starred restaurant.With the fine and relaxed dining, the apps, mains, and desserts make a sturdy, though never stodgy, meal.2022 Summer Spectacular again.2021 SummerMan, I was worried when we came up in June. I am so glad they survived the pandemic, but I can't say I am surprised. The management is competent and forward looking and the chef is an amazing talent. My last visit (I didn’t get to go there in 2020) was spectacular from the cocktails to the food to the service to the dessert. We’ll be going back in a couple of weeks when we are back in da UP. I can’t wait!

There's very litte negativity I could share about Tracey's. The staff are great, especially Nick who was our bartender. Nick is an exceptional mixologist and even better guy. He was great to share stories with and helped me and my newly married wife feel welcome. I'd have liked my waitress to stop by a little bit more frequently so we could place some more drink orders, but it didn't bother me.The food was perfect. My steak was properly cooked, and well prepared. My wife's lobster tail was equally good. Appetizers left little to wish for. Dessert was great. The cocktails and wine we drank were perfect. Probably the best lemon drop martini we've ever had. It tasted neutral and had the bright, but not overpowering citrus notes which usually kill the drink.Including appetizers, two drinks each, and entrees, we paid the equivalent of $75 per person before tipping, which for the quality of the food and service was more than fair.Highest recommendations go to Tracey's.Cheers!

My mother and I came to Munising to see the Pictured Rocks. Being from Michigan I knew finding five-star dining in the UP would be almost impossible. I have traveled all over the United States and I honestly have to say that the Brussel sprouts, Shishito peppers, filet, shrimp, potatoes, asparagus and crème brûlée we ate were outstanding and could challenge any high end restaurant in a big city. You will not be disappointed with the service either, the staff is friendly and the view of the bay is beautiful. Their drinks were unique and I particularly loved the infused tequila in the “Spicy Little Nugget” cocktail. Great work to have this type of restaurant in such a small town!
