Love this brewery! They offer stouts in the summer! And such fun beer options. Very reasonable priced. Staff very kind and helpful. They have sangria and seltzer. You can order from the deli next store and eat it at the brewery. Indoor and outdoor seating. Games and live music!

Genuinely the best brewery I’ve ever been to. I couldn’t even pick a favorite beer, they were all top tier.The service was amazing. The bartender (owner? Not sure) was super friendly and knowledgeable on everything. 10/10

Good beer selection. Love the names, someone put some thoughts into those. Very pet friendly place. Nice patio outside to enjoy summer. Attached to the Driftwood Deli. You can order a sandwich or snack, walk right through to the brewery, order a beer, sit-down and the food shows up! Great arrangement.

Awesome beer, live music and kind service. I stopped in here every single day when I was camping nearby. This places seems like quite the community hub- great atmosphere!

Loved this brewery! They have great beer in facet they had 9 beers in tap when we visited along with wine and seltzers plus it's attached to a deli. You can bring in outside food only when the deli is closed. Dogs are allowed in the outdoor area. Service was great. I would highly recommend trying the Elephant Disco IPA.

Wonderful selection of beers, try the Saison! We stopped after cruising Pictured Rocks and enjoyed the outdoor seating area on a perfect fall day. The staff was great and offered small tastes of their beer. We didn’t eat, but seeing some of the food being delivered to tables around us, it looked great!

Great brewery, great staff. We came in after a morning hike. The place was crowded, but the crew handled it well. I tried several of the beers and the were all great. My favorites were the Oktoberfest and the Golden Ale!!

Great place to hang out for a while and have some great beer! I enjoyed the live music and the outdoor seating. The staff were friendly and happy! Oh..... The beers were great! I really liked the Clowns on a Rocketship and Walking with Giants.... both were delicious. The Philosopher, their Belgian dubbel, was teriffic.

A shame 5 stars is all I can give. Coming from Grand Rapids, MI, aka Beer City, I didn't think I'd find a brewery who stood up my local Founders or Perrin, but don't let ByGeorge's small size fool you - their beer is excellent and they can stand with the best of them. This became a go-to spot on our trip to Pictured Rocks. Tap room is inviting, bar tender was friendly and helpful in picking out what to order. Their patio section was great and they had live music on Thursday. If I could take this brewery home with me I would!

Brilliant Brew Pub in the UP. While the beer is icy cold, crafted well, and very tasty - there is a secret drink in this place that is awesome...the root beer. Crafted on site it is spectacular. And, I would be remiss if I did not comment on the service and folks who work there as they have a way of making everyone feel like it is their own home town pub!!

I had a blast at ByGeorge. Had the Elephant Disco IPA and Sexy Dad Bod Extra IPA. Both delicious. Staff smiled while they poured. Was in late on a Thursday afternoon and a couple guys were playing folk/rock music. Met a few of the other customers and had good conversation. I'd go again tonight if I didn't live 500 miles away.

Our truck broke down on our way home from vacation so we were in town a couple days. This place was recommended to us by our tow truck driver. It was fantastic! So many great choices...the Unicorn Pi$s, Elephant Disco, and peanut butter stout were probably our favs. We went several times and ate at the deli next store a couple times too. The staff was awesome also.

Nice little brewery in Munising! Several beers on tap and root beer as well! :) live music outside for a nice activity to enjoy beers to. They are working on getting food and have the driftwood deli attached to them, they just dont have the staff to staff both at the same time. Good beers and nice people!

I’m a cider lover and they had a great pear cider on tap! Everyone seemed to enjoy their other beers on tap as well :) bar tender was so nice and let us try a few before we settled on a glass. Speaking of glass, looooved the little barrels they were poured into I had to buy one to bring home!

This place is a legitimate delicious brewery stop. I like that it is well-established. Their beers have both the “standards” but also some adventurous ones. We missed the deli because it was the Fourth of July, but brought a snack basket in. We did a flight of all the beers and were pleasantly surprised. Our favorites included the “Batter Up” maple and blueberry pils (think pancakes) and the “Big Cups” delicious and smooth PB cup beer. We got a growler of the “Batter Up” because it was unusually brave and delicious. We highly recommend for beer people.

Hate to say how great our experience was, (as I want to go back soon) but it can't be denied. Over the last couple of years we've hit so many UP breweries and this one was absolutely one of the best. Great beer service and environment. GO! ...Guaranteed you will not be disappointed.

This brewery boasts a commendable selection, with a standout offering being their exceptional 90-minute IPA on tap. My endorsement of this establishment comes with the utmost enthusiasm. Additionally, patrons possessing a brew passport will find the attractive discount provided noteworthy. Regrettably, our schedule constraints prevented an extended stay, although the ambiance was undoubtedly inviting. Positioned ideally as a post-kayaking respite following a day spent on the water, the venue's splendid patio further enhances its appeal.

Delicious brews. Choctopus was so good, desert in a glass; Not too sweet or sharp! The nighthawk stout was so accurately described too. I've never had a dry stout(or at least something described that way) and it was really good. Cozy little brewery, with to-go food that you can heat up at home! Love it!

Casual, good service. It is connected to the Driftwood Deli so you could grab your drink and eat at the deli, or vice versa. I'm not a pale ale, fruity, or IPA person, so the options were limited. But the She Devil ESB was very good.

Beer is super good! The Nighthawk is a very gooooooos Irish stout. And Amnesiology... The Head Scratcher is the best scotch ale East of the Mississippi.The also social distance well, bringing croakers to my car and able to pay online with a breeze.
