It's nice to have this place in our small town, but along with it being a small town, the prices of essentials are pretty high. I feel bad for those people who don't have any other options on where to shop. There is no grocery store in town, so Dollar General is the only option. The price of grocery store items like milk and meats are crazy high. They are reasonable on the price of household items, though. I'm glad that they are there in a pinch. Going there for certain things, beast having to drive 30 mins to go someplace else

This store is the worst. It has filthy floors, unorganized shelves, and products strung all over the aisle floors. The prices on the face of the shelves are almost never correct and there are ALWAYS carts of inventory blocking the main aisles. I dont even know how this place could be so dirty knowing how new the building is and knowing what cleaning protocols should have been for the last two years. I feel like i need a shower after leaving the store. I would avoid it completely if it wasn't the only place to get basic things for many miles.

This is the nastiest, most unorganized, and cluttered DG I’ve ever been in.. get it together guys. Don’t come at me with staffing, I understand. I work with an understaffed team too, but we push through it to make life easier for the customer. 👏🏼👏🏼

Done shopping here for the time being. I'm charged more than the price on the tag probably 60% of the time. Never overcharged much, usually anywhere from a quarter to a dollar to the point where I usually don't notice until I get home and check the receipt.

The most disgusting Dollar General I've ever been in. There were products strewn about in aisles and all over the floors.. Things that should have been put away. There seemed to be only one employee having to deal with a lot of customers at the register.I really love Dollar General stores. I travel a lot and always visit a DG..This Morenci DG needs new management. This store is disgraceful 😔

Went in to get kids a snack and just needed cash back. Waited in line and realized I forgot my boyfriends pin number. A customer tried to pay but I told her that I had to get cash back so I would just go call my boyfriend. I came back in to the cashier talking about me to that customer. Waited in line and got to meet the other cashier. Also found a sign that said no cash back. That whole time the cashier allowed me to believe I could get cash back. She cared more that I didn't see a sign than the fact she could have told me when I told the customer while standing in front of her that I was trying to get cash back. Will never be back..

I love Dollar General! As a person working in the field, I love that they have clean, public restrooms. I also can pick up essentials, and even find seasonal bargains at the same time. And yes, I am a real shopper, not an employee.

This store has a lot of potential but it has serious problems with management. While I was in the store I overheard the manager on her cell phone bad mouthing a customer because she used coupons. On multiple other occasions this manager treated the other employees terrible. I have been in management a long time and if this person worked for me she would be released. This manager is bad for your store and the way she talks to and about customers is down right disrespectful. Myself and my family will no longer shop at your store in Morenci. I am sure you do not want a person like this dealing with the public and disrespecting your customers.

I love this place its the best! Very organized, respectful workers and very helpful, and this DG had everything I was looking for and some....no matter how hard I try to just go in and get what I need, I can never do it I always get what I want and walk out with more then what I needed

The cleark was friendly and helpful and it has all the basic supplies including groceries that you'd expect from a dollar General store....but from what i see from the other reviews there the only grocery store in town and during busy times there under staffed, so the owner should consider hiring extra help.

This place is nice and clean, usually its pretty stoccked up on items, but could use a few more staff, items in store could be marked better at top of ceiling or something so you could find it in a certain location instead of looking all over

Selection is more limited with increased business due to the grocery store in town having closed. They are hiring so hopefully more employees will likely help.

Slow check out. Only one clerk at register with 10 people in line. Other clerk nowhere to help check out. I know there's at least one clerk there that can check people out???
